Comfortable room and bed. Great hotel.

It was advertised we’d have the complementary breakfast. When I asked, they said since I went through booking.com, the lady at the front desk said it didn’t apply to me and my two children. It was an embarrassing moment.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The location was just what need to visit Old Town San Diego. Check was seamless.

The bar tender on Saturday night was a little short and rude when asked about ice, even when the front desk referred me to her.

Location was great, staff were very helpful, restaurant was good, though expensive.

It took three tries to get a tolerable room. In the first one, the AC made an awful noise all the time. In the second, an accessible room in a different building, the refrigerator was open and there was a soaking wet towel in it. They took care of that quickly. I was going to stay in the room, but when I took a shower, the shower head was so low I had to crouch to get under it, and the handheld kept veering off to shoot outside of the tub. Plus there was almost no counter space, definitely not enough for two people. So I got a new room. It was good, except there was this ticking noise. I never could find the source and I just lived with it because I couldn’t deal with moving again.

Incroyable résidence dans Old Town San Diego, facilité de stationnement dans la rue mais également parking privé payant si nécessaire. A proximité des musées et du "farmer market". L'hotel offre véritablement une qualité de service avec un personnel d'accueil au petit soin. J'ai tellement apprécié San Diego et l'hôtel que je suis restée 2 jours de plus que prévu. La réception s'est arrangée pour que je puisse conserver la même chambre sans avoir à déplacer mes affaires au milieu du séjour.

Ça serait sympa d'avoir des fontaines à eau à proximité des machines à glaçons. La piscine est à l'ombre l'après midi.

I liked everything

Propreté, modernité et personnel très agréable. Le parking est grand est coûte 30$ par jour. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et est ouvert jusqu’à 22h. L’hôtel permet d’aller dans la vieille ville (old Town) à pied (8min).

It was our anniversary trip, and we had asked for early check in (we are old and need naps, lol) we were accommodated, and also given cards for free appetizers and such at several local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the beds were comfy. We slept in the next day and enjoyed a couple early hours of shopping and mother's day breakfast before checking out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

nos dieron un cuarto que no estaba en el edificio principal se sentia inseguro y muy viejo , no te limpian la recamara si no lo solicitas y en general no tienen ningun valor agregado para el cliente te cobran hasta el parking

THE PARKING - WE PAID $30 FOR UNDERGROUNG PARKING. LEFT FOR DINNER AND CAME BACK WITH NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILIBLE UNDERGROUND OR ON THE PREMISES. WE GOT REFUNDED AND PARKED ON THE STREET.

The property was nice and so was the staff. The gym needed a good cleaning though and one of the two treadmills was broken the entire time we were there. Then we tried to wash clothes and all three washers were out of order.

Dobra lokalizacja (blisko Old Town), czysto i komfortowo. Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich się zatrzymywałem podczas pobytu w USA.

Na minus brak kontaktu z hotelem po wymeldowaniu. Hotel 2-krotnie ściągnął opłatę za pobyt (przez booking oraz w obiekcie) i niestety nie odpowiadał na maile w temacie wyjaśnienia sprawy. Skończyło się na interwencji i zwróceniu środków przez booking. Także coś nie gra w zakresie kontaktu z obiektem. Polecam zwracać uwagę na dokonywane płatności!

Comfort and clean

The location was great. Easy to get to other places, such as the mall, Balboa Park, and eating places. The room was clean, yet I wish the floors were hardwood instead of carpet. Hardwood feels much cleaner. Very pleasant staff.

I disliked that the floors were carpeted. It doesn't feel and look as clean. There was a black-out during our stay, which was out of the hotel's control, as it was due to the weather. However, the dining staff could have provided complimentary coffee and tea, rather than just complimentary coffee already set-up in the lobby, or perhaps, include tea bags in the lobby with the coffee.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The gym was big enough and had a variety of weights and machines, as well as a water refilling station.

The location was a bit further than what I would like, but it wasn't unsafe not extremely far.

1. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Although it looked directly out onto the freeway there was no noise as the windows were double paned. 2. A 5 minute walk to the old town state park … lovely with great food and ambiance. 3. Location was super accessible to all San Diego sites

First, the location is super convenient. You can walk to restaurants in old town. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Only one night we heard people running upstairs, probably children.

The rate doesn’t offer free breakfast, but there is a bistro by the front desk where you can order and eat breakfast. We tried it the first day,however the food is not good. There are plenty of places nearby that serve better options.

This was one of the best stays in Old Town San Diego I have enjoyed thus far. Our room was very nicely-kept and clean, and it was very quiet and peaceful.

We had to switch rooms 3 times because things were wrong with each room even the last room there was a hole in the floor right when you walk in but they covered it with carpet and the sink was clogged

The location is great with many places within walking distance but mostly I loved the friendly staff especially the late night guy who never failed to offer to have a cup of “his” fresh coffee he just brewed! This is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at! That’s why I keep coming back!
