初めのソウルだと伝えたら部屋をアップグレードしてくれました（とても素晴らしい部屋でした。部屋の窓からはソウルタワーが見えてとても嬉しかった）。ロケーションは最高、朝食も美味しく、ロッテデパートにも直結なのも大変便利。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。

朝食メニューに韓国料理の選択肢がもっとあるとさらに良い。

We stayed at the hotel for eight nights in September 2026, and our stay was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. Due to the length of our stay and the fact that we were travelling with several suitcases, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which we greatly appreciated. Both the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, which is open for extended hours, as well as the Lobby Lounge, where meals and snacks are served. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of staff, from the bellboys at the entrance and the reception team to the waiters, was friendly and professional. We would especially like to mention the wonderful housekeeper on the 20th floor, whose name we unfortunately forgot. She provided outstanding service, and our room was spotless every single day. The hotel itself is large, spacious and very comfortable. If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would concern breakfast. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally rich, with anmpressive variety and abundance of food, but much of the selection is naturally oriented toward iAsian guests. We would recommend adding a wider selection of cheeses and perhaps a few more options catering to Western tastes. Apart from this small comment, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would concern breakfast. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally rich, with an impressive variety and abundance of food, but much of the selection is naturally oriented toward Asian guests. We would recommend adding a wider selection of cheeses and perhaps a few more options catering to Western tastes.

The rooms were well-lighted, clean and spacious. Good location. The shower was well designed. The bar was cozy.

The hotel's restaurants were super expensive. We were 5 people and a dinner at the Korean restaurant cost us US700$ with very small servings.

Väldigt centralt, högklassigt hotell med stora fina rum. Allt fungerade perfekt.

Rätt "strippad" frukost, sortimentet var knappt, inte prisvärt. Tog en evighet att få kaffet. Simbassängen var en liten besvikelse

Very convenient location right next to Lotte mall and just across Myeongdong shopping street. Perfect for those who would like to have a convenient and quiet stay but also want to do night shopping. Room was very spacious, everything was excellent from amenities to bed and bathroom. You get exactly what you paid for, and it was worth it. Also, there were many staff at every corner and they were all very helpful throughout our stay. What I liked the most was that they had separate 'lower floors' and 'higher floors' elevators, that way you don't need to wait too long for the elevator. It was always quick to get an elevator, I was impressed.

The taxi stand was both for those getting a taxi called by the hotel and those who use ride-hailing service, which could be confusing to understand who was waiting for what. When there were many people standing at the stand, I didn't know where was the queue for taxi, and I didn't want to seem like I cut in the line, so I ended up using a ride-hailing service instead.

I honestly can’t fault this place! I booked a superior double room in the main tower for my husbands 30th, and it was the perfect stay. Staff were super helpful, room and the hotel itself was immaculately clean, and the bed was so comfortable. On top of that, the amenities in the room were great, rooms were also very sound proof. My husbands from South Korea, and even he was really impressed by the breakfast buffet and korean food! Definitely will be coming back in the furure

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and amazing location. We stayed at the executive tower, the room was nice.. view was lovely. The hotel is literally within 6 - 5 minutes walking to banks- 7 eleven’s and Mayeondong shopping street. The big department store ( Lotte) is linked to the hotel and there are many restaurants and big supermarket. There is also a way to get to the subway from there.

- Incredible service and greeting every time we left our room - Could not get a better location. Easy to travel all over Seoul by uber or subway. On top of a landmark department store and subway station - Didn’t know when booking, but it is a famous and prestigious hotel within Seoul - Was very cheap for the quality offered. We actually preferred it to the Four Seasons where we stayed last time due to the superior location and fraction of the price

- Pool was quite small (under 20m) and segregated between hotel guests and fitness club members. This meant the hotel guest part of the pool is too cramped and full of kids which is a bit annoying if you actually want to swim (whereas the members part of the pool was always almost empty, which is a poor use of space)

I think the location is absolutely incredible. You are just steps away from the station, there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the tourist attractions are very close by.

The bathroom design makes it a bit tricky to keep things on the sink counter. That would be my only complaint, but it’s really a very minor issue.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Loved the location! Bedding and bathroom were amazing. Lovely amenities and facilities overall. I rated a 4 because we did not have enough towels in the room, which is a naive mistake for such a high end hotel. Would come back! I wish the restaurant was open at around 11am to have a cappuccino, but it has specific hours of operations, just like the hotel shop. Absolutely loved the hotel museum and learning about the history of hotels in Seoul. Worth stopping by and it's free!

レセプションは15階で、ある程度日本語は通じました。どのスタッフもとても親切丁寧でとても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。ロケーションも明洞から近く、免税店やデパートと隣接している為、ショッピングや食事には困る事は無かったです。地下鉄から地下で繋がっているので、外に出る事なく地下鉄も利用出来ます。

不満に思った点は特に無かったですが、多少の古さ（設備の古さ）を感じました。

Excelente localização em Meyongdong, perto da azáfama de Seoul, podíamos fazer quase tudo a pé, e muito perto das estações de metro. A zona comercial era mesmo ao lado. O serviço era excelente, um dos melhores hotéis da nossa viagem.

This hotel has a lot going for it, starting with its location, which is genuinely excellent and convenient for getting around. The lobby is beautiful and makes a strong first impression, though I'll note there's nowhere to sit and rest while waiting, which felt like an odd oversight for a space designed to welcome guests. Breakfast was a highlight: the buffet was great, with a solid variety. That said, if you're not a buffet person, there aren't alternative breakfast options, so it's buffet or nothing. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't match the quality of the public areas. Basic amenities were lacking, and I was surprised to be charged for small requests like toothpaste, which felt unnecessary and a bit petty for a hotel at this level. More concerning was the bathroom: the shower floor had visible black stains that looked like chronic mold . Overall, the location and breakfast buffet are real strengths, but the in-room amenities, extra charges for basics, and bathroom cleanliness need serious attention before I'd consider staying again.
