En general el Hotel está bien. Destaco su ubicación, y el servicio a la habitación, amabilidad del personal que trabaja en el Hotel.

Muy mala política de tener una oficina de Federal Express recibiendo las compras y entregas que se hacen en el Hotel para el pasajero, tuve que pagar mas de USD 100,00 para recibir 5 compras hechas por amazon, y con una muy mala atención de la señora a cargo.

J’ai réservé un séjour de quelques jours via Booking, qui indiquait clairement que le séjour était gratuit pour nos deux enfants et que les petits-déjeuners étaient inclus. Grosse désillusion une fois sur place : un astérisque renvoie en réalité aux conditions générales, qui précisent que les petits-déjeuners ne sont inclus que pour 2 personnes par logement. Nous avions pourtant réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes, avec nos deux enfants de 10 et 14 ans. Il nous a donc été demandé de payer leurs petits-déjeuners en supplément. Je trouve cette présentation particulièrement trompeuse : lorsqu’on réserve une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes et que Booking affiche « petits-déjeuners inclus », on s’attend légitimement à ce qu’ils soient inclus pour l’ensemble des occupants de la réservation, et non uniquement pour deux personnes.

The room - it's clean and comfortable. The Bathroom- It's clean, towels are clean and white, and lots of them

Bathroom- toilet paper is very cheap for being a 5 star hotel. Sad..😞 Bottled water- No complimentary, not even the smallest bottled water. I guess it's a "Miami thing" to make you feel that everything is expensive in Miami. That this 5 star hotel cannot even provide as a compliment.

The breakfast was exceptional, staff were very professional specially Kade that welcomed us when we arrived , rooms were really clean and vibes were amazing specially by the pool.

Location is excellent right next to south beach, access to private loungers on the beach and able to walk to local restaurants etc. Pool is family friendly and service is excellent. we also received a partial room upgrade (thanks!) which gave us a direct ocean view with a balcony and room was plenty big enough for us and the kids.

It is expensive/pricey but then you are paying for location.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

We tried to change the date of our stay and this caused confusion as the hotel were slow to confirm. Resulted in us having to book twice and cancel one of them. The refund process was rather tedious but happened.

I liked the service, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Restaurants had quality food.

Bistro Collins restaurant had quality food, however I thought the Scallop & Cauliflower dish should have been listed in the small plate section. Four scallops in sauce with nothing else was a bit surprising.

Der Strand ist toll und auch der Pool super. Das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und es ist sehr schön, dass die Kids Gutscheine für Eiscreme gratis bekommen. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und das Personal dort auch extrem freundlich und sehr bemüht. Am Pool gibt es sogar Sonnencreme und Aloe Vera. Fitnessstudio ist super und grundsätzlich ist das Hotel toll ausgestattet und bietet jede Menge.

Unser Zimmer war leider alles andere als sauber. Auf dem Teppich waren noch sämtliche Überbleibsel der Vorgänger zu finden, noch schlimmer waren allerdings Blutflecken auf dem Badboden. Die Fliesen und Türen im Bad waren über und über mit (hoffentlich nur) Wasserflecken und Fingerabdrücke. Für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Die lange Schlange beim Check in war auch extrem störend. Online Check in hat leider nicht funktioniert, also musste wir 40 Minuten in der Schlange warten. Obwohl wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde uns für unsere Kinder das Frühstück nochmal in Rechnung gestellt. Laut Hotel ist es grundsätzlich nur für 2 Personen enthalten. Entweder muss booking.com da sein Angebot anpassen oder das Hotel kassiert doppelt. Schade.

La piscina es muy linda. La ubicacion ideal. La habitacion muy comoda. Lo que deberian mejorar es el servicio de playa, para que te cobran la sombrilla!!!! y la asistencia... Me llamo la atencion que no habia guardavidas en la pileta.....

Проблема с завтраками! Возможно, это вопрос к Booking.com. Бронировали большой номер с завтраками на 3 взрослых + 1 ребенка. Но, оказывается, на один номер у них положено только завтрак на 2х человек. Соответственно, еще за 2х надо доплачивать. А завтраки недешевые ))) Когда приезжаешь на долгий период, это ощутимо. И об этом никто нигде не предупредил!!!! Узнали только при заселении.

Pedi duas refeições no quarto e os dois pratos vieram faltando um dos acompanhamentos. Estacionamento caro, mas usei aquele que fica do outro lado da rua - vale a pena. Tudo que vc pede, tem 20% de acréscimo a título de serviço.

I really loved the beautiful architecture of the hotel. Every area throughout the property was elegant, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The presentation was perfect, and the hotel offered amazing amenities, with shops, beaches, and restaurants conveniently located nearby.The room was lovely and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of cleaning the room every day, and everything was kept fresh and tidy throughout our stay. We had absolutely no issues with the room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have no complaints at all about our stay. The only thing I would have liked was a tap or water refill station that made it easier to fill our bottles, rather than having to rely solely on the water fountain. Other than that, everything was excellent.

La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer Miami Beach, con aparcamientos asequible enfrente del hotel, a distancia andando de Española Way y Ocean Drive. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y la piscina esta muy muy bien.

El frio que hace en las zonas comunes debido al aire acondicionado, algo muy común en todo Florida por otra parte.

La piscine a été impraticable durant les 15 jours, bouton et décolorations de maillot, eaux complètement trouble et surpopulation. Nous sommes dans l’obligation de mettre un mauvais avis sur Google.

Per favore traduci in inglese: Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza all’hotel Loews di Miami Beach. L’hotel è in una posizione centrale e comoda per visitare anche a piedi Miami Beach. L’hotel ha due torri in cui sono presenti le camere, una torre fa parte della struttura principale e una torre è in una struttura separata sempre all’interno dell’hotel. La nostra camera si trovava nella torre separata (St. Moritz). La camera era spaziosa e moderna, anche il bagno era molto grande. La colazione era fantastica! Potevi trovare qualsiasi cosa dolce o salata (waffle, omelette preparate al momento, brioches, frutta, bacon e uova, yogurt e tantissimo altro). L’area della piscina era molto bella, ma nel pomeriggio si riempiva in fretta. Per ultimo, ma non meno importante: lo staff dell’hotel. Tutto il personale era disponibile e molto gentile! Consiglierei questo hotel a chi vuole vivere una vera vacanza a Miami Beach!

We liked the hotel. Nice rooms with a view and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. We liked the pool but didn't stay in the hotel too much.

I don't like a mini bar with ridiculously inflated prices personally and would rather just a fridge.

Great location and good sized room, cleaning team was amazing and worked so hard!

There were hidden charges with breakfast which weee only shared on check in. The staff said they would offer day 1 for feee but this was never credited to my room despite the manager saying it would be. The pool is too packed, and people reserved loungers and the hotel staff didn’t do enough to stop this. You expect better from Loews. No final check out invoice has been provided.

The reception staff was very polite especially at check In. Umut explained all the hotel facilities and made us feel welcome from the first moment. As they say first impression is always the leading one.

It was fantastic

The Lowes hotel is everything you expect it to be. The rooms, the pool, location, restaurants, bars, gym and other amenities made this stay worth it. The staff are incredibly hospitable and I would recommend this hotel 10 times over.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful family stay at Loews Miami Beach and would definitely choose this hotel again. The location is hard to beat. The hotel has direct beach access while being right on Collins Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Despite the lively surroundings, our room was remarkably quiet. The complimentary beach chairs are a great benefit, and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. Poolside service was prompt, professional, and the food exceeded our expectations. We chose valet parking. At around $60 per day it is not inexpensive, but it offers real peace of mind and was well worth it for us. We were pleasantly surprised with a high-floor room offering a beautiful partial ocean view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most, however, was the team. They genuinely listen to their guests, take feedback seriously, and take action when needed. Every interaction felt professional, friendly, and customer-focused. That mindset says a lot about the culture of the hotel. Loews delivered exactly what we were hoping for: an excellent location, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Daily sum of money was authorized on the credit card in spite of that the fee was paid in advance through booking. Once we talked to the manager this issue is directly solved.

The hotel and our room was nice and well maintained. The staff we encountered were all lovely. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rao's restaurant was amazing! Food and drinks were also great at Bistro Collins. It was also nice having room service options and mini bar as well. And we loved the location with beach access and walkability to Ocean Drive, Starbucks, and other restaurants.

The only thing we could think of that could've made this property even better is if the pool had a swim-up bar. But the lack of one didn't really detract from our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel location and very nice inside and out. Room was very nice and clean and new. Beds really comfy.

We are a party of 4 but the room was set up for 2 people..water..towels, robes etc. were told only 2 people could have breakfast although I pre paid for breakfast as a party of 4 and they wanted me to pay extra for the children on arriving. Only had 2 complementary welcoming drinks and had to pay for the children’s drinks. Which I found bizarre.

Beutiful hotel with every comfort you could need. Room was really nice with great view of the ocean from the balcony. Extremely comfortable beds and well sound proofed rooms making sure you get a great sleep. Excellant in house dining options and bars and many other shops and dinning in short walking distance. Positioned on great part of the beach for easy access.

Our room had a number of inclusions but it was difficult to understand what they were. They wanted something like $38USD to use an umbrella for an hour on the beach but we were allowed to use some chairs without paying. Bring plenty of money because absoultley everything costs extra!

A beautifully maintained property with a fantastic pool. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The dining options including the in room dining options were fantastic. The staff were so attentive and helpful.

Lo mejor la ubicacion del hotel y las instalaciones, las camas eran confortables, el desayuno bueno (podria ser mejor ) en virtud del precio. la limpieza es buena.

Demasiada gente en el hotel, a las 8 de la mañana no quedaba una silla libre en la piscina ni alrededores, mucha gente de un congreso, muy ruidosos con silbatos y bailes de porristas. El check inn tedioso, muy largo y la atencion de las personas varia segun quien te atienda. La atencion del bar junto a la piscina muy bueno, los cocteles del bar Collins horribles.
