nice continental breakfast, quiet and great exercise machines.

The comforters on the beds had lots and lots of big stains on them. The bathroom floor was not clean. Also two out of three mirrors weren’t cleaned very well. Lots of streaks from trying to clean them but the streaks were bad enough it made your reflection look foggy. Front desk staff were very helpful. Just wish it looked a little cleaner.

Tea, hot water and kettle were not in the room. Great if the lodge can add those amenities to selected rooms.

The property is fine, except that the water pressure in the bathroom can be higher than it is set. Also, the drainage for the bathtub appears to be restricted. When taking a shower, the tub is flooded to about an inch from the bottom. Quite disgusting feeling for one taking a shower.

The mattresses were awful, no back support and the pillows were the same!

The room was dirty and disgusting, and the smell was horrible. I had already paid the bill; that’s why we stayed there.

The hotel was better than expected clean and nice room

Beautifully kept, well staffed, family friendly, and the breakfast included was actually amazing! All for a great price as well. I ended up extending my stay with them!

Housekeeping was adamant about being on top of cleaning, and breakfast was decent with waffle maker, toast and coffee station. Would like a few more hot food options like sausage or eggs. Lobby had a water station and laundry which were both convenient. Stayed as a solo woman and felt very safe during entire stay!

Staff was super

Front desk staff and supervisor were very friendly and accommodating. Property is older, well maintained and clean. Room was a bit warm overnight even with air conditioner running. Would definitely stay again at this motel.

I loved that even though we put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, we were left fresh pajama’s and towels, toothbrush and tea outside the door. Great stay!

very nice for a quick and short stay

This was our 3rd stay in a year, great staff, decent rooms. My only complaint is the shower heads are built for people under 5 feet tall, lol.

Everyrhing was adequate and served to purpouse.

Room was clean and area was close to stores and restaurants. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but ok. Would stay here again.

My TV randomly glitching had to complain 3 times on night 5 still had problems

Parking is not suitable for bigger vehicles but parking on street works fine.

The staff here are amazing! On the day I checked out, that evening I got a call from here and was informed that I had left behind a pair of sunglasses and a phone charger and charging block. I was asked what I would like done to be able to get my items back and thankfully I was going to be back in Lethbridge the following week and the young lady on the phone said that they would hold my items at the front desk until I was back in the city 7 days later. And sure enough I stopped by the following week and I told the lady working that I was there to get some things left behind and she knew my name and what I was picking up and made it a very quick stop for me! Very impressed with the level of customer service here!!

Good price point, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean, bed was firm & comfortable for a person with back issues. However the bathtub needs resurfacing, the toilet was very low & needed a long hold down to flush or double flushing & the towels were rough- great for exfoliating. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.

Staff was great, online booking was easy. The state of the room could be upgraded, the floors were a little warped & ratty, bed covers could’ve used an upgrade. And my tub looked rather dirty.

I’ve never had any hotel treat me with so much disrespect! Will not recommend and will not be going back!

this property is amazing

We had a great welcom upon arriving at the hotel from the you nglady that was at the front desk. Sh ephoned about a half hour after we got checkin to make sure everything was perfect in the room. We put in a wake call but can't recall the phone ringing to wake us up. The breakfast could use an update if the hotel wants to compete in the market of thehotels offering a free breakfast buffet with their rooms. Mufifns seemed stale. BUtter was so hard you couldn't even spread it on the waffle or muffins. Perhaps leaving it out instead of the fridge would solve this problem. Everyone in the dining area were complaining about the same thing. Check out was quick and efficient.. Thanks for the stay!! Would stay again.

The parking for this hotel is small and very limited, there was an empty beer box when I got out of my car to go to my room. The room was clean. The bathroom fan was super loud but we managed just fine by not using the light in the bathroom. Pillows were small and lumpy. However, the staff upon check in and out were friendly. You get what you pay for, in this instance. :)

The staff as amazing. The breakfast was great fir my wife and me.

Convenient location

Asked for king size bed room , I got a corner room under the stairs, no window , but I do like to have 2 separate sink . Kind of noisy when people walking up and down

Service was great! Leni at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Stayed for a night. No noise and we slept well.

The staff were very caring calling after we were in our room a short while to ask if everything was ok for us and if we needed anything else.

Great bed, big deep bathtub, good air conditioning

Everything was in good repair, but the smell in my room was very awful. It was some kind of toxic smell that made me feel sick. I ran the exhaust fan all night, but it didn't make a big difference. My room was also advertised as non smoking, but most likely had been smoked in.

Clean but very outdated. Outdoor room doors so as a single traveller did not feel safe and felt this wasn’t well advertised on the pictures. Limited seating in the breakfast area and the food was horrible: no muffins left, no utensils, no fruit and bread was stale. When asked front desk person for a knife I had to explain to her why I needed it! Had it booked for two nights and left after one due to everything mentioned. Would never stay here again and would not recommend. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere more modern, safer and better service.

Our stay at the Econo Lodge for one evening was pleasantly nice. The facility and our room was clean. The check in staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast - there was a selection of muffins, toast, coffee and tea and a waffle machine for you to make your own waffles. My only negative comment was not enough parking. Had we returned back to facility an hour later after dinner, we may not have found parking. Not sure if it is normally this busy or if there was an event that particular weekend we were there. Overall the facility was clean, pleasant staff and economical. I would stay here again if I was in Lethbridge.

This is the second time we stayed here this summer. We appreciated the price, the breakfast and the comfortable beds. The room was quiet with no noise from other rooms or from the busy road. We would prefer that the bathroom had a separate switch for the fan rather than have the light and fan combined, as the fan was quite noisy. As well, the air conditioner was quite noisy.

It was a perfect place for an overnight stay as we commuted to our destination. The breakfast area was very busy however the front desk staff member tried her best to keep the food continually replenished and the tables cleaned. :)

Air conditioning was massively undersized, the room was no cooler than outside. Food was left in our room, the toilet ran, and when I brought these concerns to the front desk they said they would send somebody to clean up and fix, but they did not. Double charged my credit card, and have had to do the CC Company fix it because they would not. Would not recommend

I stayed here for work. The bed is comfortable and the tv has a good selection of channels. Over all a great spot for a night or two.

Breaking was on the poor side. Only white bread. My other choices were limited.

The place at first looks like a set from Breaking Bad, but the staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless, the property was well-maintained, and the place was surprisingly quiet despite being close to full most nights. Close to lots of restaurants.

They refused us to stay, because they didn’t have pet friendly room. I asked for refund and they said yes, but you guys from Expedia didn’t do nothing, the worst experience with Expedia, so sad I’m a senior and you treated me un respectful.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Convenient location. Only negative was old tv with a remote that did not have closed captioning capability. For hard of hearing people this was frustrating.

Had a decent stay. Small room, but cheap price. Good value for money. Staff was nice. Just be advised you need a credit card to deposit in case of damages - will not accept debit or cash deposit
