Travelodge by Wyndham Lethbridge

The location was close to the event I was going to see.

No complaints

Great location, lots of parking, great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, central location for our needs. Stay at travelodge lethbridge everytime we are in town.

Bathroom nice that's all.

Dengy

We love everything here! it is a wonderful establishment with phenomenal staff!

The bar attached to the hotel can host some disrespectful drunks. The hotel staff try their best to accommodate but I have seen the patrons treat staff very poorly. :-( The staff work so hard and DO NOT deserve such rudeness!!!

Breakfast was good

It was dark and old and run down and overall yucky.

The best staff, excellent location and always satisfied

The location is perfect and good value

We got the room that had the issue with AC and that was terrible. After waiting couple hours they gave us temporary room for a night and we moved to new room in the morning.

Location

Untidy

Room was clean and well-maintained Breakfast was great

Room charge started at $90 ish per night on Wed. and Thursday but increased to $140 plus for Friday and Saturday. Not the rate I had originally booked. Automatic front sliding door locked me out at 6:15 am and I wasted 10-15 minutes trying to get back into building.

Not much

Room reeked like cigarette smoke, was clean ish but not clean. Slept on top of a sheet with a sheet for blanket .Room was kind of falling apart . Not worth the $ not even close. 100$ a night hotel at best, and only use in a pinch.

Friendly helpful staff great breakfast. Location easy to find good parking area. Older building but well maintained and spotless rooms. Have stayed here many times and will again.

Our host Preet at the desk was very helpful and took care of us.

Excellent Service

We felt very welcome. Preet was helping us and was there whenever we had a question or needed anything.

Everytime we stay we are in a room that has no view!! Either looking at a wall / roof or the parking area..

Too much traffic on road.

The staff was very good

good

nothing

Clean, good size room, good breakfast.

Does not look good from the outside.

Location

Cleaning

Noise from room.above. Breakfast eggs contained pork.

Все пройшло чудово, завжди користуюся цим готелем коли маю потребу

Everything

If I had to pick one thing it would be the cop presence there was a lot but not really a big deal

Breakfast was very good. More than we expected

No fan in he bathroom to use after a shower

room, breakfast, and bed were all very good.

The fridge was not turned on. There was no note saying that I had to turn it on - or how - unusual, as it has always been kept operating in other places I have stayed. The food I brought with me spoiled.

breakfast was good but the girl in the reception was snob need to smile n talk to the Costomer’s

All was good 👍

It pretty good

Conveniently located

Beds are tiny, squeaky toilets that don’t completely flush or fill with water at times, no A/C, no maid service, bathtub had hairs and a large dirty handprint. The chair was stained and this was a renovated room

Nothing

It smelled like smoke really bad and there was bedbugs so we left

Great value. Rooms are very clean. Front desk is always very friendly.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

I like the location really well cause we were there for a Ringette tournament and we were close to the rinks we had a great continental breakfast both mornings that we were there and the staff was very friendly

Good location. Breakfast included.

Room was hot. Opened window but then noisy. Room looked onto electrical equipment on the roof.

Great staff, very clean, excellent location for us, near the Lethbridge Handmade show.

Very dated, old elevator.

Perfect for our one night stopover with easy check-in and good breakfast. Also a great restaurant next door with 10% discount for guests

clean bed and bath rooms ; beautiful sink tub and shower ; staff was helpful ; also enjoyed a good breakfast

halls smelled a little like smoke

Never required business services or A/C

The room, bed, and breakfast were all very good. Beds and pillows were comfy and hot breakfast was good.

I hate to say this but the girl at the front desk was just not that good. I think she could do better if she was trained on how to deal with people, but the way she spoke to us was always like we were stupid or why are you bothering me. When we arrived to check in there was a note to call this number if no one was at the desk, so we did and she told us she was in the bathroom and would be out shortly. Not acceptable. When our keys didn't work the next day when we got back, she said, "Oh, well you had your keys to close to your cards in your wallet"....I travel a lot and this makes absolutely no difference, I do this all the time when I travel. They just shut down everyone's keys and when someone is staying more than 1 night your key has to be redone. Just be honest or learn how to do it properly. She made us feel like it was our fault. On the contrary the manager was super nice and did know how to speak to people and was wonderful, very professional. One last thing, the bathrooms could use a little more detailing, floors could definitely use a good clean in the corners.

Close to tournament site.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Staff very friendly will definitely stay again

I’ve travelled to this lodge before and this is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience very dirty

The sheets weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t even turned on. There was no running water when I got in there. The Internet didn’t work at all the whole time there was a terrible breakfast selection, and I also have red marks on my skin from sleeping in the bed and was told that if I book again, I’ll get a discount Will not be staying there again

Saw a bug in room. Other than that it was good for

Good

Well appointed room, clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. There were noisy guest one night and cops had to be called but staff was very apologetic about the situation. Would be nice if pub downstairs was open a little late, but there was another really nice one across the street.

It is very well run!

Staff was polite. They made sure that the breakfast was filled up.... clean.

Great customer service with a clean room and a sufficient breaky in the price

Slow slow slow elevator... but, that was all

The breakfast was good, the location convenient and the staff were super friendly.

The price is cheap and the room is clean

This is a great hotel for price. The service was excellent from the time we checked in. We opted for an early check-in for an additional cost and the room was ready to go when we arrived. Preet’s (I think his name was) service was phenomenal. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great complimentary breakfast, well above our expectations. Will stay here again if I am ever in Lethbridge.

I liked the breakfast at the hotel.

Fairly standard hotel on Mayor Magrath Drive. There's a liquor store attached to the corner of the building which attracts some of Lethbridge's growing homeless population unfortunately. Outside of the that, the hotel is decent and includes a continental breakfast which is nice. No other amenities though, so limited in that regard.

i booked online and have to say was quite worried when we pulled up - looked a little dated in a strip mall (it would be really good if the pics of the hotels online were the actually hotel). The rooms were actually quite nice - nothing fancy but obviously recently redone. good breakfast. front staff were very friendly and helpful. what I didn't like was the location - kind of a sketchy area with a loud bar on the ground floor. Great place for a short term stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was old but was ok for a 1 night stay.

Everythjng was good

Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, location was exceptional. Cheap bed downtown and was pretty ‘clean’ - except the smell (more on that below). Bed was comfy, couch was comfy.

Quite a bit of wall-bleed noise from next door in our room specifically, the room temperature was too high (felt around 24/25) and the AC was incapable of doing anything about that- it wasn’t that hot outside either. The biggest issue was that the smell inside the room was quite terrible, like it used to be a smoking room 20 years ago and was the same room with the same carpet. It was quite overpowering and unpleasant.

Good for a 1/2 night stay max. On a very noisy road so the hum of traffic is constant. The picture is not of the hotel but of the bar inside the hotel.

Good hotel, nice staff and easy parking.

Hotel is nice with clean room. Local junkies outside in parking lot feels uncomfortable.

Hotelska soba je bila boljša kot je bil prvi vtis. Postelja je udobna in kljub temu, da je bila soba na tisti strani kot je prometna cesta, se hrup iz ceste ponoči ni slišal. Zajtrk je bil zadovoljiv.

Decent lication

The bathroom is newly renovated, even though it is a little bit small

The strange smell in the room, not sure where did that come from, maybe it’s because the cleaning is not done properly

Great place

Great please and wonder staffing

Upgraded Travelodge with nice furnishings. Clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast included. Check in staff very good.

I went down to breakfast by 8AM and they were out of the hot food except for 1 sausage. I had trouble with connecting with the Wi-Fi when I arrived, but I notified them and the problem was fixed within a short time. The facility appeared to have been recently refurbished. No holes in the walls, everything appeared to be new and very clean.
