The wave pool was fun.

We had a good experience other than the extremely long wait for the elevator because only one was in working.

The pool was massive

The water park has limited hours, slides are also ran on those hours and it's not listed anywhere until you're there. So it's a disappointment!

First when i stepped in the receiving area smells like there’s pee smell in the place and the restroom doesn’t smell good as well

Needed comforters for the pullout bed. I requested them but they never got to the room

We booked as a team for 20 rooms this past week for Alberta Soccer Provincials. We were happy with the services we received. The kids enjoyed the waterpark and the hot breakfast in the morning was good. Allen in group bookings was phenomenal to deal with. If we were to be in Lethbridge again this will be where we stay. Lots of options for food in the area as well.

Our baseball team and families recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lethbridge. It was a great place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly- Joanne went out of her way to give us recommendations on places to eat and visit. Everyone at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate our team (14 high school age kids and 2 coaches) as well as the 6 other families that stayed there. They was a 12 U team that stayed there as well. The hotel was very secure, and had a great pool and arcade for younger kids. We would definitely stay there again!

Good check in experience with Kaitlyn. Very friendly. Only one of two elevators working at the time (on both stays). Had a good room with a decent TV and TV guide. Good wifi. Nice computer desk & chair with lots of charging ports. Room fridge had a little freezer compartment which is always nice. Bathroom was roomy with good water pressure in the shower. Good fitness room. Huge pool with a water temp of 84F/ 30C and a nice hot tub 104F/ 40C. The hot tub jets could have been more powerful. There was no free breakfast but there is a Tony Roma's restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch and supper for a price. I only had supper there which was okay. Lots of places nearby for food. I learned the first time, do not get a room near the waterpark which is open till 10PM. Stayed in room 402 and heard constant thumping from kids going down the water tubes. Otherwise this was a nice location. There's a good chance I'd stay here again.

It was a space large enough to accommodate my family of 6, and our dog.

The space where the shower and toilet were situated is way too small. The light for the waterslide was not working properly and the temporary signage was not visible (should have been placed over the faulty lights) so my son-in-law was hit from behind by another guest who didn't "count to 30" before going down the slide. We had 2 children under 4 years old and we were placed on the 4th floor -- in the case of a fire, it would have been difficult to go down the stairs with these little ones -- I question the logic of placing us on the 4th floor. When I checked in, another guest was ahead of me complaining that she had been placed in a dirty room, and that after an hour of waiting, the room still had not been cleaned to her standards -- to my shock, the guest was not offered another room.

3-star hotel. Clean but no frills. Very conveniently located. Attached to Tony Romas is a plus.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Why can’t I find pillows like that for my house? Also the pool and waterslide were a big hit. My kids spent hours there and the lifeguards were so kind.

They put us on the 3rd floor for our pet room and the closest door to get out went to a back parking lot and didn’t allow you to reenter. There were no good pet relief spots (all rock with tons of weeds). There were also rib bones all over the ground (not ideal for dogs). Wouldn’t bring my pets here again but maybe that’s the point?

Event was very organized for such a large group and all the staff were very friendly

Room 409 was noisy due to some kind of pump or A/C unit from a lower floor. If I was not so tired that night, I would have asked for a different room.

The towels for the pool weren't readily available and the charge for the breakfast was too high, we opted out.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. I had some confusion (on my end) they handled it perfectly and cleared everything up for me. Amazing staff!

The poor customer service at the front desk, and after being gone all day came back to our hotel room door being left open by house keeping.

The water park is a great option for those with kids. The beds were comfortable. Located near many restaurants and shopping malls/stores.

The rooms could use some updating. The hot tub was warm but not hot. The ice machines were broken. There was only 1 front desk person to assist with check ins and guests needs.The light on one of the waterslides that tells you when it is safe to enter the slide was not working.

When we got there the sink was clogged They dumped drano down it and Made the room smell of chemicals for hours and we couldn’t open doors or windows While this was happening another family was given the room we were aleady in and was mad that we were there The mini spits work too well or not at all they had a mind of there own We also didn’t get out breakfast vouchers till the morning we needed them. They called super late at night to let us know to get Our phone didn’t work but thankfully maintenance was already in our room and changed it out for us. T When we went to use the pool there was no clean towels for 45-1 hour. We were already wet with in infant so we had to walk upstairs with out drying off.

The experience was deeply uncomfortable and disappointing. The staff’s behavior came across as both rude and discriminatory, creating an environment where we did not feel welcome. Joanne, in particular, repeatedly stared at us and our party guests in a way that felt intrusive and unsettling, as though we were being watched or monitored throughout our stay. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt singled out and uneasy. What made the situation even more frustrating was the clear inconsistency in how rules were enforced. While we were made to feel scrutinized, other hotel guests of a different race were openly allowed to drink alcohol and gather in the hallways without any issue. This unequal treatment raised serious concerns about fairness and respect. Overall, the experience left a lasting negative impression, and it is difficult to overlook the sense of bias we encountered.

I enjoyed the proximity to everything and I liked the staff.

I didn’t like the beds, they were not overly comfortable as they were very bouncy. Also, the slides and the wave pool were only open if a life guard was on duty which was only for like 40 mins the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to use the full functionality of the pool.

Had a balcony room and without the ac being on the room smelt like chlorine and the room was a little outdated, completely understandable for it being a family room with kids.

Rooms need mood lighting. Am I in a pharmacy, or a hotel room? idk.

The pool was a big hit !

The heater was rather loud and our alarm clock went off at midnight (definitely didn't set it ourselves). So needless to say our sleep was not good

We were in Lethbridge for a tournament and stayed at the Holiday Inn. If you get the chance to deal with Allen, she is fantastic! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and willing to help if needed. The pool was a hot commodity, “Best pool ever”, from all of the kids. If we go back for another tournament, this will definitely be the hotel I will choose.

Had a great time at the waterpark with the kids. Staff was friendly and addressed all our needs and we will come back again as this was our return trip.

We enjoyed this hotel. The pool was great and had lifeguards on duty while the slides and waves were running, which gave peace of mind. Pool area was very clean and well kept.

We were pool view(not by choice), the heat and chlorine smell from the pool was horrible. Had to run air conditioner entire team we were there and sounded like we had a diesel truck running in our room all night.

We had such a great experience staying here. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and treated our family so well from the moment we arrived. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a huge highlight for us — the kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole stay feel like a mini vacation. The accommodations were excellent and everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s a perfect place to stay whether you’re visiting family from out of town or traveling for business. Another great bonus was having Tony Roma’s right there. The food was fantastic and the kids even got a free breakfast, which was such a nice surprise. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. The staff, amenities, and overall experience made it one of the best places we’ve stayed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This pool area is unreal,best family friendly pool we have ever stayed at. Such a fun water park feel for anyone traveling with kids. And when our toddler was ill staff were so very understanding and helpful. The rooms for the price are absolutely huge, great for the whole family

Everything definitely has the budget feel -nice rives, no breakfast, minimal linens etc. The cleanliness was not there - an oldartifical nail was in our bathroom, lots of stains on our rooms carpet and when we moved one cough slightly aside to set up our baby pack and play the floor under looked liked it had not been cleaned since I was a baby myself. Usually this would score lower for me, but the pool experience and the really sweet staff saved the rating

Multiple hockey teams staying at the hotel, kids are running up and down the hallways all weekend banging on Doors, the stairwell was a play area… one elevator was broken on and off the whole time from kids constantly up and down so we had to use the stairs up to the fourth floor the whole weekend along with elderly people. Hot tub was filthy clumps of hair and dirt floating in it. Hotel staff did nothing about any of these concerns.

Rooms were clean but a little run down (beds could be replaced, faucets, TV, etc). Pool was the highlight as I have never seen a hotel have 2 waterslides (one having tubes allowed on it which they provide), wave pool, hot tub, and a kids play area. Location is good and close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Joanne was the best receptionist ever ❤️❤️❤️ we had a situation where, for soke reason our room handle wouldn't open from the inside. She was quick to come open the door for us, gave us a new room, and some breakfast vouchers. Was so sweet about the whole situation 10/10 would return.

I always have a good experience I am a gold member and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Mostly because Kaitlyn Heinedger is so great with check in and check out. She makes you feel welcome. She remembers you.

Location was great - lots of restaurants and things within walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Always where I stay when I’m in Lethbridge.

Swimming pool is amazing and rooms where super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the balcony had for us added value. To bad the green slide was closed and the hot tub was closed on Saturday evening for the big part.

There has to be a better price for the blow ups to use to go from the yellow slide. The kids love the blow ups but $9 rental for one hour swimming is a lot. If the management could solve this issue that would be amazing.

The front desk when we checked in was really nice and helpful. It was a good stay, everyone in Lethbridge are nice. The service staff from all the restaurants, establishments we went to were genuinely nice.

Not what you advertised! Didn’t get a deck facing the pool, and there was not free breakfast. As well the hot tub was cold! False advertising and non refundable. Pretty disgusted!

We stayed at this hotel on a family trip and had an amazing experience, especially with the waterpark. The waterpark was huge and perfect for all ages. The slides were so much fun, the wave pool was a big hit with both kids and adults, and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The kiddie pool was well designed and safe, which made it easy for our younger child to enjoy as well. Overall, it was a fantastic family-friendly hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were somewhat clean. We loved the pool area for the kids and was the only reason we booked here.

The carpets in the room were absolutely filthy looking.

We LOVE this holiday Inn in Lethbridge! This one on Mayor Magrath! As a family we get in tons of swim time in the wave pool, slides, tubes and even the hot tub. We never stay anywhere else! This is our favourite hotel of all times! Such sweet staff and life guards to make sure everyone is happy and well taken care of. Thank you!!!

The kids always love the swimming pool. We had a fantastic room with separate beds for the kids!

It was hot in the room, but we didn't report it, so next time we will.
