The shower would be extremely hot then extremely cold. The shower head was very slow. I moved the night stand to plug in my phone. I’m not sure it was ever vacuumed in behind. There were nasty webs and it was just dirty.

I only did not like one thing (which probabely cannot get fixed). The place to wash our hands was outside of washroom!! that was extremely wierd and annoying for us, as we had to come out of washroom with dirty hands and washing them outside.

We were promised a room with a shower stall rather than a tub/shower. I have a disability. No shower stall!!

Phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. The only option I had was to go through AI to make my reservation. Booked 1 room, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Checked in to hotel was given room 315 which is in one of the out buildings. The room was disgusting, the furnishings looked like they were the original and the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The attendant moved us to room 214, he said it was their "Emergency Room." He said the air conditioning was broken but he could bring us up a fan. When he brought up the fan he seen we had 2 dogs. He asked if they were registered, I told him I did that when I made the reservation. Shortly after that we received a phone call saying are dogs weren't registered and if we didn't leave they would charge us $400.00 to clean the room. They said they had no pet friendly rooms available. I asked about a refund and he told me I had to go through WYNDHAM because I made the reservation through WYNDHAM - even though I phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. A little while later they called to see if we wanted the original room, 315, which they had already said was a non pet friendly room. While my husband was taking our dogs and luggage to our vehicle I was trying to get a hold of WYNDHAM. The attendants locked our key cards while my husband was taking our things down. I got a hold of WYNDHAM which was AI. I was given a case number and was told a humanist would contact me by email. Two weeks later I haven't heard anything from WYNDHAM. My credit card was charged $160.13. I will never stay at another Super 8 again and do not recommend this hotel.

Jaylee gave me a 1 hour early check-in which helped me out a lot. Best smoking room for value, could not tell it was smoking room, very clean and fresh air. Brand new great working AC. Great working shower.

After a 6-7 hour drive, Jaylee and the team let me check in an hour early—huge relief! My smoking room was spotless with zero smoke smell, great AC, and a fantastic shower. For $80–$90/night, this is the best value I've found. When I extended my stay, they let me keep the same room without re-checking in. Breakfast was solid too. Will definitely be back—thank you Jaylee!

As we had never stayed at a Super 8 by Wyndham before and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and the bed and pillows comfortable. The breakfast was good, everything was clean, and it was quiet. We would come back and stay here again.

The cleaning staff - Knowing there's only one shampoo and conditioner provided, took away the second one that we requested because one is just not enough for use. It's not difficult to know that the second one must be requested thus simply taking it away like that makes it look pathetic. Also, the same cleaning staff could do room cleaning but didn't do the bed. How pathetic is that? Kitchen - Early around 7:30am, the front desk said the eggs were no longer available. Breakfast time opens from 6 to 10. At 7:30, you tell me eggs are no longer available. You can honestly answer to yourself will something like this command excellent service?

A staff AFmid/Hamid not sure if I got the name right , on the nite shift when I arrived was very nice, u could see he loved his job. He went extra mile to help with my language , his customer service is top notched. He stood out for me on customer service. Very pleasant person to have at the reception.

The bathtub is old and stained. Not sure if bleach could make it white.

Breakfast was good and staff did good job maintaining supplys. Room size were good but because we had 2 queen beds, there wasn't any room for more than one chair. Wifi was good.

Second floor for 5 days were tough on my wife and even though we arrived at 3 pm, before 25 orher rooms were taken, we couldn't get a ground floor. Very little effort made by staff to accommodate our request. Sink drain was very slow draining, sink faucet was difficult to stop dribbling, AC popped breaker and was fairly slow at cooling, tv was not smart so streaming was not possible.

The room was cleans with comfortable beds and good facilities, good breakfast choices as well.

The customer service is horrible.

Bugs coming in the room from the outside as the door and ac do not seal properly, cracked tiles that are raised and moldy. Had to have my cards for the room reprogramed anytime we left, had to make 8 trips to the front desk just for this. Free breakfast is toast and cereal, no hot foods as they "ran out" of batter for waffles. No meats or proteins for breakfast no hashbrowns. This location is a joke.

The room was quite quiet and there was a car event in town for the weekend so the place was packed and we didn’t hear a thing.

The a/c didn’t work as good as it should had so room was too warm.

I enjoyed the front desk staff's friendliness. The proximity to amenities in central Lethbridge were acceptable, so long as you had a car.

The room was very confining. The size of the bathroom was claustrophobic, there was barely enough room to turn around. The carpets and decor were dated.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and had cable. The air conditioning was crispy.

The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was good (two queens). The pillows seemed to be pretty good, too. The linens were clean. The location is very good for access to the park and Japanese garden. The hotel provides discount vouchers for the Japanese garden, too. We also found the on-site parking easy to navigate.

The water when I took my shower kept going from hot to cold. Maybe someone else was showering nearby? It didn't happen on the first day, but on the second day. The toilet, tub and sink were lower than standard height, so that would be a problem for taller people. There are only stairs to get to the second floor, so if you can't do stairs, you should indicate this when making reservations. Also, the A/C unit fan was very loud. Even set to "fan only" it was quite loud. The carpet was old and probably needs to be replaced, but it was OK for the price of the room. I'm waiting to see what the final price is because my credit card shows a higher balance (pending) for the room than expected.

The room was poorly lit and you could barely see anything at the closet-end of the room. Turning on the bathroom light helped but the fan, which was on the same switch, was so noisy it was very annoying.

It wasn't an issue for us but there isn't an elevator. Internet perhaps a bit weak. It required re signing in more than daily..... sometimes hourly. The room was probably too small to be a double Queen. There was a small table and 2 chairs in the room but there really wasn't enough room to sit at it.

Kyle was wonderful at the Front desk. The manager came as well, I forgot to ask her name. They were able to switch my room to a ground level which I am so grateful for. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The AC is loud, but that noise does not bother me. It would have been uncomfortable without it. Breakfast was good.

The tub is very small and would fit a child and does not fit a tall, voluptuous adult very well. I did make it work as best I could.

the bathrooms need to be updated, they are small and old to say. The breakfast area is average at best( nothing to do with the workers), would be nice to have a hot food selection.

The hotel is nothing fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay for a night. Also, the morning staff was very friendly and welcoming. She was handling both the front desk and breakfast area on her own, yet still managed to smile and provide excellent service. Truly appreciated her hard work and positive attitude! We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Old, outdated, I fixed the toilet because it wouldn’t flush, the room I was in had very little light, the floors creaked with every step, some of the wallpaper was peeling off, the carpet was old and dingy, stairs were narrow, no elevator, moved the table to find kids treats under it.
