I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early and they said that even though the room could be ready that they would need a $40 fee to even ask the staff about having the room done before 3pm. I said we would just be dropping bags off to go to a wedding at 3 and what would the chances be the room would be ready without asking for priority and I was informed any check in before 3pm meant a $40 fee. This is the first I've ever experienced this and it seemed very aggressive to charge such a high amount for such a close early check in. The breakfast wasn't great. Minimal choices compared to most hotels offering breakfasts that I've experienced at this price point.

Excellent central location with easy access from Hwy 3. Centrally located on the south side - walking distance to many restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Costco nearby. Newer hotel - good value - great for a quick overnight. Room very clean and quiet. A/C worked well and was quiet. Easy plentiful parking.

Breakfast a little disappointing. Dining area very small and unfortunately super loud with some HVAC system components in the breakfast dining area (not noticeable in guest rooms). Coffee (machine) not good.

This was a small hotel and the room was good. It was easy to navigate and the breakfast was reasonable for the price. The staff were very friendly. It was also nice and close to some stores and restaurants.

Not much was to dislike.

A modern facility. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was put in a room which was handicap accessible, so it had a huge shower. Parking was good. The staff were very friendly, and the included breakfast was really good. I'd stay here again, for sure.

The hotel staff were amazing. In particular, the receptionist who helped us on arrival (June 17th, afternoon) and throughout our stay (until the 20th) was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The hot tub was a nice bonus and the free breakfast / coffee in the mornings were great.

Breakfast was below average. But for the price I guess would be ok. Rooms and location are good.

The front desk lady couldn't figure out because I came in at past midnight the computer system. Took over a half hour to figure out everything. I booked thru a third party. Couldn't find the booking. Then when she got everything sorted after telling me to "give me a minute" she tried to charge me twice on my credit card. Told me it didn't go thru, when it in fact did. I was baffled. She tried to asser herself and tell me to do it again. She was beyond poor at her job with little to no apology I could remember. It was absurd. She recognized that she made a mistake and hit cash instead of credit card I guess on her system, but after such a long wait and her being on the telephone the whole time it was a terrible experience.

Pleasant and efficient staff, easy and quick check in and check out. Clean and spacious room. Plenty of parking. Close to a number of shops and restautants. Decent breakfast choices. Large size non-removable toiletries in the shower. NO cleaning or prepping sounds early in the morning - I actually could sleep in despite being on ground floor.

While breakfast seemed to have variety, the meat option was not replenished after 9:30 am (breakfast goes till 10 am and I was there around 9:33 am). While the hotel has large size non-removable toiletries, these bottles need to be checked regularly - the shower gel bottle was COMPLETELY EMPTY (luckily I had a little bottle of my own). The gym room pictures on Booking.com are misleading. A treadmil (cannot use due to ankle injury), an eliptical (no likes) and a sort of 360° resistance machine.are all crammed in a tiny space. I tried the 360°, but there was no space for me to use most lf the options properly. Also, the 360° did not have ANY directions on how to safely use it, which os a problem for novice users.

Check-in was easy and quick. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had protein options (eggs & sausages) which is important to us.

The front desk lady was very unpleasant at check in. No greeting from staff. The morning at checkout the ladies behind the front desk had their kids with them, which is a bit unprofessional. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and very thick, not a good sleep.

Location has lots of nearby restaurants and services. Rooms were fine. AC worked well, once switched on. Beds were reasonably comfortable and linens were clean and of reasonable quality. Good Wifi. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were pleasant, helpful, and prompt.

Breakfast is quite uninspiring. Yes, it's edible, but there is no quality. There are better breakfast options across the parking lot (that cost money). Not specific to this hotel, but hotels in North America - breakfast is mediocre. Bathrooms don't have a fan (or window) but definitely should have a fan.

Good breakfast, lots of variety, and I could take a tray up to the room for the sleepyheads who weren't ready to come down yet.

Bottles in shower were empty. Would have liked a pool and would probably book somewhere else if we had more time at the hotel.

first king room with a pull out couch.. the couch was covered with white stains and garbage was inside the bed. We moved rooms to another king room with sofa. This sofa couch didn't' work. The front desk informs me it's not supposed to come out. Even though I booked and needed a room with two beds. They were sold out of queen rooms so it had to be another king room that they falsley advertised and told me it had two beds for us (I was expecting the second be be the sofa bad.) So I ended up having to pay for a room that was not was i had paid for. The first lady at check out was very nice. T

Breakfast was very good, and we really appreciated real cutlery and not flimsy plastic forks and knives.

No coffee creamer in room just the powder type. Plastic glasses are too thin to put drinks in, get some a little stiffer.

Hot tub was down. Kids were looking forward to it after an 8 hour travel day
