Everything was clean , the breakfast menu was bigger and better then I expected.

Location is fantastic.

The bathtub drain wasn’t drain properly. I called the front desk and they suggested to move room but it’s inconvenient for us to move since all our stuff were out.

Close to restaurants and easy access to the highway. We were given a room on the 7th floor, which provided a very nice view of the city. The room is very nice. Breakfast was nice.

When we stayed in early September, heaters kicked in but it was not that chilly yet, making the room a bit too warm for comfort. Front desk provided us with a fan, very basic fan with just the one setting, on or off. It worked.

Would have preferred bacon over sausage patties. Over all breakfast was good.

The coffee in the rm. not enough instructions for the coffee pot.

1. Room wasn't cleaned all throughout the stay 2. Bed spreads and towels were never changed throughout the complete stay 3. A/C was producing too much noise 4. Corridor Lights was entering all through the sides and bottom of the door, couldn't sleep well all through nights. 5. Access cars - getting access into the room was so difficult never worked, had to try multiple times and still didn't work, changed the card in reception and that doesn't work as well. it's not just just us, every friends who stayed in different floors also experienced the same problem. 6. Mentioned to the staffs and was told they made a note of it but no action 7. Just short of a minute to enter the kitchen for breakfast but told very rudely it's closed and the chain was just locked while we about to enter. 8. Minimum customer courtesy expected but it isn't and we didn't came down for a military camping where rules are rules I can't let you enter even if you're late by a minute. Overall such an unpleasant stay.

I would like a clear "do not disturb " sign to hung on the door, instead there is a funny sign that I don't understand what the meaning is.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't provide drinking water there.

The tub was extremely slippery, no real hand holds other than soap dishes.

I like the breakfast but I don’t like the server telling my son to only get one butter- then when we look at her she said does he needs one more - is there a limit for butter ?🥲

The pillows are not comfortable and torn blanket and there is a permanent stain on the toilet bowl looks like 💩

The hotel staff are scammers be aware!! We were charged 450$ because they said there was smoking in the room. I asked to speak to the manager about it and never got to.. it's a set up do not stay at this scamming super 8. You been warned.. and the reviews I have read is this happens alot so stay away!!

My room was right in front of the elevator and ice machine , it was a bit noisy but the other guests were courteous and it did not go into the night/morning. The A/C was chirpy but I did not need it later in the evening, the room was perfect temperature without it overnight,must be the brick building. Wifi was not the best, ended up hot spotting my laptop off my phone.

The room is lovely! I walked in and was so pleased. Clean, good view, overall really nice. Then someone moved in next door. There is zero soundproofing! Luckily it was just phone calls, but I can tell you exactly what they spoke about, even with the TV on and me in the farthest spot from the adjoining door. I let the front desk know as my 5am start came early after little sleep. They assured me no one was going to be in that room tonight, I went for a nap and surprise… they put a family with young kids in. I woke up to them trying to get through the adjoining door. I’m sad because I really thought that this was going to be my new preferred place to stay in Lethbridge. It’s not.

Good breakfast however it would be great if bacon could be added to the menu

Lobby area is strange in that the elevator is on a different level than the main desk. Climbing stairs or a ramp to access it is not enjoyable especially for older people with larger luggage.

Basic Breakfast. Restaurant area could use some maintenance and quality checks. It did not reflect Ramada's quality benchmarks that I experienced in other Ramadas' elsewhere. Restaurant staff was awesome though.

The room had an adjoining door for the room next door. I could hear everything thing the neighbor was doing thru this door. I could hear their tv, hear them coughing and talking.

I really enjoyed the quietness in the room, the comfort of the bed and the breakfast. It was a great variety for the price, and the whole price of the hotel was very reasonable and good value for your money.

Good checkin experience, maid service, excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, thick curtains to keep the room dark. Lots of extra space in the room.

No climate control. Thermostat on the wall does nothing, fan speed control on the AC unit does nothing, window opens a tiny crack, no exhaust fan to draw fresh air into the room. I kept the window open for 3 days straight trying to cool the room down. You will hear every footstep in the hall, every door slam. It's not so much thin walls (I didnt hear voices or traffic noise) but walls that transmit sound when struck, and thin doors.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The high bathtub/shower might be a problem for the elderly. The Dove products in the bathroom are great. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was good, loved the real plates and cutlery.

The hotel is very dated, the A/C -Heater in the room did not work. The safe in the room did not work. The high step into the bathtub might be a concern for older or handicapped people, The Dove products were good although one was empty. Slightly over priced for what you get

For an older building it was well maintained and they were renovated, clean rooms. Not a lot of ceiling height though which is how you can tell it’s an older building.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you are from the Lethbridge area. You may have a valid reservation, identification and valid credit card but they will refuse to check you in. If you are booking through any of the hotel apps this is NOT identified as a hotel restriction. They are happy ro take your money but will not provide the room. This is a form of PREJUDICE.

rooms are clean, location is good. Staff are friendly.

It was an average of 80 degrees in the rooms with no relief My room had a broken thermostat at which apparently would not have mattered due to no HVAC to supply comfort. We had requested a fan which came promptly but only gave minimal relief. Windows are only louvers, that don't allow much air in. Very minimal sleep acquired which wasn't good as I had booked there at the Remada for some pre major surgery rest. Will not book there again.

Professional staff, very helpful and friendly. Exceptions were made for an early check in and any front desk requests were made instantly and with a smile.

Brkfst was excellent. My one night stay was all around excellent.

We have stayed here before, there was a screw up in reservation and it was thought the date was in March when in fact it was for February, the rate for March was less costly but we had to suck it up 😖
