الفندق لا يوجد فيه مطعم يعني أنا حجزت ودفعت فلوس وكنت فاكر انه فيه مطعم وبوفيه وتطلب منهم اي شي لكن طلع ماعنده شي غير كل بوم تقولهم شو تريد طبعا هذا شي مزعج أنا لو كنت اعرف مافي مطعم كنت ما دفعت الغرفة مع الفطور افضل شي الصراحة الفندق حاول انه يساعدني بحدود المستطاع لكن المعروض منهم ما يساعد وهم عطوني بطاقات اني اروح افطر في ستاربوكس لكن مشكلتها انه لازم تغير نظام تلفونك إلى ماليزي علشان تنزل برتاح ستاربوكس وتقدر تستفيد من البطاقات وهذا شي مزعج وفي النهاية راحت فلوس حجز الغرف مع الفطور. الشي الأخير بعد تاكد من الغرفه الي تحجزها لانه في بعضها المغسله تكون في غرفة النوم تخيل نايم مع ربيعك ويقوم الصبح وإزعاج المياه ويغسل وجهه ولا يسوي معجون أسنان مش في الحمام الي كل الناس متعودة عليه لازم تكلم الفندق انك تريد الغرفه مافيها مغسله بغرفة النوم تكون في الحمام

La colazione è un aspetto sicuramente migliorabile. È necessario prenotarla la sera precedente, indicando anche l’orario in cui si desidera consumarla. La scelta dei prodotti è piuttosto limitata e, inoltre, la colazione viene servita direttamente in camera, poiché la struttura non dispone di una sala dedicata.

ازعاج الدراجات خصوصا بالليل لانصح بالسكن فالطوابق السفليه لايوجد مكان مخصص للافطار يرسلون افطار متواضع للغرف .. لذلك لا افضل طلب افطار تقدر تفطر في مطعم الدمشقي الساعه 8

مع الاسف الشديد محاولة سحب مبالغ من التأمين بطرق قذرة تخيل خصمو 80 رنقت مقابل بقعة قهوه على المفرش لاول مره اتعرض لهذا التعامل السيئ ايضا كرت الباب معجزة للحصول على اخر وتعهد وتوعد عند عدم استردادة

The breakfast that was included is so - so only, worst is that it was delivered cold to my room twic and another time they totally forgot to deliver it, I had to call them three times to remind them. It was supposed to be delivered at 7.30 am which I requested but finally after 3 reminders it came at 9.30am , very cold already. Horrible experience. And housekeeping made up my room but forgot to change and replace the towels, had to make 2 calls to remind them . Very unprofessional. Also at night it was very noisy, especially the ramming of motorcycles which can be heard very loud.

No rooftop viewing platform. No breakfast place.

The room lighting was dim. It would be good if the rooms without windows were given the option to turn on brighter lamps. The shower wall holder was very low so you have to hold the shower head during a bath.

Very busy area for traffic. Can take time getting to/from the airport, especially when waiting for taxis. I found the floorplan of our room a little odd with the shower being a wet room opening straight into the entry way. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Location is impeccable, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. I personally have to thank Ershad from the housekeeping team on the 12th floor, he always strived to ensure that I am having a perfect stay + he ensured the room is spotless and fresh!

Reviewed May 18, 2026The position is great if you wanna stay in the heart of bukit bintang; we had a high floor room and the view was amazing. changing of towels and refill of complimentary stuff every day, the staff was super friendly, very nice, i would give it a 10 if it wasn’t for some cleaning issues
the rooms has moquette and it (in our room at least) had a lot of stain. also, we found a used condom at the side of the bed. so the cleaning for this price and this range of hotel need to be better. that the reason i didn’t give it a 10

Reviewed May 5, 2026Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz oben mit einer tollen Aussicht. Fast alles war fussläufig erreichbar, die Lage ist wirklich top. Achtung, den Park Service kann ma nur bar bezahlen!
Das Frühstück war grauenhaft um nicht zu sagen widerlich. Der Kaffee war übler als der in diesen all inclusive Bunkern, aus den Automaten! Man sagte uns, es gäbe kein Restaurant, also müssen wir aus einer kleinen Auswahl ein Gericht und Getränk wählen, welches uns ins Zimmer gebracht wird. Gerne hätten wir das Geld zurück denn beide Male haben wir es entsorgt und woanders gegessen. Es war wirklich ungenießbar und kalt. Unser Zimmer war auch an vielen Stellen völlig verstaubt.
