Lovely quiet room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast in a pleasant dining room.

The modern hotel easy to find and park. Size of the room.

The breakfast wasn't much up to scratch people just ducking and diving get what they could. . And kids screaming when you're trying to eat breakfast. Shouldn't be allowed if it's busy in the restaurant.

Friendly staff, great location. Litterally less than 5 minutes drive to Portway Lifestyle Centre where my daughter was competing in a ballroom.and latin competition. Excellent value for money.

The hotel room was very noisy from the out side traffic and with noisy air conditioning pipes , even when we switched the unit off it still maid noise 😡

The hotel was handy for our journey and breakfast was good quality.

There was a lot of dust in the room, the room was also very small when we added a cot and had the sofa bed extended. Service at breakfast was very slow, they had not planned enough staff for how busy it was and in a rush to manage the traffic and get the food out, some of the sausages did not look well done. I stayed clear of those.

We found the staff to be incredibly polite and welcoming on our arrival. This morning, the staff were very helpful when we were settling our dogs. The accommodation was clean and we had no issues at all. Very impressed.

Rooms a little small especially for families Breakfast supposed to serve til 10am but easily ran out of food by 9 and wasn't replenished.

The only thing that let's this property down is that it's starting to look dated in certain areas. I didn't mind that as it's still clean, does the job and I enjoyed my stay. The staff I met were really friendly and the breakfast was good too. Convenient for drivers who need the motorway network and a 24 petrol station next door, which you can walk to in seconds from the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like... If I had to pick something then I'll go with the world cup being played on the TV in the bar - and the only thing I didn't like about that was that we lost and it's not coming home - it's spending the night in a great hotel!

Room was comfortable and staff are very friendly, evening meal was adequate and generally a good option for the location, I have used the same hotel 3 or 4 times now.

I asked for a non adjoining room but found that I had been allocated one on arrival but staff were very helpful and changed on request. Please no adjoining rooms on arrival as I had to go up to the room then return to reception.

For me nothing to complain. Was formidable. That why I've choose to become a member.

Staff were all excellent from the very helpful receptionist at check-in who moved our rooms closer together for us to the night reception team who helped us get hot chocolate when we arrived home late and even got us mini muffins too. Bed was very comfy and room was spacious and well-equipped. Location very convenient and hotel easy to find. Breakfast was also good and staff cleared quickly despite it being busy.

Bed in room 204 was a small double and not really big enough for our 2 teenagers to share (had been booked as 1 x adult and 1 x child), should have been advised so we could maybe change. Croissants ran out an hour before breakfast ended and were not replenished.

There wasn’t enough space for the size of our party. Breakfast was a total disaster waiting half an hour before cooked food finally trickled out one by one. Staff weren’t very helpful and everything seemed like too much of an effort. Gluten free options were very poor.

Fire alarm went off at 5:50am, lasted a minute or so I went downstairs and staff just said morning- no communication as to why the alarm went off or anything. There was constantly rats spotted outside running under cars.

The property was amazing, clean good size facilities. Breakfast was brilliant. Chelsea in reception was great at welcoming us.

The property was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice with a wide selection and the Staff were extremely pleasant and cheerful. The staff both on the desk and house keeping were very professional.

The sink in the bathroom needs bleach, as there is a pungent smell of drains. Around the shower there was at times water leaking from the outside

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The sink was broken. Not enough disabled parking. Not enough tables or organisation at breakfast. We booked a room and arranged for an earlier check in but when we got there the room wasn't available even though they said it would be, when we called in May when we booked the hotel.

Freezing cold, noisy at night (guests banging about rather than outside noise), no WiFi (didn’t even mention it to me when I arrived and I’m clearly on business). If it wasn’t for the reward points I would have stayed somewhere else. Waited too long to check in. A poor place to stay.

Assistant manager,sorry did not get her name, was really helpful when my wife who is diabetic had a hypo attack. Cannot praise her enough for help. If there is any form of internal recognition I would suggest she be awarded it.

I like the staff, the location and the cleanliness.

In the shower room, the water pools on the shower floor which is incredibly frustrating because I am trying to get clean and Im standing on a mini -puddle.

The room was of a decent size and comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The buffet breakfast was great and very much appreciated - often the hype is not delivered on, but not the case here!

Check-in staff member (unfortunately did not get her name!) was surprisingly rude. Booking amendments were made via Booking,com and somehow did not reach the property. This staff member was quick to jump to conclusions and blame me for not having made changes, then proceeded to state how she was doing me a favour "for free, but only this time". Could not help losing my temper, thinking about what "Customer Service" should ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE! Dealt with Andre after that and he sorted things out (after some actual effort was taken to see my 14 amendments on the system!), but not after I had wasted over 30 minutes to defend my position!

Wasn’t able to avail breakfast for myself as we have to make it on time for our religious conference. Spouse had one and I believe it was the usual but filling

The room, I believe is for a PWD. I have to take the shower chair just to be able to have a comfy wash. Shower drain is I believe a bit clog as water accummulated for sometime before it goes down the drain. Made the floor slippery.

Booked this for the family last April in order to attend mum's funeral as we live in Cornwall. Staff very supportive and helpful. Came again this year to yet another funeral. It might be nice to visit on a more pleasant occasion.
