La distribución de la habitación, sin mesas laterales en cama, falta de cajoneras o mueble de baño, falta de enchufes y cargadores para celular. 2 días continuos a media tarde, estando descansando, con mucha insistencia un personal solicitaba saber si estaba conforme el aseo de la habitación.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera nel seminterrato. Aveva un odore fortissimo di muffa. Impossibile starci. Dopo averlo comunicato ci hanno cambiato camera senza problemi.

Az ágy sajnos nagyon kényelmetlen volt, kicsi is, a lábam lelógott róla, de főleg a matrac volt rossz. A szobába kevés természetes fény jutott, éjszaka pedig a szomszéd lámpájának fénye beszűrődött. A hangszigetelés sem tökéletes, áthallatszott a horkolás. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt. Ezek inkább kisebb kellemetlenségek voltak, az ágyat leszámítva.

I didn’t know I would have to carry my suitcase up very steep stairs. I thought because there were lifts the rooms would be accessible. It would help to know that or if reception checked if you can manage.

Room was very dirty. Walls had stains, bathroom showers were corroded, and towels although clean had stains. Wi-Fi wasn't receiving proper signal in the room they stuffed us in, so much so that we bought esim data just to realize that it won't work either as we were literally in a basement-level.

I had a problem with my shower drain. The water did not go down when i was showering. So i was showering in dirty water from previous people. I went to the reception 3 times, and they said they would send the house keeping up there to fix it. That did not help. Should have got a new room instead.

Det var veldig varmt om natten, tykke dyner. Aircondision ble først satt på rett før vi skulle reise. Den var ikke vasket og lakenet ble skittent. På badetvar det mugg i taket, noe jeg safra om dagen etterpå i resepsjonen. De tok det ikke på alvor, neste dag fikk jeg tak i han som vaskerommet. Han fjernet det.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Better mattress pad would do wonders!!!! Also, toilet flushing buttons were disgustingly dirty. Very easy to clean! But we’re filthy.

We were on the side of the road, there was quite a bit of noise from cars and people walking by. So if you're used to quiet nights, I would advise to ask for a room away from the road.

Terrific location — subway, bus stops, a large grocery shop nearby. A walking distance (in my humble opinion) to the Hyde park, Baker street, Westminster, etc. Nice staff.

It's my second stay here, and this time my room for one person was ridiculously small. The only window in it wasn't even facing the street. The sink in the bathroom is also tiny, suiteable for washing your hands maybe.

The location is perfect. The room was bigger than other city center single rooms. There is AC.

Camas extremamente pequenas e desconfortáveis. Quarto G03 - barulho horrível quando o quarto G04 abre a porta. Quarto G03 demasiado claro, as cortinas não são suficientes a deixar o quarto agradável. Noite de sono comprometida. Não tem frigobar e o pequeno almoço ronda os 13£. Itens de higiene não muito bons. O espaço para tomar banho é muito pequeno. Tomada apenas de um lado da cama. Internet é péssima. A receção que dizia ser 24h, por varias vezes ficou sem ninguém e com a placa de volto já.

Maybe the only good thing about the hotel is location. Housekeeping is also not bad.

First of all, when we made our hotel reservation, we added a note requesting separate beds in one of the rooms. As soon as we made the reservation, they called us a few times, then insistently messaged us on WhatsApp saying that if we cancelled the booking through Booking.com and booked directly with them instead, they would give us this without any extra charge — otherwise we'd have to pay an additional fee. We didn't find this ethical, so we refused and said the reservation should stay as it was. The rooms we were given were awful — no windows, no view, no ventilation. Since we were only going to sleep there, we didn't complain, but even spending a little time in the room became torture. By the way, there is no fridge in the room. Housekeeping was done every day. I'd say the housekeeping staff was the best team there. As for the front desk staff, I can't say they were particularly good or bad. They're like robots, they do their job, but there's no interaction or warmth to speak of. I'm not even sure it's necessary. However, one employee ran outside the hotel after me just to clearly answer a question I had — that was a very thoughtful gesture. I think his name was Sergei. I hope I'm remembering that correctly. In short, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Bra läge i London. Närheten till tunnelbana ett stort pluss. Välstädat badrum. Tyckte att priset för 2 dubbelrum var helt ok. Rentav billigt.

Personalen kändes väldigt opersonlig, skötte sitt arbete utan någon extra finess. Möblerna i receptionen var slitna och smutsiga. Heltäcknings mattorna i rummen likaså.

Loved the hotel. It was so clean, had the nicest staff and was brilliant value for money. The location was great and it totally exceeded expectations.

Al check-in ho scoperto che mi era stata assegnata una camera al piano interrato, ho immediatamente fatto presente che non era quello che avevo prenotato, ma mi è stato risposto che l’Hotel era pieno e non c’erano soluzioni alternative. La camera era ben diversa dalle foto che la struttura propone: molto più piccola e ovviamente con una luce ed un comfort diversi oltre che umida. Inoltre la mia camera in particolare si trovava molto vicino al locale lavanderia con pile di panni sporchi costantemente presenti in corridoio, durante la notte sono stata svegliata da un operatore che si stava occupando del servizio di lavanderia. Sono dovuta uscire dalla camera esponendo una lamentela alle tre di notte. Tutto questo non è accettabile da un quattro stelle e non rispetta lo standard di quello che ho acquistato. Tra le condizioni della camera viene indicato che non può essere garantito il piano della camera che omette però totalmente la possibilità che la camera sia al piano -1. Ho provato a richiedere un parziale rimborso della camera, ma l’hotel non ha accettato nessuna trattativa, personalmente non ci tornerò.

Personnels très sympathiques. Possibilité de profiter d'un espace de stockage des bagages gratuit, même après le checkout. Chambre charmante et bien équipée. Très bien situé, à 5min du métro Gloucester Road et proche de restaurants/supermarchés. Lits très confortables. Bon espace dans la chambre.

Les serviettes qui étaient remplacées même quand ce n'est pas nécessaire et/ou voulu. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas top, on entend facilement le couloir et les bruits des voisins de chambre.

Era la segunda vez que nos alojábamos aquí, por su excelente ubicación y relación calidad-precio. Esta vez tuvimos mejor habitación porque era más grande (la de la primera vez era diminuta). Cerca del metro (3 líneas diferentes). Café gratuito disponible a cualquier hora del día. Está limpio, renovado, y decorado de forma funcional y depurado

Es un edificio antiguo pero renovado, hay que subir algunas escaleras con las maletas (a pesar del ascensor). El baño es muy pequeño

Air con in the room didn’t work but the staff did swap our room. I think the staff were amazing but the resources weren’t as good as they could have been, breakfast was a bit, fake eggs and chicken sausages.

房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整齊、有電梯冷氣，附近有兩間大超市，採買方便，地鐵公車都很近！

冷氣一剛開啟會有不好聞的氣味，建議定期清洗；房間內的快煮壺有點老舊也建議更換，除此之外，其餘服務及感覺都很舒適！

The location is close to tube lines, Kensington Palace and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Nice big towels. Decent sized room with safe and private bathroom. A/C.

The toilet was dirty when I arrived. The queen bed was just two twin beds put together without a mattress topper to comfort you from the gap and the pillows were terrible. WiFi was slow. A/C functions only allowed high or off.

El primer día salía del baño un olor muy desagradable. Luego se fue quitando. Y lo peor ha sido que desde la ventana, que no se podía abrir más que 5 centímetros porque las vistas eran feísimas, entraba un ruido tremendo de dos máquinas tipo aire acondicionado. Las horas centrales de la noche no funcionaban, pero había momentos que daban unos sustos increíbles del ruido que hacían. No reservar la habitación 312.

The room was not very clean, I could tell they cleaned rapidly and not thoroughly. The walls were also very thin and had to sleep with earplugs.

Sehr gute Anbindung zur City mit der Central und District Line, sehr angenehme, sichere Umgebung, äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit großer Dusche, beides offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, kein Teppich, genug Platz im Zimmer und sogar eine Klimaanlage (für Hitzewellen). WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Zimmer war im Basement, demzufolge war der Himmel kaum zu sehen. Das hat mich zwar nicht gestört, Aber ich finde, darauf hätte man hinweisen sollen, denn manche Leute stört es. Unangenehm fand ich, dass ich das Fenster zum Lüften nicht öffnen konnte. Außerdem waren die Twin Beds recht schmal und mir persönlich zu weich.

Premetto che ho organizzato il viaggio 3 giorni prima quindi non pensavo di trovare chissà che… però devo dire che la struttura va bene. A 6 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro della Piccadilly Line e a 15 minuti dal museo di storia naturale e dal victoria museum. Se si vuole passeggiare di più si può andare anche con 25 minuti a piedi direttamente ad Hyde Park. La struttura è nuova e con camere piccoline ma accoglienti. Pulizia delle camere eseguita tutti i giorni regolarmente.

Ci sono varie cose che hanno reso un po’ più complicato il nostro soggiorno. In primis il letto… era una piazza e mezzo, non un matrimoniale. Poi, il Wi-Fi… c’era ma era come se non ci fosse perché non funzionava molto. Inoltre, la mancanza di un frigo in camere, noi avremmo optato per degli spuntini da lasciarci in camera come yogurt ma non era possibile. Infine, ho notato che quando venivano a pulire, una volta aver mangiato i biscottini che ti lasciano insieme alla caffettiera, non li hanno più messi, o meglio hanno rifornito di tutto, ma non di biscotti.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The bath towels were very generous in size! The walk-in shower was SO MUCH BETTER than one over a bath - especially for older people. The hotel was in a good location and within an easy walking distance to the Gloucester Road tube station.

Our room was TINY! We had 4 suitcases, and nothing to put them on. Floor space was very limited. Not enough space in the bathroom for hanging clothes and/or towels, and the shelf over the washbasin was too small.

These may be quibbles, but when I show up to register/get my key I’ve never been told by staff that I need to go to the website - you’re standing right there, register me! Also, I understand there are few hotels in the city with laundry, but would it hurt to be able to make some change ? Even a couple pounds worth. Guess it’s being spoiled North American…

I did not spend much time in the hotel. Eating out and sight seeing. Then went to Wembley for a concert. Just a 2 night stay.

El lavabo demasiado pequeño y lo único que no nos gustó es el ruido m. Ya que es una avenida principal y se escuchan mucho los coches. Y actualmente enfrente del hotel hay una obra y por la mañana había ciertos ruidos también.

E' stato il nostro quinto o sesto soggiorno in questa struttura, elemento che esprime chiaramente il nostro apprezzamento. Posizione estremamente strategica, eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo per la categoria, personale disponibile, pulizia impeccabile e ricambio biancheria quotidiano. Numerose le prese di corrente, comprese quelle munite di presa usb. Molteplici anche i punti luce. Ovviamente, il bollitore d'ordinanza sempre a disposizione e il piccolo bagno, non finestrato, aveva comunque l'aspiratore e una doccia ampia. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante con possibilità di regolazione autonoma e ottimo wi-fi gratuito. Boccione d'acqua aromatizzata nell'area reception; disponibile una macchina per vari tipi di caffè nell'area colazione.

Questa volta ci è capitata una camera molto piccola e, purtroppo, dotata di un solo comodino. Mancava anche un basamento per collocare in maniera funzionale un pur piccolo trolley da cappelliera. Bagno organizzato e completo, ma con un lavandino talmente minuscolo da risultare quasi inutilizzabile (spazio non adatto a persone anziane o corpulente). Scarso isolamento acustico verso l'esterno e ambiente solo parzialmente oscurabile da una semplice tenda.

Great location.Close to shops,places to eat, underground.Laundrette across the road. We were there in a heatwave and the AC was an amazing relief. Cleaned each day and fresh towels.

The room was horrible - absolutely tiny, window looks out onto an air shaft with zero natural light or air (might as well be a windowless room), and zero sound insulation. I could hear every word the room next to me were saying - and all those facing the same air shaft - despite them not talking loudly, just at a normal volume. Asked to switch rooms or even pay for an upgrade but nothing was available on the day I arrived (apart from double rooms in the basement which wouldn’t have been any better). The lovely lady at reception said I could ask the following morning but I was very busy and unpacking then re-packing the next morning - on the off chance I might get a slightly better room - simply wasn’t an option for me. The chairs/sofas in the lobby area are all broken and it’s generally not as nice as in the pictures.

Brilliant location, close to Gloucester Road tube station. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a great benefit as we were staying during the hottest week in August. It was a welcome relief to get back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. One afternoon there were complimentary coffee and pastries which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting that area of London.

it is on a busy road and with an old building has old windows, so expect to hear traffic, sirens etc. it wasn’t a problem for me but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Zona molto bella e tranquilla vicina alla stazione metro di Gloucester. Hotel molto pulito con bollitore in camera.

Il prezzo per una stanza singola 139 euro circa a notte con colazione non è poco.

L’hôtel est bien situé, à 7 min à pieds du métro, dans un beau quartier. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et nous avons passé un agréable moment, nous avons bien dormi, le personnel était très sympathique.

Il manque des portants pour exposer les serviettes dans la salle de bain
