Good location between Boston and the universities in Cambridge, making it easy to explore both areas on foot. It is also conveniently located near a train station. The room was comfortable (my only complaint would be the lack of a main overhead light in the room) and the breakfast was good. Overall, good value for money for a stay in the area.

We didn’t ask for daily clean up. But when we expect a full room clean up, we only got towels replaced and bathroom clean up, bed was not clear up. A bit surprised

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. 8 MIN WALKING FROM METRO. ICE MACHINE WAS GOOD. STAFFS WERE NICE BUT HAD LIMITED TO GIVE US MORE SERVICE.

WE ARRIVED AFTER MIDNIGHT. WE ARE FAMILY OF 3 AND ONE SOFA BED WAS NOT PREPARED AND VERY POOR FOR ITS QUALITY OF MATERESS. i HAD TO FULL OUT FOR THE NIGHT WHICH COULD BE BETTER IF IT IS ALSO PREPARED. AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE US FULL SET OF TOWER FOR 3 PERSONAL. NOT MUCH AMENITIES. No need to book advance, the price goes down.

El wifi no anduvo bien en ningun momento y yo lo necesitaba en mi estancia para mantenerme conectada con mi trabajo. A pesar de las miles de solicitudes que revisaran el moden, porque aparecía todo el tiempo sin servicio, no se solucionó en ningun momento. El personal del front desk poco amable e impaciente y con pocas ganas de resolver problemas, tanto para el check in como para estas solicitudes

Hotel com boa estrutura. Excelente custo benefício e equipe Espetacular. Todos nos trataram muito bem em especial o recepcionista que nos recebeu na madrugada que chegamos. Estivemos lá em 25 a 27/06 Final de semana do Show do Alan Jackson. Havíamos reservado um hotel próximo ao aeroporto e o mesmo simplesmente cancelou nossa reserva alegando que não fizemos check in no horário (sendo que havíamos avisado que nosso voo chegaria na madrugada de sexta por isso colocamos a reserva a partir de quinta - Baymont by wyndham Nashville Airport) não fiquem. Fomos tratados por uma atendente fria que sequer quis ajudar. Mesmo mostrando todas as evidências só falou que não poderia fazer nada. Então de madrugada reservamos o Antioch e o atendente foi maravilhoso, deveria ter perguntado o nome pra falar aqui.

único ponto ruim é a que fica um pouco mais longe do centro de houston e ao redor do hotel não tem muita coisa que dê pra ir a pé mesmo. de resto foi ótimo.

The room was very spacious, the AC worked well to keep the room cool, the parking was great, and the limited cleaning (remake of the bed and fresh towels) was nice. Hotel was a short walk from the Lechmere T station as well as many restaurants, a McDonalds, and a supermarket. The iron and ironing board was also a nice touch.

On closer inspection, parts of the room (bottom of doors, the wallpaper on walls and ceiling, the sofa) had small stains here and there. I also thought it would have been better if the fridge came with a complimentary bottle of water (it did not) and if the coffee supplies contained spoons/stir sticks (not supplied). The onsite shop was nice, but very expensive and I had to wait for staff to help me. A vending machine would be nicer in my opinion.

At the hotel, there wasn’t any water. They didn’t inform us about that before and they didn’t do anything to help us while it was happening.

Upon check in the reception clerk advised that the room had only one bed (I was sharing with my teenage son), however she changed the room without fuss or additional cost. The room was spacious and clean and suited our needs.

We over paid for our stay, however it was during the World Cup so I expected to pay way over the odds (not a complaint per se). However three weeks after checking out I’m still awaiting my security deposit of $50 to be refunded despite chasing twice for this!

$50 for parking per day.

The location was great - 20 minutes away from MIT by foot and 8-10 minutes away from the subway station by foot, and the staffs were friendly. It was a real good value.

I expected the hotel to empty my trash can, but I didn't know that hanging "staying clean" sign on the door knob means not emptying a trash can. I thought that the sign only applied to bed sheets.

Уборка была каждый день, завтраки вкусные кофе машиной можно пользоваться круглосуточно. Так как мы приезжали на марафон то очень было приятно что в день старта отель приготовил завтраки для бегунов с 5 утра и именно то что было необходимо перед забегом, эта забота действительно оставила приятные впечатления об отеле. По расположению было максимально комфортно, мы доходили до станции метро за 6 минут, удобная развязка и не долго добираться до центра Бостона. В целом данный район очень понравился, тихо, спокойно,рядом макдональдс и огромный супермаркет, также в 300 метрах был ландромат что так же очень удобно.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly—they gladly accommodated my request for a high-floor room and were very helpful with storing my luggage later on. The room was quiet and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

It would be better if the breakfast variety could be expanded with more options. Additionally, during my stay, both Uber drivers I booked had trouble finding the hotel. It might be helpful if the hotel could provide more precise location guidance for drivers.

1 of 2 elevators was out the entire time. With a fully booked hotel, that meant lines and waits to get up to higher floors.

The breakfast was good, room was clean. It was the reason I stayed there.

The charge for parking is ridiculous and should be disclosed ahead of my stay. I didn’t find out about it till I got there and $50-100 per day for guests who already paid 2-300 a night. Not acceptable. The hotel you stay should not be charging for parking. I will find another place to stay next time.

I was charged 280.74 for late checkout and extended stay. This did NOT happen. Person I talked to said her notes stated we requested late checkout and extended stay. NEVER HAPPENED! she is going to refund money. Very disappointed I needed to go through this.

How it’s 100 dollars for parking for 2 nights! give fair warning! Thats a lot of money especially when you’re paying a good buck for your stay. $400 dollars (including the parking) is a tremendous amount. I wouldve perferered to spend 300 and found a hotel that included parking. Ridiculous!!
