Posizione, gentilezza e disponibilitá staff, pulizia. Ci hanno anche gentilmente permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli dopo il checkout e utilizzare gratuitamente una stanza e una doccia, nel tardo pomeriggio dopo il checkout. Servizio utilissimo e apprezzato, molto utile poter fare una doccia e cambiarsi, soprattutto dopo un'intera giornata in giro e prima del nostro volo in serata. grazie!

Great location near to the MRT station. Compact but modern rooms. Nice bathroom. Nice 12m pool on 2nd floor. I would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Vriendelijk personeel, super locatie in de buurt van 2 metrolijnen en tegenover 7-eleven en Starbucks. Restaurants in de buurt. Bagage opslag en de mogelijkheid om te douchen voor vertrek bij late vlucht. Gewoon boeken dit hotel.

Zoals door iedereen genoemd de kleine kamer maar dat wisten we. Daarnaast de kleine badkamer met een douchekop die niet hoog genoeg hangt voor lange westerse gasten. Badkamer is verder compleet.

Por poner una pega no hay mucho espacio para dejar equipaje pero para un par de días esta correcto

Perfecte locatie, vlak voor de deur de metro die je overal makkelijk naar toe brengt. Hotel is eenvoudig, maar in een stad heb je niet meer nodig. Prima bedden, goed personeel en er is een zwembad in de binnenplaats. Douchecabine erg klein en zou misschien even een frisse voeg in kunnen.

Struttura bella e pulita, ben organizzata e accogliente Lo staff gentilissimo e sorridente, sono presenti anche due simpatici gattini che abbiamo adorato, moonmoon e tomtom. Sicuro il cibo, abbiamo mangiato frutta e bevuto drink con ghiaccio e non siamo stati male. Prendete quel benedetto pancake alla banana e aggiungeteci la Nutella, è ottimo. Super consigliato.

Great location with excellent transport links and loads if stuff at easy walkind dustance. Friendly staff, very clean, nice decor. Pool was lovely and glad to have laundry facilities.

Room was super small (superior twin). Had to keep the suitcase open on the floor and keep stepping over it. Only a couple of hangers over the desk. No reading lights by the bed -it was either fully lit up room or darkness.

That's a great location to connect to the MRT and you can walk to Bugis Junction or Chijmes in only 10 mins!

The room size is not good for a double bed and it's short staying it's OK.

I liked the location. Also the reception provided us room to change our clothes. Rarely you find this.

I had to restart their AP daily for internet. Also in the shower, it is a water leak. The room is very small. Their pictures showing very big room, but in reality very small room for 2 people.

Buena localización. Personal muy amable. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Nos dejaron una habitación para ducharnos el día del check out cuando pasamos a recoger las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto.

We loved everything! The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was an issue. The location was close to the MRT, near the bottom of Orchard Road. The room was small but perfectly adequate, clean and well appointed. They gave us a complimentary late checkout plus we were able to have a shower later in the day before we left for the airport. The staff were so friendly.

My 2nd time stay in the hotel and it met the expectation. Efficient check-in and check-out, courteous staff, and environment friendly theme.

Room size was a bit small. Had to ask daily for tea bahs/coffee to be topped up and only of each provided.

Le personnel est sympa et assez réactif. Nous avons eu une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyé. Dès qu'on l'a signifié à l'accueil, ils ont été réactif et ont fait un geste client en nous donnant une plus grande chambre. L'hôtel est bien situé et le métro se trouve à 50m de là.

Le matelas était dur. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé. Les chambres restent petite de base, même en ayant une plus grande chambre. Il y a avait une prise que d'un côté du lit et pas d'interrupteur général pour tout éteindre.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff, value for money and good location. Close to the MRT, cafes, resraurants, bars and a 15 min walk to Orchard road if you fancy it.

Prima hotel op een toplocatie in Singapore. Kamers zijn simpel en klein, maar relatief goede prijs voor Singapore. Je zit letterlijk naast de metro en vanuit daar binnen no time in het centrum. Zwembad op het dak is lekker om te verkoelen.

Todo muy limpio, habitación cómoda y y el aire acondicionado funcionaba genial. Ubicación excelente al lado del metro y en una zona con restaurantes y cafeterías.

La habitación podría ser algo más grande, aún así por el precio que tiene repetiría.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. We especially appreciated having drinking water available from the bathroom tap. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very quiet, with no noise from neighboring guests. The hotel is located on a lovely street, less than a minute’s walk from the metro station and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. A very convenient location and a great overall experience. You really can’t go wrong with this hotel!

Hotel nice, staff lovely and location was great. Nect Metro for easy transport and just down the road from a food mall with good food.

The bed was pretty hard, struggled to sleep at night on it. And room pretty small. Great size for people on short stays with little luggage, but we were 3 people with cases, making it very small space.

Central. Great to be able store bags after checking out while we did some sightseeing and then to use a shower to freshen up before leaving for the airport

Mile zaskoczeni całokształtem, a przede wszystkim obsługą! Zawsze uśmiechnięci, pomocni, niezwykle uprzejmi. Mogliśmy zostawić ostatniego dnia bagaże, a wieczorem przy odbiorze jeszcze wziąć prysznic! Dobre (kontynentalne) śniadania, czysto schludnie, miło i przyjaźnie, pitna woda z kranika w pokojach i lobby. Blisko sklepy, różnorodne jedzenie, miejsce do palenia, stacja metra, kantor, bankomat itp. Do centrum 0,5 h spacerem, lub dojazd pobliskim metrem. A fantastic place in a perfect location. The room might be small but the beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly, not only were we allowed to leave our luggage safely stored before our late flight but we were also given a chance to take a shower before our long journey home. Thank you

For the length of stay (11 nights) the room was quite small but it was expected going off dimensions when we initially booked. I was fine with it.

Bizden önce konaklayan müşterinin çorabı odadaydı, balayı çiftiyiz dedik odanızı upgrade yaptık dendi ama zaten rezervasyon yaptığımız oda tipiydi. Kahvaltı yan tarafta cafe de servis ediliyor, bunu dünyanın pek çok yerinde kahvaltı etmiş biri olarak söylüyorum ki çok yetersiz

The location was good! The filtered water instead of bottled is a nice idea too.

There was only 1 set of power outlets on one side of the bed. I would assume that nowadays it’s “normal” to have one on both sides of a double room. There was an incident where I had to tell some other guests to be quiet in the corridor. The room was also very small, and there were no storage options which made it very difficult to be comfortable.

Goede locatie

De hotelkamer zijn enorm gehorig, je hoort de buren douchen, de wc doorspoelen en praten. Iedereen die op de hal voorbij komt kan je luid en duidelijk verstaan. Daarnaast zijn alle voegen in de douche enorm smerig, een grote schoonmaakbeurt is hier wel nodig. Je mag niet veel verwachten voor deze prijs in Singapore, maar we hebben in veel goedkopere hotels gezeten die wel beter waren.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad op een toplocatie! De metrohalte is voor het hotel gelegen, waardoor het makkelijk is om jezelf te verplaatsen in de stad. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met balkon, aangezien we hier 3 nachten zouden verblijven; hele goede service! Daarnaast is er ook een heerlijk zwembad te vinden in het hotel.

ホテルの責任ではないかもしれないが、とにかく毎晩とてつもなく近くの部屋の人間がうるさかった 寝られないレベルであり、子供の騒ぎ声と、父親の声が毎晩響き渡っていた とにかく不快ですべてを帳消しにするレベルの騒音だった
