. We did have a great experience with the man who was at the desk at 4:30 am on Monday morning :) my kids loved To swim

When enter and exiting the hotel the guys at the desk did not even look up for their computers

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The road getting to the hotel was in need of some repair

Exercise equip in room. Friendly front desk staff.

If room on backside all the road noise. Front side very quiet.

Was close to where we had to go! Very clean! Staff was helpful

I liked everything

Location and lots of parking

Beds were not comfortable and our room was facing the highway. Unfortunately we heard the traffic all night long and did not get to sleep.

Ginasio e conforto dos quartos. Relacao preco qualidade.

It was really clean and the bedroom a good size

The smell in the room was horrible and the toilet was Broken. I told staff about it and it was never fixed. They also took extra money from my account and when I spoke to staff about it he basically told me to wait to talk to my bank and had no solution. The hot tub was also broken.

We stayed here for one night of our road trip, and the room was really big and comfortable, but the air coming out of the AC unit smelled moldy. The room, bathroom and common areas looked very clean that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But then the next day, we tried to grab breakfast there and we thought the options were a bit expensive, also the coffee machine wasn’t working. The lady was super nice though, and gave us drip coffee, but it wasn’t what we expected I guess. Not a bad experience, but I guess we went on a bad weekend that’s why I’m not giving it 4*.

There were workout tools in my room The cleaning staff freshened my room daily Drinking Water readily available several places Good workout room

地理位置好

不提供早餐或早餐太贵

Alles was top! Ik vond de kleine gym op de hotelkamer een superleuke en verrassende toevoeging. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The staff here is excellent! I have felt each and every staff member I interfaced with was Genuinely interested in my comfort. Each front desk person called me by name and asked how my time here at the hotel and out in the community was going. While all the staff has been wonderfully responsive, one stands out. His name is William and he staffs the front desk on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,I believe. He has been helpful in all the ways you might imagine, but he has even helped me with my new IPhone, as I am not very technologically saavy. And he is always engaged and cheerful and helpful! A plus for William!!

My dislikes are minor. The ice machine produces ice “cubes” that are more like chips, so they melt very quickly and have to be replenished often. I was originally booked into a suite. It would have been nice if it were stocked with some dish soap or even hand soap. That”s all!

Nice, upbeat atmosphere. Great room.

Restaurant was out of dishes, recommended against some of their food, and it took 45 minutes to receive a burger and salad after ordering. Just dont bother with the restaurant...

Nicely maintained, clean room. Whole site looks new. Efficient checkin.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

It was close to the hospital

That with the price of the room and the app not be notified by the hotel that the hot tub was down, and breakfast was NOT included for the price.

Breath of fresh air! Clean, updated, and friendly staff made my one night stay with friends unforgettable. My Yorkie stepped in gum at the rest area on the way - William and Chris gladly provided me with mayonnaise a comb to get her good as new!

Room was very clean

Went to front desk and asked for a blanket, offered to walk to house keeping and pick it up but was told no they would run it up. 30 minutes go bye no blanket. Call down front desk & they say they will run it right up. Never got a blanket.

Great, friendly staff, great room and value!

Staff was friendly and very helpful

Had to switch rooms first room didn't have hot water

Clean hotel with excellent customer service! Shout out to bartender Madison. She was amazing 😊

Nothing

Bed was comfortable room was clean and updated the complimentary infused water in the lobby was nice!

Breakfast was expensive to eat if not included

All was as expected when we arrived for a three night stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We got settled and grabbed our laptops to get some work done before heading out to dinner. We quickly learned that the WIFI was not stable enough to send prepared documents. We spoke with the desk staff (day & evening) and was assured someone would be rectifying the WIFI issue. 24hrs later, still nothing. Then William arrived at the front desk. Things changed in a hurry. He listened, was apathetic to our situation and had us in a new room with stable internet within a few minutes. He allowed us to test the internet before moving, offered to help us, made sure we were happy and offered us free beverages and a sweet treat. He’s a real gem and we give him 5 stars too! Thank you William!

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean. The fitness facility was one of the best I’ve been to in a hotel and the check-in and checkout procedures were simple.

The workout area w yoga stuff in room

Kitchen food was meh

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The motion light in the bathroom and the TV from another room coming through the vent in the shower

Lobby nice and clean! We enjoyed work out equipment in the room. Good food but wish it could be a bit cheaper and wish it could be included!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming! The fitness center was amazing. We did not use the pool. Our room was very clean and a great size for three guests.

Even though our 2nd floor window in our room was closed, I could hear traffic all night long. It was very loud, actually. Also, the light in the bathroom was on an automatic on/off. It literally would go off when I was using the toilet or standing directly in front of the mirror putting my makeup on. This was terribly annoying. :)

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

No complaints.

Price Parking

Dirty room Freeway noise Expensive breakfast Low ceilings Felt run down

The staff here is 10/10. The room is so comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. It’s quiet and spacious. The pool was also nice (a major reason why I stayed here). I’ll stay here again for sure.

Nothing! This is the first time I have had nothing critical to say about a hotel stay.

Very neat hotel. Staff very attentive and the rooms are very clean and comfortable

Clean, fresh aesthetic, good customer service

Late night staff and noise

I chose this hotel, not knowing the brand name, but only based on the photos. I was incredibly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was, the room was, and how fantastic the staff was! I was so delighted with the hotel that I added 2 extra days to my stay! Special shout-out to Lexie at the front desk - she talked me through my options throughout the stay and helped with a few logistics. She deserves 10 stars just like the hotel! I highly recommend it!

Food was good, much better than other hotel breakfasts I’ve eaten.

Next visit we will request our room on the other side of the hotel. Highway noise was disruption to sound sleep!

All

None

No breakfast

I felt that the guy at check in could have been a bit friendlier, but he wasn't rude.

Nice clean hotel. Not noisy at all despite the number of children that were staying there. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the breakfast deal, make sure you ask about that. My only complaint would be the hot tub. It barely bubbled and the children were allowed to play in it.

Informative/welcoming front desk personnel with Paul. He does an excellent job! The room was cozy with no weird hotel smells. Bed and sheets so comfortable/clean. Breakfast was tasty with friendly service.

Before I got in the shower I noticed that there was some long black hairs in the shower drain area...I have blonde hair. So..that was kinda yuck. Not sure how they missed that when cleaning. I just wiped it up, but eww.

Paul provided great customer service and created an outstanding environment. We appreciate all the staff at the hotel. Very clean, inviting and friendly.

Great stay for our large group of friends. Special shout out to Paul for his willingness to help out. He offered to help carry the large pizza order up to our room and made sure we had the space we needed to accommodate our large group. The pool was always stocked with towels. The room was clean.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was so kind, caring, and helpful. We were offered the upgrade to include breakfast with our room at check-in, which was 100% worth it! Highly suggest it even for just coffee and toast to start your day, but the meals were all delicious.

I have no major complaints from my stay. There are a few incredibly minor aesthetic changes I could see- some of the decor on the walls was peeling/incomplete, but it was not a cleanliness issue in any way, just a quirk from older renovations, probably

Everything was just a super place to stay !!

Liked everything!!

This affordable IHG property had very nice rooms , clean and fresh and first rate bed linen and terry. Try to stay on the opposite side of Rt 94. Look forward to their restaurant tomorrow for breakfast

Easy to access, clean, cozy, reasonable rates, great amenities. The highlight here though is Chris and Paul and the way they handled our synchronized skating team with care and grace. Truthfully, this trip wouldn’t have been a success without their understanding and patience. They legitimately care about the people staying here and that matters. We’re definitely getting a hotel block here in the future, and I’m recommending that everyone stay here, be they traveling for business or pleasure. The support team here is second to none.

It was better than I expected in almost every way.

Was a little challenging to find if following Google Map directions due to some road construction, and my unfamiliarity with the area.

Decent hotel with nice sized rooms. The rooms even have exercise equipment inside them (yoga mat, foam roller, some resistance bands). Our room was a king size bed with a roll out couch and it was fine however… we had to change rooms due to some issues in the first room (AC not working and the roll out couch bed broke when my son sat on it) and when we moved into the second room, the new couch did the same. We also had an issue with the motion sensor in the bathroom turning itself on constantly which made for some very disruptive sleep. That being said, the hotel staff was very quick and happy to assist us in amending these issues. They were friendly and also the breakfast was great too with some nice healthy options. Only lost a star due to the night of poor sleep with the light constantly turning on (we ended up having to tape a piece of paper over the sensor which wasn’t the best fix as it fell off a few times).

Very friendly & clean

Nothing

早餐有很多選擇，服務人員很親切

Going to an event in the area, I decided to stay local. I checked and asked for a room in a quiet, vacant area of the hotel. I was given a room across from the elevator. Not what I would consider a 'quiet' spot. The facility has a pool and hot tub. The area was clean and well prepared for visitors. Unfortunately, the performance of the hot tub was poor. No bubbles or excelerated water movement. Nothing!!! The room was well appointed with motivational and relaxing comments. Upon check out, the team member gave me the wrong bill. I was fortunate that a senior team member was there to rectify the situation. Customer service here is....challenging.

Nice Hotel. Easy to get to and great access.

The staff at the Even hotel in Ann Arbor are amazing! Cannot say enough good about my customer experience each time I stay at this location. Chris is welcoming, professional and attentive during each stay. Ms. Shirley is a delight to see in the morning for breakfast. Her warm and engaging personality with customers in unforgettable. Tiara is helpful and kind to everyone. This excellent and personable customer service will keep me coming back to this hotel.

The hotel was out of the business of the campus area, and yet still so close to getting into town and the events I was there to participate in. I was happy I could get breakfast there and they also had a restaurant and bar.

How very clean & friendly staff!!!

Didn’t have microwave in room

Convenience, staff friendly

NA

Newer hotel with fresh decor and light exercise equipment in room. Bathroom had premium fixtures by Kohler, with nice shower water pressure. Loved extra common areas in lobby. Great price

15 minute drive from university and hard to see entrance to hotel

Convenient to where we needed to be. The rooms were very nice and clean.

The breakfast staff was rude, and not helpful we left without even getting coffee.
