Das Frühstück würde ich nicht dazu buchen. Es ist okey, aber es lohnt sich nicht. Da findet man rundherum bessere Möglichkeiten.

Had to leave due to incident at home just after we had checked in. No help or offer of part refund credit for another night ,nothing. All we got was refer to booking confirmation. Used this hotel a lot , Won't be using again.

Très fonctionnel et central.

The hotel was handy for the theatres and Covent Garden. As a room was ready when we arrived, the staff member advised us that we could check in and that we had been allocated a bigger room. Once we had got to our room, we noticed several hairs on the bed. We alerted a staff member who said it would be sorted out. When we returned later that evening, the bed linen had been changed, and a complimentary drink voucher offered. The lift system was good.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Une qualité des services la chambre spacieuse. Buffet généreux pour le Breakfast. Un roof top cocktails et tapas délicieux. On y revient chaque année.

Good central location, the rooftop bar is lovely. Check in and out was very easy. Comfy beds and hot showers.

Rooms were quite small so a bit tricky with suitcases.

Nos encantó la ubicación, la amabilidad de las personas de ayuda en recepción y la gestión electrónica del checkin/checkout. Muy buena relación calidad / precio, entendiendo las fechas y la ubicación del hotel.

Las habitaciones comfy están justas de espacio y de armarios para dos adultos. A veces, la climatización es díficil de conseguir de una manera fácil.

The location is fantastic, the breakfast was lovely and staff overall were great.

The rooftop bar was shut due to a private event and inside bar shuts at ten which was very disappointing

Rooftop bar wasn’t open both evening

Sehr viel Stauraum im Zimmer. Wir hatten aufgrund vorheriger Reise 5 Koffer zu zweit und haben alles in den Schränken unterbringen können. Top Lage, man ist in Minuten bei vielen Theatern und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Tube in 10 Minuten.

Der Aufpreis für das Balkonzimmer im 6. Stock ist es nicht wert. Man kann die Balkontür eigentlich nicht offen lassen, weil man von den Nachbarzimmern herüberklettern könnte. Zigarettenrauch zieht auch herüber, wenn der Nachbar raucht. Die Rooftop-Bar ist an einigen Tagen sehr laut und man hört den Lärm intensiv bis spät in die Nacht. Klimaanlage permanent geräuschvoll, aber man kann sich daran gewöhnen.

Top Lage, fußläufig zu Covent Garden, Chinatown, Soho, Musicals Zimmer okay, stylisch, aber sehr klein Roof top bar schön, aber für Kinder ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr zugängig, daher könnten wir nicht hin Frühstück okay, aber nicht viel Flair. Drumherum gibt's einiges , was auch ansprechend ist. Verbindung zum Flughafen Gatwick war nicht optimal, da man einige Male umsteigen muss..nach Heathrow kann man aber direkt fahren. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis Lage unschlagbar,wenn man in der Region von Musicals und Covent Garden sein will. Dafür lohnt es sich!!

Zimmer ist zu klein Hotel ist eher unpersönlich (aber macht nichts beim Städtetrip)

Room was well designed and comfortable with everything you needed. Coins were good and check-in/out efficient.

Only small wrinkle was the lower floor bar closed at 10pm and there was a function on the rooftop so no opportunity for nightcap.

For the money the room was a bit small

My third time staying in this hotel, I keep coming back here as it's very comfortable and convinient. Ideal location in Covent Gardens and good value for money. The roof top bar is modern with fun atmosphere. Comfortable beds, easy check-in, and overall a great experience.

Water was escaping the shower easily and getting the rest of the bathroom wet. Didn't have this problem in my previous two visits to this hotel.

Läget är hotellets enskilt största tillgång samt en bra frukost. Dessutom är badrum väldigt bra.

Rummets storlek (dubbelrum på översta våningen m liten balkong) fungerade väl för mig som soloresenär - men för två personer med lite större packning skulle det vara väldigt trångt.

We had a "comfy room" which was quite small (17m2), and limited on clothes hanging space etc. Very good bathroom though. The big benefit is the location on Drury Lane and surrounds, excellent for walking to local areas including Soho and beyond.

The room was advertised as 17m2, but I maybe should have paid more attention when booking. Quite tight for two people, but still functional.

Kamer had geen minibar. Dus kon mijn gekochte flesjes water niet koelen. Kamer was overigens ook niet mega schoon. Het leek op het eerste gezicht wel heel netjes, tot dat ik wat haren op het beddengoed vond. Daarnaast was de batterij van het kluisje in de kamer leeg en werkte de stomer niet. Dit is overigens wel goed opgelost! Ook voor roomservice betaal je een “bezorgings” fee van £3. Heb dit nog nooit in een hotel gezien.

Need more light, although plenty of lightning it was all very dim and great lighting when you want to get ready. We got the roomy room which was the bigger one after reading views of small rooms and im glad we did as it was only just big enough

Easy checkin in and out. Rooftop bar is great, but it closes early on a bank holiday sunday, which seemed very odd. Service was friendly and efficient. Proximity to covent garden, theatre land, and the river was perfect for us. 12pm check out is heaven!

Overflowing shower meant wet bathroom floor and bathmat.

­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ Très mauvaise expérience à l’hôtel AMANO. Mon sac à dos a été volé dans le restaurant de l’hôtel par une personne extérieure à l’établissement, ce que l’hôtel a confirmé après consultation des caméras. Me sentant en sécurité j'ai laissé brièvement mon sac à côté de ma chaise sur un court laps de temps. Je trouve particulièrement inquiétant qu’une personne ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel puisse entrer, circuler dans le restaurant, voler les affaires d’une cliente et repartir. Cela pose clairement question sur le contrôle des accès et la sécurité, alors même que l’hôtel se situe dans un quartier calme qui inspire confiance. Le contrôle était d'ailleurs très aléatoire Le plus décevant reste leur attitude après le vol : plus de réponse face à mon mail demandant des explications et surtout geste compensatoire car j'ai littéralement tout perdu. L’hôtel se décharge de toute responsabilité en expliquant que le restaurant est un « espace public », mais il y a eu de nombreux manquement au niveau du personnel et du contrôle d'accès au restaurant.. Je ne recommande donc pas du tout cet hôtel qui paraît sur le coup sécurisant, situé dans un quartier calme et je déplore leur inaction totale.

Vrij compact, mij was niet duidelijk dat we geen aparte badkamer hadden maar een wc- en douche cabine.

Stayed for the bank holiday weekend. My plan was to propose to my now fiancé. I did not let the hotel know until leaving for my west end show. The staff were brilliant and last minute the 2 women staff at reception told me they would sneak into my room and put some rose petals down for me. Which they did layed them out on a love heart shape on the bed. Which was so lovely of them it was a brilliant touch and can't thank them enough

Our 3rd time staying here, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel and in the best location for exploring.

Location in the heart of Covent Garden was perfect. Bring a solo traveller, the comfy room was just right for me. The coffee and biscuits in the room were a welcome treat. There were great views from the rooftop bar. The breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options to choose from and all the staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely return.

Rooms are tiny! Admittedly we had the comfy style room which we should have recognised as a marketing way of saying small, but very small. Would help if a queen size bed was used instead of a king, as there is no room to turn around in the room.

La habitación súper pequeña no había espacio ni para pasar , la claridad por las ventanas entraba en la mañana ya que las cortinas tienen huecos ,el baño tenía media mampara y se salía todo el agua.

Is this a joke??? How to unvalue hotel guests...

Wonderful stay for my mum’s 72nd birthday! My mum and I had a fantastic stay at AMANO Hotel for her 72nd birthday. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Covent Garden and very close to the tube and all the amenities, while still being lovely and quiet at night. Our room was great and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I’d also like to give a special mention to Simi at the front office, who responded very promptly to my emails and was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing too — definitely a highlight! The hotel also went the extra mile by sending my mum some chocolate truffles on her birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were absolutely delicious and made her day even more special. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend AMANO for a stay in London.

Staff was subservient to the computer system rather than vice versa. I had two bookings one after the other and they couldn't coordinate it without asking me twice and then making me re-register. In addition my room was too small for that size bed. We had to hug the walls to get around.

The smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in for an Extortionate price. Shower leaks and floods the entire bathroom and you get one very small thin floor mat to mop it up.

Das Hotel ist an bester Lage. Das Zimmer mit Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war nicht gross, verfügt aber über alles was man benötigt, inkl. Cafémaschine. Wunderbar ist die Dachterrasse auf der man nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wunderbar entspannen kann.

Leider war an zwei Abenden die Dachterrasse wegen privaten Events gesperrt. Sehr schade, dass es nicht einige Plätze für Hotelgäste gibt.
