SSAW Boutique Hotel Nanjing Grand Theatre

Fabulous location and beautiful room. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Great breakfast

Nothing

The staff wasveru helpful..they even gave us the room earlier..the room was so spacious ,in a very central location and it provided coffee and tea

Location is great. Walking distance to plenty of eateries, shopping & subway station. There is a free underground carpark access via lift if needed.

Do not have passenger lift to access carpark.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Location and room space

Nothing

Amazing hotel, fabulous location. The room was huge, as was the bed, which was very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff - via Google translate ( our chinese not great) free drinks in the room. Good selection at breakfast. Would highly recommend

Could do with double glazing - only because you can hear them calling for business in the street market and cars tooting

Sehr zentral gelegen, hilfsbereites Personal, tolle individuelle Gestaltung, kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, gute Ausstattung.

The property was in a phenomenal location. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were lovely.

Nothing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was impossible to find. This is probably both a problem of booking.com and the hotel. We had to walk through the streets trying to find the hotel. The location of the hotel should be shown accurately on the booking.com website. This is extremely important as the street names are not translated into English for all of Nanjing on common apps like Organic Maps. The hotel should also be asked to put up a sign at the front of the hotel in English!

Amazing location, wonderful staffs, room was clean and cool loby to chill. Service was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was amazing also. Definitely come back😊

The breakfast was an excellent spread of chinese and western. Personally, I love the chinese spread, being in China, I want to eat something Chinese. The hotel location is at the centre of tourist spot, yet away from crowd and near main road where you can get cab easily. Also near an MRT station. Makes going anywhere convenient. The staff were attentive and gave clear directions and instructions to the places that we want to go.

We did not see the hotel when we were passing by. Maybe some signages along the road would help.

Near to places of interest (Confucius Street) and metro station. Availability of washer and dryer. Good ambience.

Close to the street. Traffic noise of cars sounding the horn.

Helpful and nice front desk, great facilities and attention to to details.
