This is a self service appartment (room with kitchen). Spacious and clean. Good location within walking distance of the town. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a fine beach. Code entry system all worked well.

A small chest of drawers would have been prefereable to living out of a suitcase. Granted there was a hanging rail. Lose a few point for curtains that did not run on the rails. The fire extinguisher had a label on it saying needs attention (though I could not see why frankly). The automatic stair lighting did not always work.

The facilities in the apartment where first class, everything required was there to use. Location was great for food , restaurants and the beach. Had a great time and would recommend to family and friends. We will be back again.

From a simple booking process to a smooth arrival, everything was perfect. The property itself was well cleaned. What impressed us most was their outstanding hospitality: when we realized we’d left important items behind, they immediately notified us with clear details and shipped them back to us promptly. We couldn't be more grateful!

Has a comfortable seating area. Netflix kept freezing and program stopping constantly. Not a great connection. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Ideal location, shops, restaurants and St Anne’s On Sea train station only 5 minutes walk and near the sea front. Apartment was clean, beds comfy, good shower and good kitchen facilities. Fresh fruit and milk was a nice touch too! Would definitely recommend this property 😁

It was a small apartment, no 2, fine for 2 people but would have been a struggle for 3 with only one bathroom.

Fantastic location. Apartment was more than big enough for us with 2 children. Fully equipped had everything you would need. We unfortunately only stayed for 1 night but comfortably stay for a week or so

There wasn’t really much to be improved on

Beautiful little studio apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed for a few nights away. Lovely and welcoming with fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee and bottles of water left for us. Private parking available at the front and rear of the property. Within walking distance of the main shopping/restaurant streets.

There are no negatives but I would mention that the stairs up to this apartment (No 4) are rather steep. Not a problem for our stay but possibly it's something of which some may need to be mindful.

Location was good and plenty of space

The shower was far too hot. We couldn’t turn it down at all. I couldn’t wash my hair in it and couldn’t shower my son at all as it was scalding hot.

Great central location, very clean and modern. Loved having a TV in every room and including Netflix was nice.

The hob took 15 minutes to cook an omelette because it just wouldn't maintain any kind of heat. The digital display on the microwave/oven didn't work, so it was impossible to tell what it was doing. As a result, it was useless and we had to use the 2-ring hob for everything. Netflix also wouldn't stream properly and either froze or collapsed all the time. The sofa in the living room was desperately uncomfortable. All this was a shame because the apartment was really nice otherwise.

Beautiful little apartment in the city centre, in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is a great place for a couple, with a small kitchen/ living area, a spacious bathroom and a separate bedroom. The check-in was seamless, we received all required information in the days before our arrival and the team kept checking in on us. The host provided filtered water, coffee/tea, and a well equipped kitchen with all the main tools required. Would definitely book again.

Great location, everything easily accessible, great transport, lots of local shops and things to do locally. Appreciated the peace and quiet. We extended our stay for a few nights and changed rooms to a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs with a small garden and chairs. This was a birthday gift so would definitely stay again.

My daughter says that the sofa bed in the downstairs apartment was a little worn and uncomfortable.

Arrived at apartment on Monday from entering we were delighted with the beautiful apartment that had everything we needed from water ,tea , coffee, milk and fresh fruit the apartment was spotlessly clean and well looked after ideal location close to everything you need and in walking distance would certainly return Thank you for the lovely stay

Was easy to find, parking was right at the front ,entry system is really good.

Only small niggle was if you had been out for a moment to get something from your vehicle and someone was coming out from the building and you went in at the same time- the apartment door code wouldn't accept until you had entered it at the main front door-this could have been made aware for the occupants on the back of the apartment door from the owners ! Other than that was great!

Lovely apartment, clean, modern. Bathroom great too. Tiny negative was no bedside shelf/table to put water or phone on. We have stayed twice before in other apartments in the same block and all were really good. Close to all local amenities. Will definitely be back.

Our second stay in the Suites property and again we have had a great weekend. Enjoyed our stay so much we've rebooked for later in the year. The location is perfect and having parking on site is a big plus, the studio was very comfortable with fresh fruit, tea and coffee products, milk and biscuits 😋 nice touches. Hand soap and shower gel supplied too. Very clean and a great comfortable bed. It's also quiet. It's a pleasure staying there and I can't wait to return

Excellent location near to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Local bus round the corner to get to Blackpool and Lytham. Lovely cafes and shops in area. Free parking. Lovely apt with big comfortable bed and the fans were well used also. Plenty of space to hang things up. Walk in shower. Lovely little extras like milk, biscuits and fresh fruit. Absolutely perfect location. You are right near to a local Wetherspoons pub and an Indian takeaway so that's your first night sorted! There is a Tesco express up the road and the main street of St Annes is right at the end of the road. It must be 5 minutes walk. Perfect! You can park in the front of the apts as there are 5 spaces but just look around locally or round the back if not. Shouldn't be too hard to park. We left the car and got the bus - which is also round the corner - to Lytham so it's very easy to navigate. You can also get to Blackpool and the local hospitals should you need them. I did last time by the way!! Lots of lovely local shops and cafes. Plenty of places to eat. The apt itself is lovely. This is our second stay in 2 years. We stayed in apt 1 on the ground floor this time. Loved it. Nice sofa. Big bed. Walk in shower. Mini kitchen. Fluffy towels and nice bedding. Thoughtful extras like milk, fresh fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee thank you. Very nice and we will book it next time as it's near to family member we visit up there. Highly recommended.

We have previously stayed here and enjoy the convenient location to the town with an allocated parking space.

If in a room on the top floor the stair lights did not come on until we were 1 staircase down. We hadn’t noticed this on our previous stay.

Great location, only a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Parking outside property. Nice and quiet. Lovely Italian called Allegria just a short walk away. Everything you need in the kitchen including coffee machine, bottled water, milk and biscuits. Will definitely stay again 🫶🏽

Internet connection is very poor , had problems with TV digital all the time intermittent signal , buffering constantly, and picture freezing up p and having switch off and re boot multiple times , it does need addressing . Everything else great .

Good value for money. Nice place, spotless, modern, decent size, and good location. The whole process of getting into the room with a code was much faster, and better, than having to queue at a checkin desk or anything like that. The sundries provided, such as dish soap, water etc were far more generous than most apartment style places I've previously stayed. They provided pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

Only issue was our apartment was on the highest possible floor and climbing up and down narrow stairs with a baby, a toddler and luggage wasn't very convenient. Had to make multiple trips up and down the few times we went out, so if you're a family with young kids, then I'd suggest maybe contacting them for a low floor before booking

The Security Key was confusing at first but only because it was the first time we had used it but I actually think it’s better than having an actual key once I’d worked it out.

Didn’t like the stairs. Couldn't get Netflix or BBC player on the TV. PAarking a bit limited. There wasca big van in one of the spaces when we arrived so couldn't get in. Parked later that night.

It’s kept exceptionally clean and essentials are provided on arrival e.g. tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits, milk. Also filtered bottled water. The property is close to town and also the beach. The staff are very efficient and polite.

Our 3rd visit here Everything is so clean spotless We stayed in a 2 bedroom this time very large bedroom with a King-size bed. The second bedroom had lovely bunk beds for children. Lovely big shower. Towels provided and beds made up very comfy bed. It has everything you need very comfy. The kitchen doesn't have an oven. But 2 hobs and a microwave also coffee machine with pods. They left us water milk and fruit Parking is free off charge. All the housekeepers are very friendly. I would suggest a do not disturb to put on the front door They do knock on but to ask if we needed anything changing which is very nice of them. We will be again soon One off our favourite places. The hotel is situated central to the town which was ideal. This was our first visit to the hotel and it won’t be the last.
