Lovely spot had a great sea view which came in handy due to the kite festival.

Our stay was very relaxed, the staff were polite & professional.

The bedroom was lovely and so comfy and the breakfast was a great choice

Everything. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast very nice. Staff excellant. We had a problem with the toilet which they sorted straightaway.

Nothing although would have liked an easy chair in the bedroom where could sit annd read although probably not enough room for that.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff and service. I had booked a non-refundable room for my mum's 85th birthday but she fell ill before and was not able to make the original booking dates. However, Anna, the manager, was incredibly understanding and allowed me to rebook the room a couple of months later when I knew my mum was healthy enough to travel. My mum was over the moon not to miss out on this beautiful hotel. I travel frequently for work and have never had such an easy and lovely experience dealing with a very stressful situation. I cannot express my thanks enough. Absolutely outstanding service. Can't wait to rebook in the future.

V small room tiny balcony seaview obstructed by pier. Dirty stained carpet and uncomfortable old springy bed certainly not worth £150. Rip off! Nothing like the website rooms need a good refurbishment.

The beds were lovely and enjoyed sitting in the bar area, loved the continental breakfast

The hotel was welcoming. Staff were very pleasant. Room was lovely, we had room 6 a deluxe double . Quite a large comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

Shower didn’t have a hand shower only the static one so hard not to get hair wet.

Lift was a bit cramped and ropey ,buttons hanging off ,which to be fair had only just happened ,but still made you feel a little uneasy using the lift

Location was perfect and the view from our balcony was lovely. The lady on reception Renata was so nice and helpful. She took our bags to our room and recommended a few lovely places to visit whilst there. Very helpful and friendly

Clean comfortable and good location

We stayed for one night but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water from the shower and barely warm from the tap,that was the only disappointment.

Breakfast was basic but fine. Room was clean & everything provided. Due to location it was very noisy in the evening & until early hours. I enjoyed it though

Le Mode Hotel de Lytham St Annes nous a globalement satisfaits. Toutefois, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons trouvé que le buffet du petit déjeuner était fort sommaire. De plus, ce buffet a été dépourvu de fruits durant 2 jours, tout comme la mise à disposition de bouteilles d’eau. La direction nous a expliqué que son fournisseur n’avait pas effectué la livraison. Nous sommes surpris que la direction n’avait pas d’autre solution à proposer.

Die Lage, 100 m zum Meer, Restaurants und Shops gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, reichhaltiges kontinentales Frühstück.

Durch eine Planänderung konnte ich nur 9 Nächte bleiben. Da sie mein Zimmer für die 2 Nächte neu vermieten konnten, hätte ich mir eine kleine Entschädigung vorstellen können

The hotel is close to the town centre. Sea view with lovely promenade walks. Local bus service is very good if you want to leave the car at the hotel. We initially had a room on the first floor with a sea view, ( over the bar area) we upgraded for the second night to the top floor because we could hear the music from the reception and bar area ( this wasn't very bad and not too loud but we could hear until 11.00 in the evening, because we to totally relax we decided to upgrade. I've got very good hearing and probably this music would not be heard by most people. The upgrade room was lovely. A comfy bed and we had such a great sleep. Continental breakfast was good, lots of choice and we didn't miss a cooked breakfast at all. The lady helping at breakfast ( getting tea and coffee) was well organised and kept the tables cleared and clean etc. The reception staff at the hotel were very helpful. The bar area is lovely to have a nice glass of wine etc...

The music I mentioned earlier was a bit annoying when trying to relax in the room, one speaker in the bar area I noticed is directly below the bedroom. I think a few little details need sorting, like mould between the tiles in the shower in the upgraded room we moved to, I think it was called the suite which is on the top floor. Around the edges of both bedrooms needs something to get the dust off the carpet. Scuff marks on walls. In our first bedroom the deluxe sea view room, the bathroom radiator was dirty, a bit of rust which I know can't be helped but it was actually dusty and dirty lower down.

The room was nice with a small balcony and cofy beds

The breakfast could have been better, cold undercooked soft boiled eggs are a health risk. And it could have benefitted from fresh fruit

Make it clearer you don’t get English breakfast just contillade breakfast don’t like very misleading. Bar closed at 10pm so had to go somewhere else for entrainment

Mode Hotel employees were really helpful and smiling. All employees and administration did their best to give very warm welcome to their Turkish (us) guest. They served Turkish breakfast which is irresistible for us on mornings. I'm 100% that I would stay there in my next visit. Thanks for everything and the gift off course.

I don't believe that there is anything I dislike about the Hotel.

Properties owner and their workers are very polite. The rooms are clean and enough for accommodation. I recommend this stay of place. I would like to say thank all of workers and owner of the hotel.

The room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Lovely clean towels and bedding. The outside area could be improved. The electric sockets didn’t seem to work very well

The parking situation can’t be helped but ideally each room would have its own parking space. The balcony area was a bit scruffy but the view was great.

Beds were comfy. Bathroom clean. Staff really friendly. Changed my room to a twin late in the day, and reserved a parking space (for a fee). We stayed her for the Lytham Festival. There's a bus stop just behind the hotel, or many round the block in the Square.

It was all good. Seems a lovely place to stay.

Rooms super clean, bathroom spotless. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Hotel smells really clean. The staff are friendly and cant do enough for you. The continental breakfast was packed with everything you might want. The bar was such a nice place to sit and relax and they had a great choice of drinks.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to local attractions and eateries as my mum is 89yrs old and can't walk too far. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and I would certainly recommend a stay here. The continental breakfast was also plentiful with lots of choices and our room was serviced daily too. We had a room facing the sea with a balcony which we enjoyed sitting at and watching the world go by. The staff are kept busy but always have a smile on their faces. I recommend eating at the Turkish restaurant opposite the hotel which was amazing!

Not enough parking but not the hotels fault. U can book the spot for 10£ a day. Its a good deal on warm days as the street is full of cars when ppl park to go to the beach.

the bedroom had a balcony overlooking the sea and this was excellent . There were extra little touches in the room e.g bottled water, dressing gowns and slippers. The bed was really comfy and big.

Matress was a bit firm

The staff were lovely helpful and pleasant, the room a deluxe double was very clean and comfortable plus quiet which I like due to being a light sleeper. The communal space are very clean and contemporary styled. Breakfast was very ample for a continental choice was good. The only thing I would have enjoyed which wasn’t available was a half of fresh grapefruit. Would go back again.

They had a happy hour having two gins for the price of one this could be extended to a little later due to us going out for our evening meal during this time, possibly come back after our meal and enjoy this option. We did go for one happy hour but went before our meal. Which was a bit of a rush before going out for dinner.

Everything is fantastic nothing too not like. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, breakfast was amazing 🥰.
