Very clean and nice size apartment

It was very comfortable to stay and we like the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Close to the train station and restaurants and cafes. The self check-in is a smart idea and works very well. Would stay here again.

We got a room on the top floor and with heavy suitcases the narrow staircase is a bit tricky.

What isn't there to like? It was lovely.

The location is good, very central for shops, bars and restaurants. Access was easy using the entry codes provided. Having parking so close to town is a bonus. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfy. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Fresh towels were brought regularly. Wi-Fi worked ok. Coffee, tea, biscuits and fruit were provided.

We were in apartment 6 which is described as a King Studio measuring 32 square metres. The main room is actually less than 15 m2, plus a small bathroom and hallway so a total area of less than 19 m2. The management said they would look into whether description should be updated. There is limited space for clothes, would be ok for a weekend but wasn’t big enough for a long stay and wouldn’t have booked it if the size had been accurately described. The stairs up to the second floor are steep although that wasn’t a problem for us. It’s very hot in the summer and the window is small, although there was a fan provided. Minor points but the shower door was loose and on arrival the milk was 2 days past its date and sour. Having read all the great reviews I expected better.

Sofa bed in living room was ok as a bed (daughter slept on it) but not very comfortable as a sofa. It only seated two and there were 3 of us staying.

We spent one night in this apartment and it was absolutely amazing. The place is spotless, well maintained, modern and very well equipped. There were fresh fruits on the table, a bottle of water in the fridge, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price for this kind of accommodation is also very reasonable. Free parking right under the window, fast Wi‑Fi, TV, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops, so you have everything you need for both daily life and a relaxing break. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Well kitted out kitchenette, comfy bed although it was two twins fitted together, very clean.

On the top floor in the attic, very steep stairs. Check in process was crazy, have stayed all over the world and never had to share so much information online at check in, plus a £40 security deposit ! Keypad entry will not let you in until 1 second after 3pm! Only 4 parking places at front and there are 6 rooms, so you may have to park at rear. Ceiling lights hanging off, not fitted properly.

We were in flat 5, top of the building. It was a bit of a climb, not too bad for us but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would probably ask for a lower floor next time.

Very Comfy bed clean room nice touches with Milk left in the fridge a nice bowl of fruit on arrival shower gel and soap left the young lady who did the cleaning was very polite and always asked if we needed anything when we saw her overall a very good experience.

Clean, light and airy and modern. You have thought of everything that may be needed in the room, including a fan for the warmer weather. Daily replenishments was an added bonus, along with the convenience of providing milk and water on arrival. Location spot on. Well done, we will surely be back.

Just comfortable and clean . Parking outside and right in the centre of St annes for shops , pubs etc. Just leave the car . Not far from lytham Just pop on the bus . Great checkout time. Would like an earlier checkin in and not have to pay for that . We always stay here everytime we visit.

The cups could do with changing they were all scratched at the bottom and being white didn't look clean tbh . I like a nice mug . No spatula either

Everything was great! The kitchenette was a real bonus. Well equipped and with complimentary milk and a bowl of fresh fruit. Perfect ocation, facilities, value for money. Would recommend and stay again.

The only thing we would have improved is the curtains could do with being blackout ones or a blind. It was lovely weather when we were there and the room was on the top floor with the sun on the window all afternoon it got quite warm. The curtains are very thin so a lot of light got through.

Housekeeping woke us up early on first morning when we had only arrived 11pm night before. Also, the booking confirmation said there would be chocolates, but there were none. The rooms are soundproofed from outside but not from each other which is a little misleading from the description on booking.com. Despite this we still really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The location was great, near to the centre of town and the beach. It had everything you need for a short stay. The communication via WhatsApp and email was very good from Emma.

The curtains didn’t close properly and were loose. The suite was on the 2nd floor, up 2 very steep flights of stairs. Whilst we managed them less able bodied people would struggle

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the town centre & promenade, but on a very quiet residential street. Apartment nice & clean, fruit, bottled water, milk, biscuits and coffee machine thoughtful touches. We were there over Christmas so the little tree & other decorations were a lovely addition. Bedroom spacious with a massive bed! Lounge spacious with a fairly comfortable double sofa bed. Spacious bathroom with a good shower.

The kitchen area was quite small with no cupboard space for groceries. We were there for 3 nights so took food with us but ended up having to leave everything in shopping bags on the floor. A minor inconvenience but worth a mention! The only bathroom was en suite to the bedroom, I stayed with my elderly mum so I let her have the bedroom & I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge / kitchen / diner, not great having to go through the bedroom every time I needed the loo, especially late at night or early in the morning. Again, a minor inconvenience but needs considering if you're not sharing the bedroom with your fellow guest.

Stay here often just love the area and how clean and Comfty it is never want to go home
