Staybridge Suites Irvine - John Wayne Airport by IHG

New property, clean

I liked the facility and location. Since our sofa bed was broken, the hotel gave us free parking for one night.

The only hitch was that our sofa bed was broken and was not able to use as a bed, but slept on it.

Free breakfast

Charged extra fee

The room was very spacious and clean

Breakfast could have been better.

I thought the accommodations were well worth the money that you spent very good size rooms very comfortable and clean.

Location

Not working hair dryer. Towels not replaced. Staff unable to adress our concern. Check in was at 4:20 pm.

Booked and paid for a king suite online a month in advance but when we checked in they put us in a room with a queen bed without even telling us. When asked, they said they didn’t have king rooms available that night and there was no manager on site to resolve the issue. Upon check out they charged an additional 25$ parking fee again without even telling us. There was no attempt to make amends either. Felt very scammy and disrespectful to customers.

The room was clean and outstanding - and hotel close to so many restaurants.

WIfi spotty - hard to get connection.

Breakfast, location, Room

Clean, good pricing

Zero complaints

Location and some of the stuff members

They charge parking fees and they don’t check who has a parking pass or not. Ev Charging stations one is working out of six and always busy. Cleaning machines always full. No daily cleaning.

Nice and clean hotel. Was not disappointed at all.

Beautiful view lots of stuff for the family

No jacuzzi

Very clean, bedding really comfortable, excellent breakfast, good access to surrounding areas, laundry room available.

Wish parking wasn’t so expensive/charged for each vehicles. Even though the room was of good value for the area, with parking, it ended up more than initially expected Bathroom was a little on the small side.

Very good free breakfast every morning. Staff is top notch and take care of anything you need.

No complaints.

Mancano i dolci

Very welcoming lots of places to sit and work if you needed to.

Nothing

Very clean, comfortable, great location.

Nothing, it was great!

Everything was great

Cleanliness and location!

N/A

The hotel is simply perfect: the room (suite), the breakfast, the staff, cleaness etc.

I was VERY VERY SURPRISED by two charges that NEVER HAPPENED on the web: Parking ($25 per night) and Hotel Resort Fee ($10 per night). This fee is IN ADDITION to State Occupancy Tax, County Tax and Sales Tax. For staying 9 nights (like we had) is an addition of $315, which is significant. For a hotel with such an excellent service I would expect much more clear information

Everything was great. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Clearn room and comfrotable bed. Good location to places around. The breakfast was outstanding!

I wish the parking fee can be a little cheaper.

Everything. Diamond in the ruff. So glad we found it.

I had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites John Wayne Airport! The hotel facilities are excellent—modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the level of cleanliness and organization throughout the property really stood out. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with a great variety and high-quality options every day. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness made a big difference in my experience.

In a very nice area. Quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely nothing. I could say the parking, but they worked it out for us . Because when we got there, there was nothing. But they made an exception and let us park in the front in a 20 minute one overnight because there was nothing for us.

We were upgraded to a larger room and were so comfortable during our 3 day stay. I will always come back to this hotel when we are in OC

There could have been instructions on how to use the window blackout blinds. It was easy to figure out but it was not obviously logical.

everything is just perfect for the whole stay

Quiet and spacious

It was all good

It was nice and modern. Loved the pool area and game room. The basketball courts are a plus.

The hvac system made a loud noise in the middle of the night. I am a light sleeper, I woke up and it warm and had to turn it off and open windows.

Desayuno, limpieza y valor por tu dinero

Desayuno, limpieza, y valor por tu dinero

Nice hotel. Breakfast is great.

Loved the comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast was really good.

Nothing to complain about! Great service!

Great hotel, clean with nice amenities

The entire place was so clean and up to date, decor wise.

Too much noise during breakfast. We choose not to stay. It sounded like a cafeteria.

Friendly staff Although not many allergies sensitivity food options offered , I was able to choose from a variety of fruits at breakfast, as for my kids they enjoyed Breakfast. Staff were very friendly and attentive. My kids also enjoyed activity room.

The room had all the necessary amenities and was generally comfortable.

However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the bed linen did not feel completely fresh or clean. In addition, there was a musty odor in my room, which made it less comfortable. It is possible that this was due to the room being older. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better attention to cleanliness and room freshness would greatly improve the guest experience.

The bed was amazing. The space was good as well, everything was very clean. I brought my dog with me and if there is any noise she lets me know but it was for the most part very quite. I liked that I was near an exit, just for the convenience of letting her out. The breakfast was also good many options and my dog loved the egg and cheese omlet. I say this as her stomach was very upset for a couple days before we got here and I think those omlets helped!!!

The grounds for a dog is not very good at all, she hardly ever made it to the grass. You need an area for dogs that is gated so they can run.

Staffing was kind and outstanding.

There was trash in hallway trashcan flowing out to the floor
