This was a lovely hotel for the price. The room was big and spacious and had a full kitchen, which was great. The staff was attentive and the whole place was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

I didn't love that the sheets and towels were washed in a scented laundry detergent. The smell was too strong for me, and I think the hotel would be more inclusive if they washed everything in unscented detergent.

The basketball court, the flooring is painful if you fall. My 9 year old son actually sliced his knee open on it and the front desk was kind enough to give me a bandaid but that wasn’t enough to stop the bleeding. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was bothering him a lot so he had to sit out quite a bit 😩

The place was immaculate, so clean. It was close to the airport but you couldn't hear any noise. The basketball shooting ring was excellent outside was a great addition for families.

I stayed at the Homewood Suites near John Wayne for an extended stay while recovering from surgery. I was able to work with the sales team for a preferred rate. Across my stay, they were very accommodating - from allowing me to have a rental recliner delivered to my room to allowing my dog on property to frequent housekeeping visits and supply drop offs to accepting nearly daily Amazon deliveries at times. They even let me borrow the on site wheelchair on two occasions. Countless staff made this month plus long stay better. Bonus points included the delicious daily breakfast, all day coffee service, and Wednesday happy hours (which essentially were full meal service on a couple of the weeks). The on site laundry was also helpful, and the team even gave me a welcome gift that included supplies for that to make everything more comfortable. Thank you again to everyone.

Great place to stay in OC, extremely central location, solid breakfast, clean spacious rooms and a very friendly staff. Shout out to Caroline who was especially attentive.

We had such a great stay and will definitely book again! The rooms were very spacious and we liked the kitchen feature. Valeria, Luxury and Jordan, the breakfast team, were very efficient and helpful when there was a hiccup with the waffle batter or when it got really busy! Kudos! They were awesome!

We absolutely love this hotel and stay mutual times a month. As a Hilton diamond member I stay at a lot of properties. The customer service is top notch compared to any other Hilton property in SoCal. This is what keeps bringing me back.

Excellent accommodations: room was very clean, spacious and well appointed; staff were very polite, friendly & helpful; breakfast buffet was very good as well as early evening snacks; a dog friendly environment. We totally enjoyed our stay!

The room was a nice layout. The kitchen was really cool, even though we didn’t use it. The location was great to go to the beach or Disneyland. It was nice and clean and new.

Our view wasn’t the best but we were only there one night.

The side we were on now has No view- blocked all view but the white wall. Also, the breakfast hour should go until 9:30 on weekdays. I dislike paying $20 nightly to park my car.

I enjoyed the layout of the room as well as having a kitchen area. I was able to re-heat some leftovers on the cooktop versus just microwaving it.

If I have to answer, I would say that the items in the small store/market area could be expanded. I forgot to pack both toothpaste and shaving cream and neither were available. I was able to borrow from my colleague that traveled with me.

Very friendly staff, breakfasts were excellent, hot tub perfectly hot, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, bed was extremely comfortable, for sure stay here again.

We need to extend a couple of times Caroline was always so helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable. Would stay again.

Caroline and the Homewood team were great in taking care of us during our stay. We were between a few hotel options in the area so we showed up and asked for a tour of the available rooms. They showed us the rooms right away and were very kind throughout the whole process, giving us options for which one of the available rooms we wanted to choose. The staff was very friendly, even giving us a notebook late at night after we remembered we needed one for the morning. Would recommend how clean and taken care of the property is plus how friendly the staff here is.

Been at this hotel for 3 weeks now and staff is excellent the ladies that cook breakfast are all so hard working; Valeria works very hard and does a great job; housekeeping is impeccable, everyone is so great here. Having worked as a previous hotel manager I would stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for a month during a business trip, and it was a great experience. The facilities were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It was conveniently located near John Wayne Airport, making travel easy. There were also restaurants nearby, and the in-room kitchen made it convenient to prepare simple meals. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next business trip.

Rooms are spacious, clean, with just enough amenities. The breakfast changed the two mornings we ate there, excellent both times. Staff member Valeria was very pleasant and friendly. We will stay here again if back in Irvine area.

We had a genuinely good visit to this hotel. We are a family of 6 and needed a handicapped accessible room for my husband who uses a wheelchair. We usually book accessible rooms and it's still difficult for my husband to maneuver but this was the opposite of that. Our room was very clean and incredibly spacious and the roll-in shower was perfect. We had a little issue getting the pull out bed to come all the way out and maintenance came right out and fixed it. The continental breakfast was actually really good and had a great variety for the whole family (my kids loved the make-your-own-waffle station). It was close to the airport but you didn't even notice the sounds of planes. The intersection where it's located is actually very quiet and safe. There was a pool and hot tub as well as a basketball court, though we didn't get a chance to use any of those amenities. It was very quiet and we didn't see too many other families, though there were a few. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would even go slightly out of our way to do so. The only complaint we had was that in the roll-in shower the shampoo and conditioner and body wash were on the opposite wall from the bench (too far to reach from sitting), which provides major difficulty for a wheelchair user to access. Otherwise we had a lovely stay!

Yazmin and Mikah were truly the highlight of my stay! Such incredible hospitality and friendliness without being forced, I will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay at this location rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly especially Valeria and Vero they were very kind and accommodating during our breakfast this morning. Front desk was very quick and only issue really was the parking lot can get pretty full. This is in a good area and very cozy atmosphere. For the value and price of other locations we will definitely be coming back.

This is the best Homewood suites we have ever stayed at! Everyone we encountered is so kind and thoughtful. The staff elevated our stay experience and we really felt at home. Every staff has interacted with us with a wonderful smile and willingness to assist us. The service is very consistent and the breakfast is always amazing! The rooms are very well maintained. We have been here a handful of times now and this hotel is truly incredible!

We love a hotel with a hot breakfast and the hot breakfast here was exceptional! Yummy frittatas, omelets, yogurt, sausage, potatoes, etc. The cafeteria area was clean, well-stocked and fresh!!! Had THE BEST front desk overnight customer service from Yas. We arrived very late on the night of April 7 and Yas was at the front desk. She was very accommodating and offered to waive the parking fee and the 1pm late check out fee due to our late arrival. Honestly, this should be the norm for anyone arriving after 10pm and checking out the next day. She even gave us 2 bottles of water. We stayed at all Homewood Suites during our 1 week stay driving down the coast of California and this one was by far the best because of her. The room was great...clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

From the moment we arrived for check-in, the receptionist was kind and accommodating. The entire staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile in the hallways. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere—clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The breakfast was also very good.

Everyone was very kind, and helpful. Yass was especially helpful. She went out of her way to assist us with what could have been a really bad situation. We are very grateful to her . Excellent employee, kept calm which helped me stay somewhat calm, offered us coffee and a place to sit while waiting on a ride to the airport before humane hours. Our room was nice and had almost everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only thing I would recommend is offering pillow tops for the mattress. The bed was uncomfortable. But for the service we received and the quality and location of the hotel we would probably stay again.

I always stay here when I’m down for work. Great hotel, location, and the best staff. Shout out to Jesse and Jordan at the front desk! They have a lot of amenities like a nice pool and deck area, basketball court, a large gym, and their TVs are smart TVs. Great hotel all around.

The Homewood Suites near John Wayne is an excellent place to stay when visiting for business. I always feel welcomed by the front desk staff, every visit. The entire staff are top notch. A special shoutout to Yass for helping during my current trip. She has a great attitude and is always helpful. I really like the Wednesday night snack bar. The rooms and hotel are very clean. This is my preferred hotel in the area.

I have stayed at the Homewood Suites on Redhill in Irvine many times over the last few years. Cheri is the manager and she’s amazingly warm, friendly, and always remembers you. Caroline is the most incredible representative of this brand I’ve ever come across. She’s always there when you need her. She never forgets a promise. And her only goal every day is to make sure that your stay is safe, comfortable and that you’re enjoying yourself. She always has a smile, a warm greeting and never lets the pressure show. I can’t leave out Brian who always has a smile and a warm welcome for me. Thank you all for making every stay. I have there a great stay. Looking forward to coming back.

The best experience we had lovely so we need to copy the birth certificate. I know we have to take the one just in case we have to take a real one to my Online suite and one of the janitors name is Alma returned my wallet that was very nice of her .

We really enjoyed staying here. The one bedroom suites were spacious and it was so nice having a mini kitchen. The daily breakfast was good with lots of variety. The hotel was extremely clean and lots of amenities. Cecilia at tge front desk was so kind and funny! We will definitely be returning

We stayed at this Hilton property for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was the night before her birthday, and we planned to go to Disneyland in the morning to celebrate. I placed a note in the reservation file for which we were celebrating, and upon arrival, Elizabeth and Shera were there to check us in. They comped our parking as a gesture of good will for our daughter’s birthday celebration which I thought was so incredibly kind. But to my surprise, there was more. They made her a GOODIE BAG. I’m not talking a small one with 2 things in it. I’m talking a legit bag with a stuffed animal, a card, candy, drinks, and some toys inside of it. My daughter was so elated over this gift. I’ve been to some nice properties throughout my travels. I’ve been to some not so nice. I’ve been to properties that have great customer service. And again, not such great service. This Hilton property had all of the features, amenities, and an experience that my family and I will never forget. We are so thankful for their hospitality. We will definitely be back and referring others to do the same. Great location. Easy to get to. Good pricing. Clean. Great for families. Top customer service. Looking forward to returning.

The hotel is super close to the airport and such an affordable option for travelers considering there is complimentary breakfast each day. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I loved that the hotel was quiet and close to so many destinations. The staff was also responsive to requests especially Zaynab at the front desk!

Our family stayed at this Hilton over Christmas and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family holiday. The heated pool was AMAZING! It was cold outside but the heated pool felt like we were sitting in a nice hot bath best experience we may go back just for the pool lol

The location isn’t the greatest as far as being convenient to many places it’s mostly industrial felt like but the swimming pool and breakfast was worth it!

I've stayed at a lot of Hiltons & Marriotts - I've never stayed in one that is so accommodating than this one. I realize "Homewood" has FULL kitchens, but not to this degree. They have pots and Tupperware, even down to measuring cups!! The game amenities available are next level. The "Continental breakfast" is above par of the rest of the hotels & they even have an "evening social" - very rare! VERY impressed. When an issue arose, Zay & Caroline/Cairlina(?) were so sweet about it and made me feel at ease as if they were actual friends. The only serious negative is the attention to the cleanliness of the room. I have A LOT of pictures in individual places where hair was found. VERY VISIBLE to the eye. That made me uneasy just how clean the rest of the room was. I also found a dish that looked like it still had food stuck on it, but I think it was just stained. Attention to things like this matter. All in all, this is a gem I definitely have saved next time I visit this area. You will not be disappointed!!

The staff was amazing…warm, inviting, and accommodating to our every request. The pool was warm and clean. The mattresses were comfortable with good pillows. We will definitely be back here to stay again.

We have been here for an extended stay while our new home was getting ready, and my wife started a new position. This has been nothing shy of a STELLAR experience!!! The front desk staff of Elizabeth, Caroline, Micah, and Brian have been fantastic, kind, helpful, and go above and beyond what is needed. They feel like family, they truly make you feel like you're at a home away from home! Now the Breakfast Team of Jessy, Vero, and Jordan; HOLY COW!!! They not only put out a fantastic spread for breakfast, but they spread a little pixie dust on us every morning. This team is a dream team!!! You feel the love every morning with these ladies around!! We always look forward to seeing them in the morning!! The housekeeping team is top notch!! Magda is quick, thorough, and always has a smile! We may be leaving out a few names, but this " Extended Family" of a Hotel Team will not let you down!! We HIGHLY recommend this property!! Homewood Suites is convenient to the airport and includes the perk of a shuttle. Front desk staff: Rose, Elizabeth, and Yasmin are helpful and friendly making my stay a joy. The highlight was the festive winter decorations and gas fireplace. Rooms are terrific and have everything you could ask for. Thanks so much.

My husband and I stayed November 22-December 4 at the Homewood Suites in Irvine. What’s not to like here? Location is excellent; we took Lyfts and also parked in the ample hotel parking lot—nice wide spaces, btw. My husband enjoyed playing pool for the hour-long reservation time. Next time we’ll check out the ping-pong table… The shining star that sets this hotel apart from others in which we’ve stayed in the Irvine area is the staff. Veronica, Jordan and Jessie provided variety on the hot breakfast selection each morning in addition to oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and toppings, muffins and make-your-own waffles. These women maintained a clean serving area throughout the breakfast hours and the seating area is bright with natural light and cozy areas for singles and families alike. Caroline, Elizabeth and Yazmin welcomed us and made the check-in and check-out process simple and streamlined. Elizabeth was also our shuttle driver to the Santa Ana airport which is only a 15-minute drive; she was a careful, conscientious driver and has a cheerful disposition. Caroline was attentive to my 86-year-old mother three years ago and even gave her a tour of the shuttle to alleviate her concerns in taking it to the airport. She is one of the main reasons we returned for another excellent experience. The grab bar in the shower was appreciated even though the room was not designated as accessible. Cleaning staff was consistent and pleasant. We will be back for a third stay in the future! P.S. Visit Rogers Gardens—your kids will love it!

It was a great experience. Check in was fast , quick and very smooth ! Not to mention the breakfast was I’d say the highlight of our stay . Veronica , Jordan and Jessie made breakfast even better . The breakfasts were amazing. A different breakfast every morning and a good variety. The hotel is very clean and also with construction going on behind the building we didn't hear a sound so that was very nice because I've stayed at hotels and all I've heard is construction noises. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and willing to meet the needs of anything you may need. I loved the workout area and also the pool. It's a five minute drive from costco, which was awesome, also twenty minutes from disneyland. We got their two bedroom suite, and it was awesome to have our own room and have our kids in the other room with a living room and kitchen in between. Also, we have beautiful view of the pool.
