Sehr schönes kleines Apartment. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Tiefgarage gleich dabei war sehr praktisch. DerSelbst checkin war eigentlich gut erklärt. Unser Alter macht uns nur manchmal schwer von Begriff.

Leider war das Fenster defekt, und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage konnte es mit en Möglichkeiten, die wir hatten, es nicht ausgleichen. Das Bett war für ältere Leute vielleicht etwas knapp.

The stairs inside the room are awkward and a little dangerous. There should at least be a rail or post to hold on to.

Very nice hostel near Uspeskin Cathedral. Large rooms, many services, cool shared space. Perfect for families but also for young travelers who want to make new friends. Absolutely recommended.

El estudio que nos tocó era completísimo. El baño amplio y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. La cocina con horno microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora. Salón y cocina amplias. El segundo cuarto eran dos literas y la habitación era pequeña, pero para un adolescente genial. Muchos armarios en todo el estudio, con lo que no tuvimos problemas para guardar nuestras cosas. Al segundo día de la estancia pasaron a hacer la limpieza del mismo ( estuvimos alojados 4 noches). Por otro lado, los servicios que ofrece Noli son excepcionales. Hay gimnasio, sauna y jacuzzi . Las zonas comunes como la cocina compartida, enorme y con todos los utensilios necesarios. Zona de juegos de mesa, billar y buena atención por parte del personal. No podemos pedir más. Hemos venido encantados.

La cama de la habitación principal muy pequeña para dos, creo que era de 1, 20 de ancho, y eso que nosotros no somos grandes

Einchecken nicht vollständig selbst erklärend. (Das Personal vom nicht dazu gehörenden Restaurant machten uns auf Knopf aufmerksam, der Assistenzperson rief)

Great location. Excellent value for money. The apartment was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Every request was met.

The only, small, negative was lack of sound proofing. Some noises from neighbouring apartments.

Muy buena opción para alojarse en Helsinki. La ubicación es muy céntrica y el apartamento, moderno, cómodo y bien equipado, con cocina y lavadora. Nos resultó especialmente práctico poder dejar el equipaje gratuitamente en unas taquillas con código. Como punto a tener en cuenta, la lavadora no tiene función de secado y el aparcamiento es de pago al estar en pleno centro. En general, una estancia muy recomendable.

A lot of things, bed and linens extremely small for 2 people, we did not have a good sleep at all. No sponge in the room, no dishcloth to dry out your hands, no trash bags.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Dostępny był parking dla auta jednak trzeba pamiętać aby zrobić rezerwację ( parking dodatkowo płatny ). Obsługa obiektu jest miła i pomocna.

Obiekt w ogłoszeniu daje wrażenie apartamentów do wynajęcia w stylu hotelowym dla turystów jednak na miejscu okazuje się, że jest to obiekt w stylu akademika, mieszkań na wynajem długoterminowy. Oferta wprowadza w błąd. Są miejsca wspólne gdzie cały czas kręcą się ludzie np. wspólna kuchnia, pokoje z konsolami itd. Coś w stylu komuny. Nie każdy chce brać udział w takiej sytuacji. Dodatkowo w pokoju nie ma TV co jest dziwne w obecnych czasach ( jest możliwość "wynajęcia" TV za dodatkową opłatą co jest też dziwne ), w łazience nie ma suszarki do włosów i ją też trzeba sobie wynająć ale ich ilość jest ograniczona ( mi przez 2 dni nie udało się jej "zdobyć" ). Niewygodne meble w salonie i kuchni ( w mieszkaniu, nie części wspólnej ) nie dało się na nich siedzieć dłużej niż 5 min. ( strasznie twarde ).

Great location, well-appointed unit, comfortable bed, good shower. The staff were helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet and the hotel is convenient for trams and walking to the main square in less than 10 minutes. Washing machine always a bonus. A very pleasant, relaxing stay.

There are two Noli-s in the same street - good luck checking into the right one first try. "100m from the tram stop" are not helpful directions. Electronic check-in was a pain and as the staff seemed to spend a lot of time re-directing guests to the right hotel or helping with check-in, maybe just have a check-in desk? Contactless is not always user friendly. More bedding options would be good. The unit was very warm as the heating is always on. A duvet in summer is a little odd - and too hot.

Great location, just steps from supermarkets and a short walk to the old market, and walkable to most Helsinki sites of interest. No problem with late night tablet check-in process. Modern room was clean and staff checked regularly to remove trash, bring towels, and change linen. Very comfy firm bed. Lots of storage space. Big fridge/freezer. Always hot water on demand; no waiting. Quiet inside and out. Cheerful front office staff. At $120 USD/night, it was a great price for a tiny "medium" studio unit in Helsinki.

Odd that it was days before I saw anyone in the staff office. Not enough space on window side of bed to walk. No electric outlet on either side of bed. Tiny dining/work table. Bathroom too small. Washing machine too big for cabinet under bathroom sink; doors didn't close. Cramped toilet space. Shower door opened only wide enough to enter/exit sideways, barely. Freezer and kitchen shelves too high to reach. Only one pot and one large pan; no lids. No need for dishwasher for one- or two-person room, especially with "dish drying cabinet" provided. The only window opened onto the second floor guest terrace/patio; limited privacy.

Huoneisto on todella siisti, MUTTA suihkutilan on annettu kulahtaa kun ei pestä kunnolla. Seinän laattojen ja lattian saumat keltaisena pesuainejäämistä. Osassa silikonisaumoja jo hometta. Harmi, että kaikinpuolin loistavan huoneiston annetaan homehtua suihkutiloista.

Sängen var väldigt hård, AC-panelen verkade inte påverka rummets temperatur alls. Vi försökte sänka termostaten, men det fortsatte att vara väldigt varmt ändå. Vi saknade också ett sängbord på ena sidan av sängen (en sida hade bord), samt eluttag i närheten av sängen.

共有バルコニーから部屋の位置を離してくれていたので、うるさくなくて、プライベートバルコニーを満喫できた。

スタッフが基本いない(フロントがなし)だからコンタクトとるのに時間がかかる。

チェックインのタブレット端末が操作し難すぎて、無駄な時間がかかる。 部屋カテゴリーが低いと、あまり綺麗な部屋とは言えない(清掃が行き届いていない？　特にシャワー) スタッフの方は常にいない(無人、フロントなし)だから、コンタクト取るのが大変。時間かかる。Whatsappのチャットでも即時回答じゃない。急ぎで使えず困る。

Struttura centralissima, vicinissima ai punti di attrazione principali di Helsinki e collocata sull’isoletta di Katajanokka, vicinissima al porto e alle due cattedrali principali della città. La struttura ha mini appartamenti comprensivi di cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice già dotate anche di capsule per i lavaggi. All’interno della struttura c’è a disposizione una sauna, un’area fitness. Sotto la struttura c’è un market molto comodo. Mi sono trovata molto bene e anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è a mio avviso adeguato, considerando anche il carovita finlandese. Molto pratica anche la possibilità di poter effettuare il self check-in. Ad ogni piano c’è anche una piccola stazione con utensili di servizio come asciugacapelli aspirapolvere o addirittura dei piccoli giravite.

Forse solo il fatto che non c’è un vero e proprio personale con cui relazionarsi, ma non ne ho mai avuto bisogno

Molto comfort e pulizia, sia in stanza sia negli spazi comuni e in sauna. Posizione perfetta per il centro e comodo anche il market subito sotto, aperto fino alle 10.

Come in molte strutture al nord non ci sono tapparelle ma tende spesse, quindi luce che filtra già a notte fonda d’estate

La posizione è buonissima, la camera è essenziale, ma non manca nulla. Il complesso è bello e offre spazi comuni interessanti (anche una sauna e una palestra gratuiti). Il check-in fai da te è molto semplice e permette una flessibilità estrema, l'office disk è comunque aperto e disponibile nelle ore diurne e le risposte alle mail per le info sono precise e puntuali. Il prezzo è super competitivo per la città.

La pulizia delle camere è ogni "few days", ma l'indeterminazione non aiuta molto a organizzarsi ad esempio con il cambio degli asciugamani. Il bagno è con una bella doccia, ma senza finestra.

立地がとても良かったです。トラムやスーパーも近くて、大聖堂にも歩いていける距離でした。 また、部屋に洗濯機があったので2日おきに洗濯できました。

ティッシュが無かったです。またタオル交換のタイミングがわからず、一度フロアに置いたタオルを再度使わざるを得なかったことがありました。

Super beliggenhet, veldig enkelt å ta en trikk til sentrum. Helsinkis beste pasta i bygget, anbefales!

Vi måtte spørre om rengjøring av gulvet. Hyggelig betjening ordnet opp fortløpende.

Great hotel. The studio was ideal. Perfect if you wanted to stay in or explore. Due to the in room washing machine you can travel light and not have to worry. Communications from and with the hotel were perfect. They let uou know all that you need to and more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Huoneen 1006 parisänky oli kahdelle aikuiselle liian kapea.

Location and price were excellent,loved that we had our own washing machine. We walked everywhere, easy walk to city and Port areas, plus grocery store and restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, building facilities were very good.

Main bedroom only had a double bed, no toaster in the room (but there was one in the communal kitchen so we used that). Blinds could have been blocked out in bunk room.

Die Lage ist top. Man ist schnell zu Fuss am Hafen, am Senatsplatz und Esplanadi etc.

Auf der öffentlichen Terrasse mit Grill hielten sich jeden Abend Leute auf, welche die Nachtruhe ab 22:00 Uhr nicht beachtet haben. Am ersten Tag bis 02:15 Party direkt neben unserem Studio und niemand vom Staff im Haus. Ärgerlich. Das zweite Mal bis Mitternacht, okay, da Freitagabend … tolerierbar …

Very nice concept, I liked the privacy. Everything was perfect, the location is great if coming from the Viking Lines terminal, and the view from the terrace is exceptional. I used the sauna and that was great too.

I liked everything, even though it was a bit above my budget. The bathroom is a little too cramped but it was fine for me.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums, eines Hafens und der Tram. Sehr schönes und toll ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Eingang zur Duschkabine etwas schmal.

Perfekte Lage, sehr nah am zentralen Platz von dem die Boote starten, nah am Zentrum. Alles war fußläufig machbar, Straßenbahnhaltestelle um die Ecke. Large Studio war geräumig zu dritt. Hatten über Booking.com gebucht. Beim Self-Checkin (über Tablets am Eingang) hat unser Code unter der Checkin-Möglichkeit bei „Booking“ nicht funktioniert. Hätten direkt bei den Noli-Studios auf den Link tippen müssen. Nach dem Anruf war aber sofort jemand da, der half. Viele Aufenthaltsräume im Erdgeschoss zum Kochen, Spielen, Fernsehschauen… Garage war teuer (26€ pro Nacht), aber praktisch. In der Küchenzeile gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Um die Ecke (2 min) ist ein Supermarkt, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Unser Large Studio war im Erdgeschoss, auf Augenhöhe mit den Autos. Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Geruch im Apartment war etwas muffig.
