Konumu ve personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Oda olanakları güzeldi.

Kahvaltı daha zengin olabilirdi. Peynir çesitleri yoktu. Havalandırma çok sesli çalışıyordu. Oda sıcaklığının Max 24°C olması kötü idi. Oda en fazla 22°C ye kadar ısındı.

È stato tutto perfetto. Ho apprezzato soprattutto il passaggio dello staff addetto alle pulizie ogni 2 giorni con cambio degli asciugamani e i servizi a disposizione (sauna, palestra, bici e lavanderia)

Se devo trovare un difetto per forza direi che il lavandino del bagno è davvero piccolo ma per il resto ho trovato tutto comodo e accogliente

Nice apartment and very well located Simple and good breakfast. Loved it. I liked the sauna and the terrase. The staff was kind and helpful at all times.

Komplett digitales Einchecken ist heute an der Tagesordnung… aber nach wie vor nicht jedermanns Sache… hier sollte man damit vertraut sein Ich liebe es penibel sauber… hier besteht noch etwas Luft nach oben (bspw. Küchengeräte -> Wasserkocher und Wandflächen Küche)… mir ist bewusst, das dem Reinigungspersonal hierfür oft die Zeit fehlt…

Great location near the harbour, not too far to walk to the city. Nice Columbian breakfast. Room quite spacious.

Bed is very small for 2 adults. Pillows were terrible. Air circulation system was very noisy when trying to sleep. Very small bathroom

La ubicación es perfecta y los servicios que se ofrecen.

No había servicio de limpieza de habitación. De cinco días que estuvimos solo nos hicieron un día la habitación. El desayuno no nos gustó. Eran empanadillas y tortitas de carne, algo de ensalada, algo de fruta, nada típico de la zona.

La struttura è nuovissima e molto ben organizzata negli spazi comuni (comuni sono anche alcune attrezzature, come il phon, l'aspirapolvere...). Abbiamo soggiornato in un micro appartamento completo (quasi) di tutto; la cucina ci ha consentito di fare la colazione in camera (ci sono buoni supermercati nelle vicinanza). Ottima la posizione a Katajanokka, specie se si arriva a Helsinki con un traghetto Viking Line

Due piccole cose da migliorare. L'arredo della camera, un po' troppo 'spartano': nella nostra mancavano un secondo comodino e una seconda abat-jour, così come qualche piano d'appoggio e un 'cavalletto' per appoggiare la valigia. Un po' elaborato il self check-in (quando si arriva non si ha voglia di passare minuti a digitare su un terminale anche un po' scomodo): non è possibile dare l'opportunità di farlo online?

It was very clean and cozy. Room had very nice furniture and other accomodations. Like the idea of common tools present on service stations on each floor. The common areas were also very nice and the various phone booths and workspaces were very good.

Missing spare garbage bags in room and maybe some short description of Finish recycling and garbage separation standards.

Noli Katajanokka was perfect for our stay in Helsinki with our dog. There were parks nearby with dog sections. Our EV could be charged in it's own bay and we had a washing machine and laundry access to wash and dry clothes. It's a 10 minute walk into the market square, a Columbian café in the building and K Market in the next block. The staff were friendly and helpful, we can definitely recommend Noli!

Стиральные машины не в номере, а внизу и по графику надо пользоваться ими, и двуспальная большая кровать это две односпальные кровати соединенные, неудобно спать было

Quieter part of the city but still easy access to everything. Gym was a proper gym. The sauna! Shared facilities were clean and comfy. Work spaces were very useful. Staff was great.

Olin töissä Katajanokalla, joten sijainti oli hyvä.

Ostin lisäksi aamiaisen. Sen hinta-laatusuhde ei ollut ihan kohdillaan. 15-16 euroa olisi ollut vielä ok hinta.

Location is very nice and convenient to stay in a walking distance from the center. Sauna available everyday was highly appreciated. Common kitchen with a lot of small things like condiments available was very useful, because you don’t want to buy bulk items if you stay just a couple pf days.

Cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. We found dirty plates, mugs hidden in between of clean ones. Bathroom is very small and water is all over the floor after showering. Just two small pillows available.

Everything was perfect! Very easy communication with the staff, making it very easy the check in out of standard hours. Flat had a good size, new, and nicely equipped. Location was also perfect! Very convenient and safe luggage storage as well.

A TV in the flat would be nice, but not a big deal.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e hall stilosa e confortevole

Il problema è stato la camera molto insoddisfacente, proprio brutta e scarna. Soffitto non rifinito con finiture grezza e varie imperfezioni. Assenza comodini o anche solo tavolini d'appoggio. Assenza televisore, Assenza cassaforte. Per cucinare solo una pentola e una padella che sul fuoco ad induzione non funzionava, per cui potevo cucinare solo pasta. Nel bagno non c'era il bicchiere per gli spazzolini, l'ho preso dalla cucina. Non c'era il micronde. .Al piano strada c'era un'altra cucina più completa, ma era difficile coordinare l'utilizzo. Nel bagno c'era ancora inserito il rotolo consumato dei precedenti ospiti. Ho provato a far funzionare la lavastoviglie ma dopo l'avvio di bloccava ed emetteva un suono intermittente. Prima di andare via l' ho segnalato e mi è stato riferito che forse non arrivava acqua. Se pure lo staff era gentilissimo quando era presente si aveva la sensazione di essere abbandonati. Nel bagno non esiste tovaglietta per bidet. Le comunicazioni sono completamente automatizzate e non lo apprezzo assolutamente. Ho inviato un messaggio whatsapp su alcune problematiche e mi è arrivata una risposta automatica. Non ci si relaziona così coi clienti. È qualcosa di profondamente sbagliato. Infine il check in automatico non lo apprezzo ma ci siamo adeguati Per fortuna erano soli 3 giorni ed eravamo sempre in giro. Infine considerata l'esperienza non è stato un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Spero sia utile a migliorare il servizio e l'accoglienza

The location was excellent—convenient and easy to access. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they provided good service throughout our stay.

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. The options were a bit limited and repetitive, with the same items served each day. Adding more variety to the breakfast menu would make the overall experience even better.

Bed small with very thin mattress and too small duvet. Self check in was a faff. Bathroom very small.

The property is close to the tram 4 (which leads to the centre of the town), ferry terminal (Vikingline), supermarkets and affordable eat-outs. In the quiete residential area. Staff were very helful.

Location was excellent, near boat, short walking distance to sights, 2 grocery stores close by. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, laundry facilities were wonderful and free, restaurants and shopping was 5-10 min walk.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom shower. A musky smell that was tolerable but didn't seem to dissipate even after using the shower.

Es un lugar muy práctico en el que tienes todo lo necesario para alojarte y disfrutar de la ciudad.

A pesar de ser una habitación muy bien insonorizada el ruido del frigorífico incomoda un poco.

Die Lage war optimal, die öffentliche Anbindung war super. Man ist schnell von A nach B gekommen und beim spazieren gehen an tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei gekommen! Ambiente sehr modern, alle sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit!

Wir haben bei der Ausstattung übersehen dass es keinen Fernseher gibt, aber da gibt es schlimmeres ;)

easy going pragmatical setting with lots of facilities (a.o. ...a fully working kitchenette). recently renovated. decent location. supermarket 2 min walk. securized with card access. fabulous view from the roof deck. So if you too are a pragmatic traveller, this is gold! If you are looking for a plush hotel experience, this isn't it.

this is not a hotel. it's a place designed for longer stay, with (partly) furnished simple rooms. its quite unromantic. No tv in the room for example... If you get a room facing the street, car noise is absolutely horrific. self check in is troublesome for many. however, it's being done on only 2 ipads. You have to manually input data/take ID pictures for all occupants, code your own key, etc. some people are not so handy with this. It takes forever. they should install more check in stations!!!

Very clean, well organized studio apartment. Good location. Lots of supplemental services for guests staying at aparthotel.

Really wished there was some kind of chair to sit in in the studio besides a hard kitchen chair

Gym-ul era in cladirea alăturată, dar nu e neapărat o problemă.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Studio war sauber.

Es war relativ dunkel ( Nr. 410), da man die Jalousien nur kippen, aber nicht hochziehen konnte. Das Studio war zur Straße hin und man verstand bei geöffnetem Fenster kein Wort. Die Rezeption war an unserem Anreisetag überhaupt nicht besetzt. Wir haben an den drei Tagen nur einmal jemanden gesehen. Man bekommt ja vorher codes für alle Eingänge, aber das Einchecken war nicht wirklich selbsterklärend.

Bella struttura con camere confortevoli. Centro di Helsinki facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La palestra è molto bella e sono disponibili due saune separate (maschi e femmine). Il parcheggio nel piano interrato è comodo anche se costoso (30 euro/notte) e con un'altezza minima molto bassa (1.70 m).

Bien equipado tanto el estudio como el alojamiento. Excelente ubicación, a 12 min de la Plaza del mercado y a 5 min del puerto para la salida de algunas líneas de ferry. Personal disponible y asertivo. Regresaría y lo recomendaría!

Tudo, proximidade do terminal da Vicking, da cidade velha, dos pontos turísticos, de restaurantes... fantástico... quarto grande, 2 quartos, sala, cozinha toda montada, cafezinho e chá, geladeira, freezer, duche quente, toalhas brancas e limpas... nos deixaram guardar as malas em um locker para visitarmos a cidade antes do check-in... alias, o self-check-in não é tão complicado... e o ingkes das moças da recepcao ajuda muito...fantástico.

De não ter me planejado melhor para ficar mais tempo rsrsrsr...

Ho soggiornato 14 notti al Noli Katajanokka II, in agosto. Ho voluto vivere in questa fantastica città, quasi da residente, e il Noli me l’ha reso possibile. Posizione vicinissima al centro, ma non affollata né rumorosa. Ho preso uno studio spazioso al piano superiore, accessoriato completamente (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, oltre all’attrezzatura al piano come ascuga capelli, aspira polvere, ferro da stiro). Tutto perfetto e funzionante. L’appartamento comodissimo, con pulizia e cambio biancheria impeccabile. Tutto automatizzato, accessibile con la card presa al check in. Servizi splendidi, come la sauna nella struttura, le bici sempre disponbili, la palestra al Noli Studios (a pochi metri). La presenza di personale alla reception c’è dalle 10 alle 17, ma i servizi di check in e out anche in autonomia sono semplicissimi. Inoltre, rispondono velocemente anche alle richieste fuori orario, fatte attraverso Booking. Insomma, tutto perfetto, comodo, facile. La mia permanenza al Noli Katajanokka II è stata meravigliosa. Ci tornerò, sicuramente.

Das Hostel Studio Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage mit hervorragender Straßenbahnverbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Mit der Lage des Hotels waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern. Alles war neu und auch mit dem Check-in waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Leider hat uns das Frühstück überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wenn man ein kolumbianisches Frühstück mag, ist es vielleicht genau das Richtige. Für unseren Geschmack war das Frühstück jedoch größtenteils geschmacklos und wenig ansprechend. Es gab lediglich ein weißes Brötchen und insgesamt sehr wenig Auswahl. Mit dem Zimmer und der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden, vom Frühstück waren wir dagegen absolut enttäuscht. Wenn möglich, würde ich empfehlen, auf das Frühstück zu verzichten.

La ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca al centro, pero sin el ruido. Las habitaciones muy cómodas

Loved everything such a great space, central location. Great to have gym access. Also good to have laundry facilities. Loved it will be back.

Bon emplacement, calme, propre, confortable. Nombreuses possibilités de rangements dans la chambre comme dans la salle de bain. Informations pour le Check in bien reçues. Il n’y a pas de réceptionniste mais une personne est présente sur place dans la journée.

J’aurais apprécié d’avoir une ou deux étagères au dessus du lit pour pouvoir poser des petites choses : téléphone livre lunettes bouteille d’eau… La cuisine est très bien équipée avec frigo four couverts verres etc, mais pas d’assiette ! Clé d’accès désactivée par erreur.

Check in was smooth, the room was clean, as described, and had everything I needed.

Unfortunately, on 2 of the 3 nights I was staying, I was woken in the early hours by false fire alarms. I know this is perhaps an unusual occurrence normally, but it meant my nights were not as restful as I'd have liked.

Apartamento muy bien situado y con todo lo necesario. Sin ruidos . Tiene unas instalaciones comunes. Hay un supermercado cerca. Tiene sauna y terraza en la ultima planta. Y un lugar para poder dejar las maletas antes del check in y después.

Lo único que me gustó menos fue el desayuno. Se hace en un restaurante anexo que tiene poca variedad y espacio.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Værelset, beliggenheden, god transport. Personalet som var tilstede mellem 10 og 17 var utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige. Restaurant Locanda Scappi ligger lige ved siden af. Nok en af de bedste italienske restauranter i Helsinki. Også god indkøbsmulighed tæt på.

自転車やランドリー利用時は、事前に受付へのお知らせが必要でした。今回受付対応時間の10:00-17:00以外に動くことが多かったため、利用出来ませんでしたが、また訪れた際は事前に予約したいと思います。
