Alltför många kodtryckningar för att komma in till lgh, ibland fyra tillfällen för att uppge koden. Saknade diskborste och svamp.

- Top Lage nahe zum Zentrum - 2 WC's, eines davon separat - genügend Spiegel für 4 Frauen ;) - tolle kleine Sauna - sehr sauber - neu

- Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man zu wenig frische Luft abkriegt, wenn man beim separaten Schlafzimmer die Türe schliesst. Uns war das aber egal, weil wir die Türe offen hatten.

Very near tram stop, so easy to get to from railway station. Pretty toom, well equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Previous occupants food had been left in the room, this was cleared by staff while I was out later, as complained via messaging as no staff at hotel. Bed area weirdly had air conditioning blowing cold sir right above the head, couldn’t be turned off. In the morning struggled to get out of room as had used the chain on the door. Little clip inside was stuck, needed a knife to push it up so could get chain to release. Breakfast at nearby cafe was just scraps at 10.30.

Die Lage war optimal. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Sky Wheel und zum Hafen. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Mit dem Türcode konnten die Zugänge im Treppenhaus und zum Apartment geöffnet werden. Im Büro waren sie sehr hilfsbereit als wir eine Frage hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Da Localização, da infraestrutura do apto. ( tínhamos tudo que precisávamos) confortável, iluminação boa, enfim gostamos muito.

Acho que um micro-ondas seria excelente para esquentar pequenas porções.

Frühstück, keine Abwechslung wenn man vier Tage dort ist. Kolumbianisch ist für ein bis zweimal ganz ok. Allerdings vier Tage hintereinander immer das selbe, wenige Auswahl und qualitativ ok.

W apartamencie był dziwny zapach, być może zastosowano przed naszym pobytem jakiś płyn lub farbę, ale bardzo mi to przeszkadzało.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything from necessities like groceries and drug store, to sights and ferry tours were very accessible by foot.

The breakfast purchased with the booking was not great. The people at the restaurant were very friendly but the food somewhat substandard. We only used two of six days paid for.

Habitación para 4 muy recomendable, estuvimos 2 noches y todo fue muy bien, todo los haces on-line. En el mismo edificio hay un supermercado y restaurante. A pocos minutos de la Plaza del puerto, puedes aparcar el coche dos calles abajo, por 25 EUR las 24h.

El gimnasio no está en el edificio, tal vez nosotros mo lo vimos al hacer la reserva.

Great place to stay in Helsinki. Tram line right across the street and also it is not a far walk into city center. So convenient too. Grocery store and wine shop and pizza place in the same building! Perfect on our couple of rainy days. Neighborhood is really interesting to walk around. The kitchenette was perfect for making tea and coffee. Also close to a great coffee roasters cafe. Communication from Bob W was excellent. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Great space and location. Close to main tram line. Good facilities and a comfy bed. Great bathroom.

The main issue is that the extractor fan does not extract well. This means there are many fire alarms in the building and we were too scared to cook.

I arrived and got in easily with my code, my room was clean and fresh and I had a cute hand written note to welcome me! Plus free coffee and tea, use of a tote bag and free stickers - so thoughtful 🥰 I had everything I needed and no problems at all.

This is the most thoughtfully designed place we have ever stayed in. The room has everything, and I mean really everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge, yoga mats, phone charger, shopping bag, premium ground coffee, and so on. I wish we could have stayed more nights because this was truly a home-away-from-home experience.

The room has an automatic ventilation system which cannot be controlled. It's not noisy, but you can hear it all the time. If you're looking for complete silence or you are more sensible for noises, keep this in mind.

Room is beautifully furnished, comfortable big sized bed. Living room, kitchen, bathroom had a lot of space to move around, play for kids. Washer/dryer in the room made our stay incredibly easy.

First room we stayed was facing a street with a tram passing every 15 minutes from early morning. We requested a quiet room. The moment we changed to the room facing backyard it was perfect. Maybe a little kit with kitchen necessities like salt, pepper, oil would be highly appreciated. Overall our stay was perfect.

Demasiado PIN para accesos. La puerta del edificio, el ascensor, el acceso al pasillo, el apartamento. En el ascensor no supimos activarlo para ir a la tercera planta y hasta que no llamó alguien al ascensor, ahí nos quedamos. Lo comenté con ellos y no dieron ninguna solución.

Very well fitted out apartment (washer/dryer in bathroom, etc), excellent location, excellent connections by public transport, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Some thoughtful touches such as water bottles, a shopping bag and phone chargers.

No view; as we sleep with the windows open we were disturbed very early every morning by the delivery trucks and bin lorries. It would have been nice if there was some salt and pepper in the kitchen.

The room has a stove and cookware, but DO NOT TRY TO COOK!!! As soon as you put vegetables in the pan, steam will start to rise, and the range hood can’t handle it, so the SMOKE DETECTOR WILL GO OFF IMMEDIATELY!!! IT WILL BLARE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOTEL—not just in your room, but in the hallways as well—and all hotel guests will have to evacuate to the street. Fire trucks will arrive, and this will happen SEVERAL TIMES A NIGHT!!! BOB W, if your smoke detectors are THAT sensitive, then install POWERFUL exhaust fans or get rid of the stove altogether!!!

Comfy,clean, modern,close to downtown. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Helsinki. Room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Having a grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient.

Spacious Studio with Kitchen に泊まりました。 部屋が広く、ソファもゆったりしています。 キッチン、食洗器、大型の冷蔵庫、洗濯機があり便利です (部屋のグレードによって設備の有無が異なるので注意です)。 ヘルシンキ中央駅からはトラムで10分ほどで、静かなところにあります。 トラムの駅がホテルの目の前にあります。ウスペンスキー大聖堂やヘルシンキ大聖堂、港までは徒歩圏内です。 アアルト自邸にもトラム一本で行けます。 建物の1階には24時間開いているスーパー (Alepa Jungmann) があります。Google mapには無いですが、酒店やレストラン、カフェもあります。

建物の入り口やエレベーター、各階の入り口、部屋の入り口など、3,4回暗証番号を入れる必要があり、少し煩雑でした。 1日目の夜中に、建物内で火災報知器の誤報がありビックリしました (すぐに消防の方が来てくれ、何事もなかったです)。

The location couldn’t be better. Everything you need is within walking distance or just a quick tram ride away, with a stop right outside the building. There are restaurants, a hair salon, a convenience store, and a wine shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is very well equipped, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Last but not least, the customer service is absolutely outstanding!

The only thing missing was a small vacuum cleaner.

Perinteinen kahvinkeitin tarvittaisiin (presso tyypin keitin on hankala puhdistaa). Paistinpannu kulunut ja likainen (ei käytetty). Maatason huoneesta ikkunasta näkymä takapihalle kadulle vastapäiseen taloon. Hiukan voisi koittaa karsia asiakkaan työmäärää; rekisteröityminen, kirjautuminen, ohjeiden luku, kommuniukaatio, saadakseen lopulta huoneen ovikoodin (joka sekin oli sitten piilotettu Bob sovelluksen syövereihin ... ei tullutkaan viestillä koodi erikseen vaan se piti itse löytää).

Soms was er in de vroege ochtend veel lawaai in de straat door het laden en lossen van containers.

La ubicación, que haya supermercado 24h en el edificio, la limpieza, el espacio del estudio/habitación/baño, la cocina bien equipada... Todo!

In room washing machine was convenient but it got so hot and actually my hiking pants was distressed and all. Clothes got wrinkled badly Also we use the kitchen but very small and no cutting board

We got a big room with sauna but the water pipes was making a weird noise all night. We could sleep Well. Also the bed room was basement and very dark and dusty

Le tramway devant la porte, la supérette au pied de l'immeuble, la tranquillité du quartier, le tout proche du centre ville, de la gare et de l'embarcadère des ferries si vous arrivez de Stockholm par exemple. Sans oublier la réactivité quasi instantanée de "Bob" à vos moindre problème ou question via messagerie instantanée.

Juste pour ceux qui tiennent absolument à avoir un interlocuteur physique, mais la réactivité de Bob compense cette particularité !
