Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great location just a short walk from the central market, sightseeing boats and bus, Helsinki Flyer and the sauna/swim experience.
I had to pay €5 for a kettle that never arrived and ended up using the hot water from the coffee machine. On checkout they did not charge me for the kettle.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Hôtel très agréable dans un ancien bâtiment entièrement restauré. Tout est vu dans le détail. Ambiance moderne et chaleureuse en même temps. Très confortable ! Le petit déjeuner est très complet, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Pour ce qui est du port à proximité, vous le rejoindrez en 5 minutes à pied à peine.
Les tarifs du bar le soir sont assez élevés...

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Понравилось расположение, близко к терминалу, где у меня был паром. Большая уютная комната. Есть сауна, правда другие гости её слишком сильно разогревали. Термометр там уже тупо не работал. Завтрак не особо богатый, но мне было достаточно.
Процесс чек-ина каким-то долгим показался. К отелю особо не относиться, но переплатил за номер в 2 раза из-за того, что поздно бронировал.

Remontista jonka haitoista ei ollut tietoa etukäteen. Huoneessa ei ollut pyyhkeitä, ikävä lähteä märkänä suihkun jälkeen etsiskelemään. Huone ei erityisen siisti, ja sitä piti odottaa turhan pitkään. Tyynyt. WC:n käsisuihkua ei ollut. Viihdyin silti, remontti valmis? Tulen toistekin.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel had a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everyone had an excellent level of English. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The thick curtains allowed the room to be completely dark, which was especially useful during the period we stayed, as it was still light outside even after 10 PM. The location is very central, close to the Old Market and Allas Live. We stayed there for a concert and had access to the venue within just 3 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to suit all tastes.
I would have preferred to be able to make the room a little warmer, but it was not a significant issue for me

Restaurant shut….on Sunday, no room service. It’s an international hotel!. Sofa bed was like a medieval torture device. Simply awful. Make the staff sleep in it.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Helsinki’ye deniz yolu ile gelenler için hemen limanda ve mükemmel bir konumda, şehrin de sessiz sakin bir bölgesinde ve merkeze çok yakın. Tarihi bir bina ama içi modernize edilmiş, odaları büyük ve geniş.
Çeşit olarak az ama yeterli bir kahvaltısı var.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Leckeres Frühstückbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer gross. Das Hotel kann man bequem vom HB mit Strassenbahn erreichen und das Zentrum kann man auch zu Fuss erkündigen (10-15 min Gehedistanz). Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner Lage in der Nähe der Fähre ausgewählt, und es war perfekt für eine Nacht.
Nichts, es ist aber ein riesiges Hotel (Kette).

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the Viking ferry terminal and within easy walking distance. The breakfast was good, and we were also allowed to leave our luggage early at no extra cost, which was very convenient. It was a rainy day during our stay, and the umbrellas provided by the reception team were a nice touch and very helpful. One downside was that the room didn’t have basic facilities such as a kettle for making tea or coffee. We had to rent one separately, which was a little inconvenient.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026クルーズ船の乗り場に近く、部屋が広かった。値段もお手頃だった。エレベーターの数が多く、エレベーター待ちがなかった。
部屋には、ティーポットがなくお茶やコーヒーなど温かいものが飲めない。フロントで有料で貸してくれた。これらは、ホテルには置いてあって当然に思いました。

The drain wasn't working very well, so we had to manually control the water coming out of the tub to prevent it from flooding the bathroom floor. I also wish there was a bidet! The room was a bit dusty, and I don't know why, but the sheets/linen were kind of itchy.
