Pontos positivos: * Localização próxima à estação, o que facilita o deslocamento. Pontos negativos: * Começo pela questão da localização porque foi uma informação que senti falta quando pesquisei o hotel. A região próxima à estação é muito movimentada e, principalmente à noite, me senti bastante insegura. Nápoles tem regiões que exigem bastante atenção, e acredito que isso deveria estar mais claro para quem está pesquisando onde ficar. * Os principais pontos turísticos não ficam próximos, então, considerando a localização e a segurança da região, não achei que valesse a pena. Cama muito dura! * Não fui bem recepcionada. Esperei algum tempo na chegada e ninguém sequer me cumprimentou. Senti falta de cordialidade por parte dos funcionários. Também falaram que eu teria que esperar o quarto ficar pronto mas não sabiam nem quanto tempo de espera… * Nem todos os atendentes falam espanhol, o que considero uma dificuldade para um hotel que recebe muitos turistas. * A porta que dava acesso a uma pequena sacada apresentou um problema e se abriu sozinha. Avisei a camareira, mas ela disse que era normal. * Muito barulho na rua. Foi difícil dormir. A região é extremamente movimentada, com ambulâncias, polícia, fogos de artifício, pessoas falando e outros ruídos durante a noite. * O hotel é simples e acredito que poderia melhorar bastante na cordialidade e no atendimento. * Não experimentei o café da manhã porque achei o preço muito alto em relação ao que aparentava oferecer. No geral, não tive uma boa experiência e não recomendaria este hotel, principalmente para quem viaja sozinho e procura uma região mais tranquila e segura para se hospedar.

Chambre très calme et très bien isolée, qui donnait sur l'îlot intérieur. Rooftop bar très chouette avec vue sur la ville. Situé au carrefour des trains, taxis et métros. Bagarie très bien organisée.

We didn't realise that this area was a bit dangerous until we saw the police and army patrols.

Chambre confortable, climatisation agréable, emplacement parfait, personnel souriant et serviable.

Petit déjeuner, ma compagne est intolérante au lactose, beurre, crème, etc, et a des difficultés avec le gluten. Le choix de sans lactose et/ou sans gluten est très restreint.

Location was awesome, if some want to be connected to high speed train/local Bus etc. Room as ok.

As per the price point, Hotel was not upto the mark. Room did not have any complimentary water. The kettle was of very poor quality for hot water, Coffe/Sugar etc were not put. There was a balcony, but no table/chair, which was present on other rooms. The bathroom was good, but the shower etc of very bad quality.

What I really liked about Starhotels Terminus was its excellent location, directly opposite Napoli Centrale train station. This made getting around Naples and taking day trips to nearby destinations extremely easy and convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the connecting rooms were perfect for our family, giving us both comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The staff were another highlight. Everyone was extremely friendly, supportive, and always welcomed us with a genuine smile. A very special mention goes to Katia P., who made our stay even more special. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring — during this trip, she truly made us feel as if she were one of the family. This was our second stay at Starhotels Terminus, and that says a lot about how much we enjoy this hotel. If I visit Naples for a third time, I would stay here again without a second thought.

The bathtub was very slippery when wet. I had to place a towel in the tub so that i didn't slip.

Upgraded to a suite. The room was large and comfortable. Easy access to train station and metro so good base for all key sights in Naples. Also quite given its location.

Good breakfast offering but staff not particularly welcoming or helpful.

We only stayed one night since we were travelling down to Amalfi the next day, so we did not get the full hotel experience. Our check in process was smooth and the staff friendly, which was nice after we'd flown in from Canada. Our bedroom was spacious and well-designed, with complimentary snacks left for us. The decor of the hotel itself was also very nice.

The shower was too small. I am not a particularly big person, but my elbows kept hitting the shower doors whenever I tried to turn. The area of the hotel was convenient as it was right next to the train station, but that had its downsides as there were a lot of suspicious people around with a high police presence.

The hotel is located immediately next to the train station, which was a relief after a long train ride to arrive to Naples. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the variety of choice of food for breakfast ample. I also liked the overall style of the hotel, especially the lobby.

Najbardziej podobały mi się dźwiękoszczelne okna. Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak doskonałym wyciszeniem, a na zewnątrz był bardzo duży.hałas. Hotel czysty i zadbany. Śniadanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania.

Las amenidades, snacks, bebidas y regalos dentro de la habitación te hacen sentir bienvenido y cuidado; sólo nos quedamos 1 noche y aun así nos consintieron. Son habitaciones bonitas, espaciosas y perfectamente limpias. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la estación Napoli Centrali, desde ahí puedes tomar trenes, autobuses, todo tipo de transporte para explorar la ciudad. Nosotros nos fuimos fácil y cómodamente a Pompeya desde esta estación.

La televisión no es inteligente. Tiene canales italianos, pero nada en inglés, y tampoco tiene las apps como Netflix y demás streaming. Nosotros pedimos en nuestra habitación 2 camas separadas, y sí cumplieron con ellas, pero las colocaron completamente pegadas, lo cual se sintió como tener 1 sola cama grande. Si buscas una habitación doble con camas realmente separadas, habrá que hacer hincapié para lograrlo.

A localização é ótima, praticamente em frente a estação. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe de funcionários excelente. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno, porque estávamos viajando em 3 pessoas, mas creio que para duas pessoas fica adequado. Recomendo

I prezzi del ristorante che sono leggermente cari ma la qualità ci sta tutta e ripagata dalla gentilezza del personale che non mi hanno fatto pagare una porzione di contorno.

Spacious and very clean . The room was beautifully appointed with plenty of room for our big suitcases. The view over the courtyard was great to have a drink. Breakfast was a fabulous smorgasbord

Housekeeping did not put all amenities, such as slippers, shower cap, and such in the room as I have enjoyed in past stays at this hotel.

Staff room next door to our room which was so noisy all the time disturbed our sleep. Very dark room no window balcony only over a dark courtyard. Breakfast was good however it was a lottery if food was restocked each morning it was a issue for us we pay for breakfast andvwould not expected to leave without being fed but the wait was unbearable so we would go out most days after and go to breakfast in a cafe. It was almost like there was a lack of staff they would carry in one item at a time. i think in my opinion that a trolley is needed with a few levels for multiple trays this would fix that problem rather quickly. Rather than one tray at a time thats not rocket science. we asked for bread for toast most days also coffee was almost always out even when asked it was almost like no one understand English or even care.

Very, very close to the Naples Garibaldi. It's what we needed and it was great! The pictures don't do justice to the hotel - it is much better than it looks!

The room wasn't very clean when we got there. I saw a good amount of hair on the bathroom floor, so it hadn't been cleaned properly.

the hotel is beautiful and right out side the central station. the room is perfect and clean. the stuff is very nice and helpfull . there are so many good places to eat around.

There is nothing to improve about the hotel—it is excellent—but one needs to understand that because it is close to the central station, there are a great many immigrants in the surrounding area, and the atmosphere doesn't always feel entirely comfortable. We felt safe, but it is still something to keep in mind

Отличный отель! Прекрасное расположение для тех, кто путешествует поездом от Napoli Centrale. Нам дали бесплатно номер делюкс вместо номера стандарт, за что огромная благодарность сотрудникам отеля. Номера просторные, современные, очень чистые. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция (крайне актуально для шумной Piazza Garibaldi). Хорошие завтраки, отличный wifi. Рядом с отелем несколько небольших ресторанчиков, еда очень вкусная. Безусловно рекомендую!

Aunque están empleados en la hora del desayuno, hace falta más presencia de organización. Ejemplo: la cafetera tenía que dalearla para poder servirme café.

とにかく駅の目の前で最高、着いた日が20時と遅かったが、ピザを食べたくてホテル向かいのPizzeria o'soleに行き、ナポリ初のピザの美味しさに感動をしました。コインランドリーまで歩いて４分お店の女性も手伝ってくれて何の心配も無しでした‼️

快適でしたが、少し清掃が・・・感じる程度で後は最高

1. Breakfast was good. 2. The parking was convenient (the guys at the parking lot were also very friendly). 3. There were a lot of police personnel around the hotel so also the hotel was near the train station.

Le confort de la literie, le menu pour les oreillers et la vie sur le Vesuvio. Le petit déjeuner est sympa.

La salle de bain est petite, la douche est vraiment étroite.

チェックイン時に受け取ったカードキーの表面に、ガムのような粘着物が付着しており大変不衛生でした。渡された際にも非常に不快な印象を受け、せっかくの宿泊が台無しになりとても不愉快でした。衛生管理および接客体制の徹底を強く望みます。

We just needed a bed for the night as we were flying out early the next day. The StarHotels Terminus was clean and spacious and we didn't leave the hotel during our quick stay. The restaurant upstairs has a limited menu option, but the meal was great. The rooftop bar was a nice way of viewing Naples ( see attached photos) . I felt the area surrounding the hotel was dirty and didn't feel safe to walk around - hence we stayed indoors. The hotel suited our needs.

The hotel is great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I really liked the design and decor of both the room and the hotel. The location is a big plus — everything is within easy reach, although the area did feel a little bit suspicious in the evenings (in my opinion). The beds were very comfortable — actually, extremely comfortable! A huge thank you for the air conditioning that worked perfectly. It really made a difference during the hot weather. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Naples, I’ll most likely stay here again.

We were a bit disappointed with the view from our window. We thought we would get a room on a higher floor and be able to see Mount Vesuvius more clearly, especially since the pictures shown during the room selection and booking suggested such a view. Instead, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a less appealing view. Don't get me wrong - it wasn't bad, but we expected something different. We could also hear car horns almost nonstop, even with the windows closed. That was the only negative aspect of our stay. The rest was perfect.

Am ales acest lanț hotelier atât la Roma, cat si la Napoli. Ambele s-au remarcat prin serviciile de inalta calitate, profesionalismul personalului, precum si prin dotarile hotelului. Camera a fost confortabila, pernele, salteaua, lenjeria si prosoapele au fost impecabile. De asemenea, pretul a fost unul corect. Vom recomanda prietenilor nostri sa petreaca vacanta intr-unul dintre hotelurile dumneavoastra, iar noi vom reveni cu placere, dar si cu siguranta ca vom avea o cazare pe masura asteptarilor noastre. Va multumim pentru tot!

朝食に野菜が少なかった。 中庭が殺風景で寂しい。せっかくバルコニーがついていて素敵なつくりになっているので、花のプランターを置くなどもっと工夫があるとよい。 トイレが大きくて足が届かなかった。

The transportation is convenient. The hotel is very close to the railway station and the subway station. The hotel lobby is very comfortable.

The front desk of the hotel called the room at 1:30 a.m. on the first night of check-in. I don't know why I need to call in the early morning, which really disturbs my sleep.

Ótima localização próximo ao terminal de trem para quem vem de outra cidade, e do metrô, para locomoção interna pela cidade. Café da manhã completo com ampla variedade de opções. Equipe excelente e atenciosa. Tivemos um problema com nosso quarto no segundo dia e em poucos minutos já estavam trocando a gente de quarto para resolver a questão.

The welcome of the reception could've been kinder, we didnt feel well recieved. While we tried the fitness room around 7h30am we smelled cigarettes smoke Maybe it would be better if in the description it said "Its an american styled breakfast" instead of "Amercian breakfast" which are 2 different things in our opinion.

Hotel and staff are very nice, comfortable room and bed, good black out curtains and soundproofed windows.

The room television no way to connect netflix or similar streaming service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived early from Sorrento and they were able to provide me an early check in for an additional charge that was reasonably priced. The front desk was proficient in English which was of great benefit as my use of the Italian language is minimal. The lobby was expansive with couches and chairs to meet up with other traveling family members to relax for them to catch their train across the street. Hotel is very clean and well kept, room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The area is Naples, you get what you get in its surroundings, no better or worse than any area.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the location is amazingly convenient and the interior of the common areas and the rooms are fully renovated and impeccably clean

The location is perfect for a visit to Naples or for connections to the Amalfi coast. Situated right next to the main train station and the Alibus to both the Airport and to the ferry port. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is generous and offers local produce and pastry styles. The restaurant is excellent and there is a pizza option in the bar.

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la estación Napoli Centrale, lo que facilita desplazarse por la ciudad y hacer excursiones a otros destinos. El hotel tiene un estilo clásico, está muy bien conservado y destaca por su excelente limpieza. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bien distribuidas. El desayuno es variado, de buena calidad y con suficientes opciones para todos los gustos. Además, el personal es muy amable y algunos miembros del staff hablan español, lo que hace la comunicación mucho más fácil. En conjunto, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.

El único aspecto que podría mejorar es la calidad de las almohadas. Proporcionan muy pocas y las disponibles son demasiado blandas, por lo que el descanso podría ser más cómodo.

Firstly, the Staff were Professional, Smartly Dress and very Polite and Helpful. Our main concern was the size of our 'Superior' room we had booked. Although the room was of a sufficient size, the shower cubicle was ridiculously small and claustrophobic. The room was clean and well supplied, but the A/C let it down as it never truly got as cold as we like it. We discussed our last visit in 2015, and both agreed the differences were noticeable. We were shocked how run down the outside area had become in Naples, which we found sad, as we love Italy. Rubbish blowing everywhere, overflowing bins and undesirables sitting around with nothing to do. The rubbish outside of the Hotel was shocking to see and doesn't set a good impression. Also, it is never a good sign when you see such a Police presence around and area, it sends out the message that concerns have been raised, although we never felt unsafe. We still had a great time but sorry to say we will not be rushing back to Naples anytime soon.

Luigi, der Rezeptionist war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schönes Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel. Super Frühstück.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr unaufmerksam und wirkte nicht wirklich bemüht. Leere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, und man wurde eine Dreiviertelstunde lang kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob man einen Kaffee oder Ähnliches wolle.

We loved the hotel's location, lobby, and breakfast—all were excellent with nothing to fault. The staff were incredibly friendly too.

Unfortunately, the room didn't meet the same standard. The shower drained very slowly, taking over half an hour for water to clear, the toilet didn't flush properly, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.

나폴리 중앙역 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔입니다. 역 앞이라서 항상 많은 택시들이 대기하고 있고 폼페이와 남부 아말피로 가는 로컬 투어 버스들이 호텔 앞에서 출발합니다. 호텔은 청결하고 직원들이 친절했습니다. 방에 휴대용 선풍기를 두고 체크아웃을 했는데 찾아 보관해줘서 다시 돌아와 가져갈 수 있었습니다.

다만 TV가 구형이어서 넷플릭스나 디즈니에 연결하여 볼수는 없었습니다. 원인을 알수 없는 잠시 정전도 발생 했습니다.

We had a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable, the lobby and room decor were beautiful , robe and slippers were provided. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

מיקום מאוד נוח ליד תחנת הרכבת, וליד תחנת מטרו. חדר מאוד מרווח ומעוצב באלגנטיות נעימה, (הזמנתי חדר סופריור עם נוף להר וזוב, שודרגתי לחדר דלוקס עם הנוף). ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת. צוות העובדים מאוד אדיב ושירותי. זו פעם שניה שאני שוהה במלון זה, הלובי מקסים.

אין תאורה במרכז החדר. יש תאורה בכל מקום שצריך לשימוש בו אבל באופן כללי החדר לא מרגיש מואר.

Stay at 3rd floor. Noisy outside at night. The door to the balcony cannot block the big noise on the street. Did not sleep well.

Spacious room, clean, good AC, location very accessible from railway station and airport using public transport, nice lobby & lounge areas.

Breakfast buffet needed to be replenished more for the number of people but is in a lovely room
