Restaurant was great. Food was great and service was amazing. Checkout was fast

Tub was clogged. Double bed was two singles. No breakfast for the price was not a good value. On check in I was asked if I was alone. This question is no longer appropriate for security reasons

We booked 4 rooms with 2 being good,, 1 had the air con vent blowing on the bed and 1 had an awful pneumonia smell that was coming from the refrigerator.

The room size was great. The Air conditioning was great, very quiet compared with other hotels we stayed in during our holiday. The location was good for us, as we were travelling around Italy by train. The staff were brilliant, all very helpful and happy to assist when needed.

The hotel and room decor is very dated, circa 1990s, and really needs freshening up and modernising. The bathroom, although a good size, had a terrible old shower in a fixed position that sprayed the whole room, unavoidably often flooding the floor. There were only electric socket points on one side of the bed. No available charging points for mobile phones. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, but without milk. A vending machine or somewhere to buy bottles of water or snacks would be a very useful addition. There was often loud noise in the corridors late at night, and early in the morning by inconsiderate disrespectful guests talking very loudly, or shouting at each other. The lift also makes a pinging sound every time it stopped on our floor which could be heard all night. These issues resulted in poor sleep each night for us, despite the bed being very comfortable. Overall I wouldn't stay here again because the facilities don't make for a comfortable stay, which is disappointing because the location is perfect for those travelling and the staff were fantastic.

L’odore di pulito e l’accoglienza cordiale dello staff ti fanno sentire coccolata già all’arrivo. La Struttura è elegante ed accogliente. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole, le stanze pulite, in ordine e comodissime. La posizione è strategica, vicino la stazione centrale, ci si può spostare comodamente ovunque in città.

We primarily chose the Ramada for it's location near Naples Central Station so I was fully aware of the area it was in. It was absolutely fine, safe and busy during the day and most evenings we were back by 11pm too. Yes, the streets are noisy but the hotel and the room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The decor is indeed a bit dated but we were out all day and only came to sleep so for that matter the hotel ticked all the right boxes for us.

После нашего недельного путешествия по Италии и опыта Self Check In в 2 х местах, я была рада человеческому приему:) И тут менеджер обращается к своей коллеге- Диана,- говорит он,- и я не верю своим ушам- урррраааа- Диана говорит на моем языке!!!!!Мы с Дианой сразу перешли на русский и мое настроение подскочило до небес-Неаполь очень хорошо нас принял!!! Отель в классическом стиле, все чисто, аккуратно,завтрак,лифты,номера. Номер просторный, удобный. Отель выбирали по принципу ближе к аэропорту и с парковкой, из него мы выезжали в 3 ночи на самолет. На метро мы добирались до порта и центра города. Машина была на подземной парковке за дополнительную плату,отель дает скидку на парковку и открывает ее ночью.На парковке и ночью был работник.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very accommodating at reception or breakfast hall.

Basic facilities of whitener with tea or coffee not provided. Kettles were dirty, housekeeping was poor. In washroom flush system not working properly. When asked that it should be rectified they didn’t do. Inspite in other room flush system was working fine. Shouldn’t be a 4star hotel recommend them as 3star

Ob prihodu so nam na recepciji ponudili brezplačno nadgradnjo sob v suito. Rezervirani sem imel dve ločeni sobi, in ker sem potoval z družino, se mi je ta gesta zdela izjemno prijazna. Suita je bila odlična. Hotel se nahaja zelo blizu železniške postaje, kar omogoča odlično povezanost – tako z metrojem znotraj Neaplja kot z vlaki za raziskovanje okolice.

Ulice okoli hotela so ponoči nekoliko hrupne in umazane. To sicer ni težava samega hotela, ampak njegove lokacije. Bližina železniške postaje po eni strani odpira možnosti za dobre prometne povezave, po drugi strani pa prinaša tudi omenjene negativne strani.

After reading some of the reviews for the Ramada by Wyndham Naples, I was honestly a little concerned before arriving. However, our experience ended up being completely different, and I wanted to share that perspective for other travelers. We booked this hotel using points because we had quite a few available, and for us, location was more about practicality than luxury. My husband and I spend very little time in the hotel room when we travel — we are usually out exploring from morning until night. Since this was part of a multi-stop European trip, staying close to the Naples train station actually made perfect sense for us, especially while managing luggage. It was incredibly convenient to take a quick taxi into the historic district rather than dragging bags through crowded streets trying to stay in the heart of Naples. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk staff always greeted us with smiles and genuinely tried their best to communicate in English, which I appreciated very much — especially considering we were guests in their country and never expected that level of effort. Now, is this the newest luxury hotel in Naples? No. You can tell there are a few areas that could eventually use refreshing. But honestly, for the value and convenience, none of that bothered us at all. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were extremely fresh and clean (they honestly felt brand new), and the room itself was surprisingly spacious by European standards. We had a huge closet that easily accommodated our overpacked suitcases and backpacks, which was a huge bonus during a long trip. The refrigerator and safe both worked perfectly, and they even provided complimentary bottled water in the room. We did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant because when I’m in Italy, I personally prefer to spend my meals experiencing local restaurants and culture. That said, the hotel restaurant seemed perfectly suitable for travelers arriving late who just want a convenient bite to eat. The breakfast, however, was fantastic. There were countless pastries, fresh options, and attentive waitstaff dressed formally in tuxedos — which honestly just felt wonderfully European. They offered fresh cappuccinos and espressos made to order in addition to the coffee machines, and the entire breakfast experience felt much more elevated than a typical continental breakfast. I suppose this review is somewhat of a rebuttal to some of the harsher reviews I read before arriving. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient hotel near the Naples train station — especially for a fast-moving travel itinerary — I think this is a great option. We would absolutely stay here again.

Receptionspersonalet(to unge mennesker, en ung mand samt en ung pige) var overordentlig flinke og meget hjælpsomme, anbefalede en fin restaurant, hvor mit barnebarn kunne få noget, han kunne lide.

Hotel is very clean and hygienic. Staff is not so friendly. The rooms doesn't have proper mirrors. This hotel is very close Naples railway station.

Ottima posizione della struttura vicino alla stazione centrale di Napoli, con facilita' di muoversi con il trasporto pubblico. Staff gentile ed attento al cliente. Il ristorante all' interno dell' hotel mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente. La qualità delle pietanze è molto buona. Io consiglio di assaggiare la parmigiana. Per la colazione, ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e il tutto in abbondanza. Da ritornarci !!!!

The location is horrible - the entire area around the hotel is filthy. I didn’t feel safe at all. Also the actual rooms were not great. The bathroom sucked specifically the shower head - it was tiny and had terrible pressure. There were obvious holes and areas that needed patching and there were little bugs around. Hated it. PLUS it’s insanely hot because it’s “winter” and we can’t use the ac, forcing us to have to open windows to let in some air - yet our room was directly by the courtyard meaning there was noise all the time.

Dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, leaks covered up as best as possible. The outdated bathroom might not be a problem if everything works, but in this case the showerhead should have been replaced (long ago) and its holder fixed.

Ottima colazione suddivisa con cibi dolci e salati, camerieri cordiali e gentili, buona la posizione dell'hotel vicino alla stazione Garibaldi della metro da cui si può andare a visitare Napoli. La strada dove si trova l'hotel è abbastanza trafficata ma chiudendo gli infissi c'è un buon livello di insonorizzazione. Ottimo il garage sottostante convenzionato con l'hotel che non è cosa da poco per chi vuole andare a Napoli con l'auto.

Es un muy buen hotel en el que el personal, tanto de recepción, restaurante y limpieza son unos grandes profesionales, dispuestos en todo momento a hacer tu estancia muy agradable. Muy buen desayuno y una ubicación excelente al lado de la estación de trenes lo que te facilita mucho lo traslados a lugares como Pompeya y al aeropuerto porque la parada la tiene en la misma puerta de la estación y pasa cada 15 minutos. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

La ciudad de Nápoles está extremadamente sucia y llena de basuras por todos los lados. De hecho es la ciudad más sucia en la que he estado hasta el momento. Esta suciedad se agrava en los alrededores de la estación dando una sensación muy mala y, también, de inseguridad. Preguntamos a las personas de recepción sobre la seguridad por la noche y nos dijeron que, aunque no lo parezca, Nápoles es una ciudad muy seguro y es cierto que no tuvimos ningún problema incluso llegando caminando al hotel después de las 11 de la noche. Es una verdadera pena que en un país como Italia haya un lugar tan sucio como la ciudad de Nápoles...

The staff were really polite and friendly. They allowed us to check in early which meant we had more of the day to explore. The room was large with a seating area. Very clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms got going early and was really cheerful. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel and breakfast was plentiful. Location is 5 mins walk to the station and metro and about 15 mins to the old town. The hotel is an oasis in the traffic and madness of the city!! The day we left there was a national rail strike in Italy and they said there was a room available if we needed to extend our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Chose hotel for quick one night stay due to 24 hour check in and close to station, so location was great for us. Little bit noisy but to be expected of location. Check in was easy and quick (past midnight). Used luggage storage facilities no issues. Room was comfortable and everything would expect from this chain (have used elsewhere).

Only negative was shower being attached ridiculously high on the wall, not adjustable, so impossible to use without spraying whole bathroom.

We needed four rooms for a one night stay after our cruise arrived lated and we missed our flights. We booked the Ramada hoping the standards would be the same as Ramada's in the US. Unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel is old and shows the lack of upkeep. The staff are all rude and unhelpful. The furishings are worn and stained. The location is very sketch, don't walk anywhere alone.

The location is great. Minutes away from the metro Garibaldi and a decent size grocery store right next to the station. A tall Italian gentleman at the hotel front desk was very polite and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel.

There was discrepancy among the hotel desk clerks as to whether the city tax had been paid through Booking.com or to be paid separately with the hotel.

Some staff are helpful

The room was quite bid but very dirty carpet and curtains. The bed was not comfortable and the noise outside was extremely loud even early in the morning. However, the restaurant staff was very kind and caring.
