I very much enjoyed my stay: Very cozy room, nice garden, pleasant environment, tasty breakfast & excellent staff.

The breakfast was delicious - served with a smile and very attentive staff. Ready to assist with whatever is requested. Give you the impression that nothing is too much effort. The atmosphere and surroundings are calming and relaxing - the perfect start to your day!

Can't say there is anything I can think of to complain about. Have booked in at the Hilton Manor repeatedly and I am never disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great. They’re very welcoming. It’s a very family-friendly place to stay.

The headboard makes a noise when we move around in bed. It should be fixed in place.

The venue was clean and beautiful the views and the rooms. We also loved the small touches like ribbons around the towels, cake and coffee in the afternoon and sending us off with drinks and a fruit.

We had a very pleasant stay.

The parking can be tricky.

LOCATION VERY GOOD, BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. TKS FOR EVERYTHING I WILL RECOMMEND THE PLACE.

I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting North Coast. The stiff is soo welcoming, the place is nice, bed and breakfast were amazing, the quality of the linen and the fleece blankets, everything was amazing.

The position and view from the guest house is great. the Staff are very helpful and friendly. the rooms are well appointed

I can really recommend this beautiful place. The location is amazing and the rooms have everything you need and more. I love the exclusive feeling of the interior. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is really service minded. This is the second time I stayed here and I can’t wait to come back.

It has everything and more. It is by far the best place in Richard’s Bay.

I did enjoy my stay at this lodge, my beautiful room, was clean and their service was good and the stuff was very friendly and the breakfast i did enjoy everything there.. One day surely I'll go back there again...

We had a great time at the guest house, spacious rooms with a variety of extras, friendly staff, breakfast was good, not far from the beach, overall the experience was great at the place.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the wonderful breakfast. I also enjoyed the free cake, what a delightful touch (especially the red velvet cake 😍).

The TV network was not always great.

There was a mix up with our booking but Sicelo upgraded us to Waterfront , the property was clean and centralised too...

The owner needs to renovate the place , especially the kitchen units and the bathrooms .

We were upgraded for free to a property right on the bay. It was spacious, clean, peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Our waitress seemed new and did not inform us that there were no mushrooms, cheese and baked beans that accompanied the first breakfast option.

the breakfast was good as per selection Location is excellent and extremely quit for real relaxation, ideal for family to relax and connect. The place is very privately located with good trees and a pool to enjoy. Management helps us to arrange a dinner for my wife's birthday although it was a very short notice, thanks very much and we really appreciate.

Two more items on the menu although it is not a big deal otherwise there is no complain about the place

The Pool Room is beautiful and big. It was clean and smelled good. Sicelo is a very accommodating manager.

We had to drive to fetch the keys for the apartment, which is situated in a different location, and then drop them off again at the main lodge which was inconvenient.

The warm, friendly and kind staff. The room was pristine and perfect! 👌🏿 The area is tranquil and beautiful! The whole entire accommodation is well maintained and clean.

This booking was for my daughter and boyfriend delayed on their journey to Sodwana due to an accident. Hosts were wonderful to them and fed them chocolate cake at 2200 to boost their morale. Lovely location and would definitely recommend this to people travelling through Richard's Bay

Das ganze herrschaftliche Haus mit seinen vielen tollen Aufenthaltsbereichen auf allen Etagen und im Garten und mit dem total netten Personal ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Auf dieser Südafrikareise die luxuriöseste Unterkunft mit leckerem Frühstück.

Wir hatten das große Mainroom-Zimmer. Wir empfinden es leider immer noch als unschön wenn der Bad- und vor allem Toiletten Bereich nicht durch eine Tür abgetrennt ist. Der Parkplatz ist etwas eng und es war uns unangenehm, das ein Gast früher aufstehen musste, damit wir abreisen konnten. Aber es wurde alles gut geregelt. Danke noch mal!

The staff were exceptional. The seating areas added to the comfort and ambiance of thd place and offered options to relax further. I also like the view from the dinning area.

The stair cases and the fact that when I arrived I had to park in a different place which was a bit far , but the staff were very helpful.

I absolutely very much recommend this venue! Great evening views from the awesome garden setting. Great fresh breakfast and in-house dinner options. I had the steak, and I can tell you, who ever made it can teach a few restaurants a thing or two. I enjoyed the great coffee selection with cake that's left out for an evening snack. All the staff are very friendly and supper efficient with hands on owners! I unfortunately had a medical emergency and had to be booked into hospital for 2 days. With this I had to stay an extra night on Richards Bay. They gladly keep my stuff and arranged an extra night.for me. Thank you, you will see myself or my team again when doing business in the area!

Great value for money. Centrally located with great breakfasts included. Wifi available as well as coffee and cake. The owner goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Can really recommend.

Loved the venue and decor. The cake is a really lovely touch! Very comfortable stay!

It would have been appreciated if the guests that stayed on our first night were considerate of ourselves and other guests. They were celebrating a birthday and we went to bed with lots of noise and were unfortunately awoken at 1am. The following morning whilst the same guests were having their breakfast outside, the noise continued. It ruined the tranquility that had clearly been set out for guests to experience.

we liked the room,enough for 3 of us

The toilet seat was broken and the shower head could be better. everything was going fine until we needed our breakfast and the staff on duty absolutely got it wrong, we went starving even my 12 year old. we initially requested sandwiches as we wanted to by 06h30, which was not a problem. I woke up early and informed the staff that we can spend half hour extra and have a hot meal instead and we will eat at 07h00 and leave immediately after, I even gave him our order. we were downstairs packed and ready to eat and leave as planned, but to our surprise the lady on duty told us breakfast at 07h00 and to me because I had given my order thought breakfast would be ready at 07h00, when I asked if the breakfast was ready in turn was asked what was my order and then realized we were not going to make and your staff the male member apologized as he was on the phone. he we couldn't wait anymore. we were then further. delayed as another guest had blocked us in and refused to get up to move his vehicle, after 15 minutes I was given his key to move his vehicle so I could get out. I don't believe establishments such as this should ask for upfront payment and include breakfast in price in price.

The service was amazing, starting from the own Louise and the workers sisi Phumla, Monica and Esther. They make you feel like you are at home. I really enjoyed the beef curry with white wine

The guest house is located in a very quiet area, conducive to relaxation. The breakfast was very tasty and up to standard.

Guest house was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Konica, the manager, even returned to the airport to collect our luggage which was delayed in Jo’burg. Very relaxing stay.

Shower sliding door wasn't closing fully. This caused a lot of water on the floor

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this property! The accommodations, the people, the food and the grounds are all top notch! We'd happily stay here again!

All was excellent. The extra touches of addiction benefits, cake and coffee. Welcome chocolates. Wonderful bath products.

An extra cleaning will be great on the shower grout. Otherwise all is good.
