suh a shame its shutting down, Have enjoyed many a drink here as a local? Thanks Hilton leicester team. Great meeting rooms
Had a problem with my family booking so Corina on Reception dealt with and resolved my problem with no fuss efficiency and professionalism. Thank you
Handy location just off motorway.
Very tired looking furnishings, rooms etc, was surprised considering it was a " Hilton" . Staff were friendly but a little unorganised especially in restaurant. We booked large double but was only a double bed....
Monica manager of restaurant was excellent in going the extra mile to sort out 22 people to sit down meal x
Obviously the hotel is closing down so a lot of repairs need doing and modernisation good luck.
All I can say it’s a dump don’t bother it’s filthy the rooms are old the carpet is disgusting. It’s got a horrible smell. I walked into the lobby and you could smell it. The food in the morning is awful. It’s right off of the motorway and make sure you have a tetanus jab if you’re gonna stay there, I wouldn’t bother go somewhere else.
The room size and having two queen bed.
The experience of staying at this Hilton was horrible; even the stay at Travelodge is better than this. I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there as the staff wasn't as helpful, considering that I was with kids, and the keys weren't working for the door. I had to make the trip twice to get it checked still didn't work. Only for the third time did the staff come with me, only to later change the room again. I had requested that an extra bed be provided, which wasn't provided. When asked for the sofa come bed to be set up then the staff told me that they didn't receive any request as such, and they didn't have any cleaning staff to set up the bed. However, they did come in to set themselves. In the bathroom, there wasn't any handwash, and the cleanliness of the hotel room wasn't at its best.
The room was absolutely disgusting from the minute we open the door a smell instantly hit us, it Had mould growing on the carpet, Human hair all over the bathroom floor. It was that bad we walked straight back out and stayed else where.
Staff friendly
Bath was blocked, dirty stains on bathroom door, running water noise, tv not working no satellite connection, shower water barely warm, room did not smell fresh, outdated rooms
The reception staff were polite and helpful. The beds were clean and very comfortable
Outdated shower which was cracked and difficult to regulate. All the supplied products were empty. Couldn’t blow dry hair as no plug socket anywhere near a mirror
Location , room . Comfortable bed .
Location
Cleanliness needs to improve. Hair in the bathroom, vents are not cleaned and there was an empty hand wash bottle.
Very poor decor and facilities/ammenities for a hilton hotel. Breakfast was poor
Very poor decor and facilities/ammenities for a hilton hotel. Breakfast was poor
the staff are exceptionally helpful friendly and welcoming, and make your stay perfect
bathroom a little tired but lovely hot water
great hotel great food clean rooms friendly staff
tired rooms
Nothing
The place had a stagnant smell as you walked into reception and the room was very dated, and the breakfast was overpriced and poor quality
Pretty shocking for the price. On business, so despite not paying for the room myself, it was still sub standard for the price tag! Upon arrival, after a 5ish minute wait at reception, a girl greeted me with a ‘yep’ and then after checking in, my room key was pushed across the counter to me, without any eye contact, smile or general hospitality Room was massive, but sadly the bathroom was absolutely covered in mould (not just a smidge in the corners) and showergel etc empty. There was no base to my kettle in the room, meaning no ability to plug/boil the kettle Frankly Hilton, a very poor experience…I’m a regular hotel stayer, but when on business, will compromise for convenience/location… this however was pretty awful! Should do better at that price/brand!
Lovely breakfast and facilities
Moulding our room and car park charges ridiculous
Sniadanie przyzwoite. Lokalizacjia- korzystna blisko węzła komunikacyjnego. Pomocna i życzliwa obsługa.
Niezbyt czyste, poplamione wykładziny, pozostawione drobne śmieci. Zimno -nieefektywny system ogrzewania w pokojach i restauracji.
The room was a great size and in a great location! The gym was also a pleasant addition meaning we could get a workout in at the same time as staying.
There was quite a few things wrong with the room - missing lamp lightbulb - taps loose on the bathroom sink - tap hardly over the sink making it difficult to use - shower leaked - bathroom split into two meaning when the bathroom light was on, the entire room was lit up, which wasn’t great during the night
Loved the place and location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and cosy and warm.

Very basic room, it was okay to go around the room with reasonable space.
The room smells damp, the bed was not comfortable.
It’s a bit run down, poor shower (have to climb into the bath to use it) worst of all the changed me For parking
Pool
Central to where I needed to be
Location , friendly staff
The location
The cleanliness and breakfast. I have travelled to Milton hotels quite often but this was the worst. I understand that the hotelnis closing next month but it's still accepting guests so needs to be cleared properly and breakfast should also be much more adequate to the standard. The rooms weren't cleaned properly either. They should either shut down now or make sure everything is to the standard expected from Hilton
The friendly service of the owners
Nothing
Everything was perfect.

Good parking
Smelly bathroom due to shower curtains not clean and smell rotten and rank. Moulds around the windows and on curtains and no fridge
Location and staff excellent
I am Dissapointed at the tiredness of the hotel vs other Hilton's I have stayed at.
rooms were really well laid out and lots of room to relax,
So we had booked though Wowcher, we rang the day before like we was advised to book things to be told we hadn't got a booking. Then to be put through to the hotel team saying we had 2 bookings (poor communication between internal staff) We get there was ment to be I'm a upgraded room, the room was terrible , bed felt like you was sleeping on the road which probably would of been more comfortable, there was a wooden bar on the wall which was not fastened to the wall properly. We reported that our door would not shut properly to main reception to be told I'll have maintenance look at it no time given or anything like that. Breakfast was dreadful, bacon tasted like you was eating cardboard, poached eggs with a yolk that was as hard as a golf ball, sausages well let's not go there, greek yoghurt was as hard as a brick, fruit was sour, there was no normal tea bags anywhere in the hotel we had to go buy them. We ended up checking out day earlier than we was ment to, got to the desk handed the key back to the manger we think, with no reasoning as to our check out just took the key and left no words nothing very poor staffing. To also be told you had to pay for parking with no priory indication is terrible. I would avoid this place massively, also to find out that it is shutting down after being brought out would explain alot
The lobby was clean and inviting however
The room was filthy with stained worn out settee and thick dust and burnt dust stained walls. Previous occupants things left so clearly not cleaned. Just disgusting DONT STOP HERE
Nothing
The carpets was dirty with blood on they wanna refund me can you arrange it
The view was decent.
I got upgraded to a business room, from a queen room with a view. The room was small, no coffee machine (there was in the queen room) bath/toilet was cramped. No biscuits for the tea!
Great location Excellent bed and spacious room. Just a little dated and ready for a freshen up.
Finishes just a bit tired
Good location, nice lobby area & swimming pool area
Rooms & bathrooms are quite dated, and clearly in need of some modernisation
Location
It was very dated with poor facilities. Room service trays left over the place for days, that had been knocked off the tray and smelling, and rubbish left on the ground by the entrance, from split bags. The bathroom facilities were appalling, no pressure from the shower, dirty stains on the carpet. My room did not feel clean at all. Not value for money at nearly £400 for 3 nights. There was no alternative options for different dietary needs, paid for breakfast unable to eat much due to allergies. Would not recommend. No plugs in suitable places for a female.
Kvapas. Visame viešbutyje. Nuostabus kvapas. Taip pat kava fantastiško skonio. Pusryčių meniu tinkamas gal tik šiek tiek su tais virtais kiaušiniais persistengėte. Jie be lukšto bet su kietu tryniu. Be skonio.
Šiek tiek trūksta švaros kambariuose. Langai nevalyti.
Very tired and stained room
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We received a room upgrade, and even when we had some issues with parking, the team was incredibly supportive. Breakfast was delicious, everything was freshly cooked and overall delicious! The hotel, room, and pool were all very clean and well maintained. Thank you for making our first visit to Leicester so comfortable!

The bed was bad also pillows are not comfortable also the room there are no proper light in the room. Tv well but no use kids can’t watch anything The staff was not friendly not good explanation. No smile .
Food
Having to get up at midnight to redo parking
Good location and plenty of parking. Large well equipped rooms and quiet
Looks very tired. Room was very cold but there was an additional oil heater which sorted this out
I’ve been Hilton leciester loads of times before and booked through booking.com but this time the person at reception claimed he couldn’t find our room and made us wait while he served other customers even though I showed him the booking confirmation. He barely listened to me until my fiancé showed up and then he took us seriously
the bathroom had mould in the air vents and it was not clean. Barely hoovered
The room was immaculately clean, beds extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there appeared to be an issue with the plumbing that became quite evident on the morning of our departure. I went to reception where Corina apologised, explained it was a brand new room and hoped our stay would have been without fault. She immediately offered a financial deduction in the overall price. Thank you for a lovely stay and hoping a contractor has managed to fix the issue.

Doors were chipped and black shoe marks Bathroom too small cheap quality toilet paper Shower not too good and wash basin had a hairline crack. Window had black mould so not clean
Everything is repulsive - the smell, the stains on the carpet, the bathroom and toilet, hideous radiator, paper thin doors, grey toilet paper .. it makes me think of a hospital or worse, a care home
Rooms were filthy. Bedding stained, walls marked, lampshades stained, furniture broken. In huge disrepair. Not at all Hilton standard
The rooms were comfortable
The food choice on the menu wasnt alot of choice. The bar and reception area restaurant was very cold
A one night stay. First impressions rather worn along corridors. Our room, oh yeuch! Big stain on a soft chair, multiple stains on carpet. Further, mouldy windows, broken window latch, wind blowing through. And this is acceptable to a customer? Spoke to reception and got another room. Window d/g panel blown and mould around frames.
Polite staff and nice spacious rooms breakfast was quite good not cheap ingredients. Check out at 12 was a godsend
Paying for car park. feel car parking should be provided in the price but was minor
The breakfast
Our room wasn’t very up to standard, we had mould on the shower head, the plug on the bath was broken, the water in the sink took a while to go down and the shower pressure wasn’t the best, my mums room had dirty mugs and mould on the curtains. The rooms aren’t very up to date either
The food was good and the staff were pleasant
Cold, no football on tvs in bar and not very comfortable
Staff friendly
Room very dated dirty and basic
Good location
Dated
The restaurant/ breakfast
Our room wasn’t very clean, we had mould on the curtains and the mugs were dirty I would have expected more from a Hilton hotel

Felt unclean due to the carpet and stains
Very helpful staff
Tired and badly in need of a refurb
The pool is lovely and majority of staff were friendly
Decor is outdated and some wear and tear but due a upgrade
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Had a few minor issues, Corina on reception was very helpful in resolving them. Restaurant staff were friendly and efficient

I always enjoy coming to this hotel for networking events, and a huge part of that is the incredible staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Special shoutout to Mo, who is always looking after us with a smile, making sure we’re happy, and adding that extra friendly touch that makes all the difference. Hotel staff need more Mo’s in their world - truly outstanding!
We had a two day conference at Hilton Leicester. The staff we very helpful and attentive, especially Mo who looked after us for the two days.
