Staff were great, and breakfast was good.

Upstairs rooms don't have any Air conditioning, and with the recent heat the room was very hot and stuffy. Property is close to main road so some traffic noise but that wasn't an issue.

Easy to find, staff pleasant and efficient. Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. We were only on a quick stopover so can’t comment on the restaurant or other facilities.

Having to pay for parking and the pet charge is unnecessarily expensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. They know how to fry bacon and make delicious fried tomatoes. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Good, easy to find, location just off junction 15 on the southbound M1.

Having to pay for parking. We booked a room for two people but the room we were given only had one chair in it. Another was provided promptly after we asked.

Staff was so amazing. Olivia assisted with the check in process and she was friendly and very helpful. She's such a keeper

Large, clean comfortable room (including bathroom). Friendly staff, good breakfast choice. Plenty of parking (although chargeable) with EV chargers, which was a nice bonus.

Room didn't have air conditioning but did have a fan provided. Absolutely no storage space for anything that couldn't hang up in the wardrobe, which would have been annoying had we been staying for more than 2 nights. Hotel location isn't great - it seems to have had a major road network built around it so nothing is really within walking distance.

The greeting was very polite and helpful, the hotel communal areas were nice and clean including the bar area. Staff were very polite kind and friendly. Room was very nicely done with little touches like the greeting on the TV screen etc. Toiletries were of good quality. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bar was nice, with a relaxed and calm atmosphere which after a hard day was very welcome.

The bathroom in the room smelt of drains. Once I ran the shower this seemed to sort the issue but really it should have been checked because the smell of an open drain is not really very welcoming when first entering. The bar food was a little underwhelming for the price. Portions were conservative and the club sandwich with the additional egg was a bit greasy. Still tasty though.

The staff were all extremely helpful - they changed our room on arrival to a ground floor room which was more accessible for my father. The room was excellent and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food.

Locality for event

I was given a room upgrade, and the room was great, comfortable bed and lots of space. Im a gluten free traveller, and get sick if I eat it, the chef was great and the food was good in the restaurant, they were able to give me a gluten free bun with the burger and the chips were fried in clean oil so also safe

The room was very warm, a fan had been provided but as it was 29° and the window only opens a crack air con would have been nice! In the bar a bottle of gluten free beer would have been good with dinner but they didnt have any. Breakfast doesnt start till 7 on Saturday which was annoying as I had to leave before that, they gave me a bag of bits to take away, but Id have preferred something more before a busy day at work, and being so close to Silverstone, Id imagine many guests would be going there early at the weekend

Comfortable nice new rooms.

Room was missing a fridge, water that my friends had in exactly the same room. The renovation of the rooms stopped at the bathrooms and still the same as when I visited two years ago

We had booked for 3 people but the hotel only provided us with 2 towels for the room. The shower wasn't the easiest to put on, you had to push in this weird button for it to switch from bath to shower but it didn't really work that well. The room had no air conditioning and we were provided with a small fan which just blew out hot air. Our view from the room was just off the car park so nothing nice to look at. The value of the room was too high for what we received, this should have been half the price.

The hotel was brilliant for my toddler! A little Lego and colouring area in reception and a little outdoor play area with a little slide. The receptionist was excellent and even give him a little ice lolly complimentary on arrival. The food was lovely and the breakfast was great with so much choice! The manager also stopped for a chat.

If you want to feel valued as a customer I cannot recommend this Hotel more. Its location is perfect justvoff of Junction 15 on the M1. I regularly chose this location to work during the day and meet clients, as I hate working at home. The staff make you very welcome, the premises is kept immaculate, and the all important "wifi" is perfect for my calls. In the summertime it is cool, and in the winter although the temperature is warm enough, on those really cold days the staff have also offered me a heater just to make it perfect. At this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, and that is down to the wonderful staff. I cannot recommend them enough. A massive thank you to Emma and the Managers, the great Reception staff, and the wonderful Food and Beverage Team. Special thanks to Neil, Sandra, all of her wonderful staff that always look after me so well!! Keep up the fantastic work, I do feel part of your family!!

Property was clean, they let us check in a bit early as our room was ready.

No Air con in the rooms which meant it was super hot at night, Room was expensive for what we got because there was a near by festival on. Also no luggage storage which meant we had to wait to check in. WiFi was poor and only got signal in certain parts of the room which isn’t ideal.

Northampton, very friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff and informative. Our room was magical, very clean, spacious , personalised to me with a warm welcome note on TV. Really good value for money.

The scenery was tranquil. However the lobby presented grandeur However lacked it... worn out.

Reception always lacked staff and had to wait for someone to come to ask for towel also the complimentary water station was alway empty and having to tell Reception to refill. The room itself was OK However very worn especially bathroom with chip tiles all around which was not expected for a Hilton. For Hilton the teas and coffee station in room was less then what you get at Premier Inn (fully booked due to Reggae Land Festival 2026), which is normally our go too hotel for family stays and comfy sleep including the extra bed in family room, however the sofa bed provided by Hilton for family room was the most uncomfortable sleep our children have ever experienced and instead of waking up refreshed for Reggae Land there were tired which defeated the whole purpose of back the Hilton. We asked for housing keeping throughout the 3 night stay only beds and bin done no Hoover as lots of bits on floor. So the fact that it was nearly £1000 was expecting a lot more especially for a Hilton but get much more and more attentive staff in Budget hotels such as Premier Inn. Also at Premier Inn you have lighting control, you can turn off main lights and have various other light but Not one switch control. Very disappointed with this stay and will not be booking this hotel again.

Exceptional staff especially Sandra! Hotel loverly and clean. Rooms in good condition apart from.... no air conditioning! Appreciate this Exceptional weather highlights this more. However being Hilton group most would have expected air conditioning. That aside the staff were excellent! Sandra especially ensuring we had everything we needed and nothing too much trouble. I run and was looking for somewhere to run and even advised me how to find a local park! What more could a runner want. Big thank you to her. If this Hotel sorts air con out with the exceptional staff and Sandra they will have everything! 👌

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Angela and Nisha on the reception were very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for a 1:1 meeting with a colleague… Tilly helped us get settled in and gave some great tips about the hotel… thanks to her we’re now thinking of using this hotel for a larger team meetings given its location and facilities.

Have stayed here a number of times and have noticed that have a constant staff presence, so clearly the staff enjoy working there too. I was greeted at reception by Angela who was extremely helpful as always and made sure I was happy with my room choice and parking. Highly recommended

So happy to be back at a Hilton hotel. From a professional and engaging Angela at check in, to the good food and swift service, it was a pleasure to stay here. Location very good for business in the Northampton area and parking ample. Overall a great stay, with only 1 tiny item keeping it from 5 stars, being the lack of A/C. I know the weather is exceptionally hot, but A/C in the long term would be a wise investment I feel. Other than that the rooms we lovely and clean/comfortable.

During the hottest weekend of the year so far, we were really looking forward to an air conditioned room. Sadly. Not advertised sufficiently that the rooms do not have air conditioning. We had friends staying at the Holiday Inn who had air conditioning as standard and for almost half the price.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Hotel in Northampton while collecting vehicles for Enterprise. Although I wasn’t staying as a guest, I was treated with outstanding hospitality from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Vicki, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her positive attitude and infectious energy really stood out. On what was an extremely hot day, she kindly offered me cold drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. It’s people like Vicki who make a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, despite me only being there briefly for work. She is a real credit to the Hilton team and provides customer service of the highest standard. Thank you again, Vicki, for your kindness and professionalism. Exceptional service like yours deserves to be recognised!

The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of a high standard. The staff were also very friendly, which was appreciated.

Given the recent warm weather, I would have expected air conditioning to be standard at a Hilton hotel, especially considering its reputation as a premium and luxury brand. I was therefore shocked to discover that none of the rooms had air conditioning. The only cooling provided was a small desk fan, which was completely inadequate given the high temperatures. As a result, our two-night stay was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the cost of food and drinks was extremely overpriced. For example, a large glass of wine was in excess of £16, which felt unreasonable on top of the already disappointing room conditions.

Great stay! Angela and Andrea in reception were super friendly, Attentive and quick to correct when I raised a question. When we travel a lot and use big hotel groups it is rare to find the friendly approach Angela showed. The hotel is very clean, recently refurbish, and the rooms are spacious.

I don't often write reviews, but after our stay I felt the staff at Hilton Northampton deserved every bit of recognition. Before our visit, I emailed to mention that my two boys were having their very first hotel stay. I cheekily asked if they could recreate one of those ridiculously over-the-top ice cream sundaes like Kevin McCallister gets in Home Alone 2. I never received a reply, so I assumed the email had been missed. To our surprise, they had actually organised it anyway! Seeing the excitement on my boys' faces was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip, and it's a memory they'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, Nicha on reception made us feel incredibly welcome. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she is a real credit to the hotel. The little touches throughout our stay were what really made the difference. During what must have been one of the hottest days of the year, the team were handing out complimentary ice pops along with chilled, frozen flannel compresses in individual bags at reception. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly felt like a lifesaver in the heat. The boys also loved the LEGO station, where they were able to build their own creations and even take them home. Both of them proudly built space rockets, and they now have a lovely little keepsake to remember their first hotel stay by. It's such a simple idea, but it meant so much to them. Dinner was another highlight. Chef Geoff is clearly passionate about what he does. I'm a massive foodie and ordered the steak frites. The steak was excellent quality, cooked perfectly, and the fries were so good that if someone had told me they were triple-cooked, I'd have believed them without question. My wife had the sausage and mash from the children's menu, and even that was fantastic. Our oldest absolutely loved the fish and chips, and our youngest demolished the macaroni cheese with cheesy garlic bread. It's rare to find a hotel where every single meal at the table is a hit, but they absolutely nailed it. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and genuinely couldn't do enough to help. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, and it's obvious that the team are the heart of this hotel. The only constructive feedback I'd give is aimed at the building rather than the people. The room was perfectly clean, but there are signs that some areas would benefit from a bit of investment. Things like the bathroom sealant needing refreshing, chipped tiles and bath enamel, and a shower that struggled to work consistently all stood out. During the recent heatwave, air conditioning would also have made a huge difference. None of those points took away from the outstanding service we received, but they did leave me feeling that these superb staff deserve better. They deliver a level of hospitality that deserves facilities to match. A huge thank you to Nicha, Chef Geoff, and every member of the team at Hilton Northampton for making our boys' first hotel stay such a special and memorable experience. You turned what was simply meant to be a stopover into a memory our family will treasure for years to come. We sincerely hope Hilton invests in the building so that the facilities can one day match the exceptional people who work there.

Whoa! Hilton, Northampton, United Kingdom, with a pleasant surprise! The hotel amenities, the common area, the amazing breakfast, the rooms, are not only clean, they are spacious welcoming, and look brand new. The staff is so delightful and goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as they can. It is like no other Hilton at which I’ve stayed in. I am a Hilton Honors member…I highly recommend if you’re in the area to stay at the Hilton Northampton.
