Live! by Loews - St. Louis

Love the location yo downtown and across the street from Busch Stadium. Self parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything

This is an excellent location right across from Busch Stadium. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is amazing!

Location location location Friendly helpful staff

Knit picking here but my liquid body soap dispenser was empty. No problem though the usual high quality bar soap was also available.

comfortable bed, easy access to stadium, quick check in and efficient valet service

it was a great stay!

I was in St. Louis for my brother's funeral. I had to change from a horrible hotel and decided to stay at Live! by LOEWS. That was the best decision I ever made. The valet was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The room and location were the best by far downtown. Thank you Live! by Loews for providing me some peace.

The location was great!

Every. Single. Thing. Loved our room...view was AMAZING!! The staff was exceptional, location is second to none and parking so close is such a treat!

Not one thing.

The staff, the restaurant, the room, the location!! It was a great option for downtown St Louis. We will be back

Nothing

The area was perfect

They over charged me for a popcorn.

Great time

Quick overnight stay when traveling through. Great price - no events happening nearby so the hotel was fairly empty. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Room service prices seemed high ($35 for a cup of soup and kids grilled cheese) so I ordered DoorDash instead. Forgot to use room key to swipe when leaving self-parking and paid $35 for lost ticket. My own fault, though.

Location and cleanliness was great. Very nice room quiet and family friendly.

Really the biggest complaint was no pool or hot tub

location and the big rooms

Nothing everything was perfect

came in for a party , although I'm a local, didn't want to put anyone ones life at risk, so I decided to stay where the party was,... this hotel is such a VIBE!!!

Beautiful and clean

Nothing I didn’t like

First thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was the pleasant smell. The staff matched the smell with their pleasant attitude and professionalism. The room was spacious and decor was inviting. I love have the room numbers in bold big numerals in the carpet. What a wonderful idea

Breakfast was great. The stay was better than a lot of hotels I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was on point.

Close to everything we wanted and clean.

Location great. Cleanliness great. Loveee the smell of the hotel!

No fan in the bathroom

Great location, Room was very clean & the smell of the hotel was amazing. Customer service was great. 10/10 I will be returning soon.

Love EVERYTHING

The location was wonderful. I was there for a New Years Eve party. The room temperature was perfect. I didn’t touch the thermometer once. That, along with the service, elicited a 10 out of 10 for me.

Very beautiful and modern hotel in downtown St. Louis. Rooms were very clean and had no carpet!! Also the location is perfect for all the popular attractions nearby. Staff are also very friendly.

I wish there was a shower door instead of a curtain, but that’s just personal preference. The cheapest option for parking is the self-park for $40.

Decent

Check-in was difficult

Everything was excellent! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room was a great size.

We had issues with an intoxicated group trying to come in our room they were super loud we ended up calling hotel security. Kept us most of the night.

Da localização e do quarto confortável.

Achei um pouco caro para o que oferece.

nothing.

they are liars, they never say anything about $100/night for insurance. no free parking. one of the staff told me i would get my $ back for insurance & that my parking was waived due to returning parking pass. didn’t get any off my refunds

Great location for food and drinks

Nice staff clean

Nothing

Everything was wonderful with lots of stuff to do

Everything was excellent there was nothing I didn’t like

Friendly staff, great bar/restaurant, Great views.

Everything was great other than you could hear everything from the room behind our bed. Felt like we had to be extra quiet after 10pm. Not a big deal but we could hear them clear as day when they came into their room.

The staff was great - friendly and very thorough. Ella at the bar provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and a good size.

A small thing - but didn't care for the bars of soap used for the shower. Items in the market were pricey. Finally, I requested an extension of 30 minutes for checkout, and it wasn't granted. Unacceptable for the money I spent.

Everything was great the staff was great room very clean and the bed was the best very quite

room was nice - it was the little touches that made it, the tulip shaped glasses ( not plastic) night light in bahroom and behind bed - could llight the place without blinding self, large tv with good closed captioning, insulated ice bucket which kept ice from melting for hours -nice bar with city view, best flat bread we have ever had

Location and bar/ restaurant is great.

A little high on pricing.

We loved the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. I informed that we were celebrating our 5-year anniversary and walked into the room with a bottle of champagne, wine glasses, and an anniversary card that was signed by some members of the staff. Which was a very nice touch! The bartender's downstairs were very nice and made really good drinks. I loved the text message system that gave us the option to check in early and checkout without any issues. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience. People were polite and friendly. I didn't have any issues that I felt needed to be addressed.
