To be honest, it's not worth the money i paid, no breakfast and the room is a little small. I've been for some 5 stars Hotel in Cebu and i paid it the same as i pay here 🥹🤷

The bathroom looks not clean, and the water from shower room is going outside. The staff were'nt so friendly and accommodating.

The location is in the city center hence it was convenient to go to each location from the hotel.

The overall cleanliness especially the air quality. We felt that the air had a lot of dust which made us experienced severe coughing.

Very nice room, clean and spacious with lots of drawers, cabinets for all your things, the pool in the middle of the building is nice and large with a great view of cebu, and just in the ground floor you have the mall, restaurants, 7/11 and robinson's market.

It's an expensive hotel. I was expecting more. I was allowed to have 2 hour late check-out and my car could stay a few hours in the garage after checkout.

I had a troubling travel stomach with a diareea situation. The last night unfortunately my large intestine decided to leak a bit in the bed. It's not that I crapped my pants. It was a few stains on the bed linnen no match for a professional hotel laundry. At check-out I was charged 1000 pesos extra. That's somthing low-end hotels do. The hotel is also a few blocks from Mango street. It's very shady walking there even if it's very close. The door to the bathroom was heavily water damaged, warping the bottom part of it and bubbling paint. There was a freezer in the room for getting your drinks iced.

Near mall, amazing breakfast and lots of choice around the hotel to eat. Has 7/11 near.

Smooth check in with sir i forgot the name but he was there july 18 12:00 when we checked in and check out miss mariel. Kudos to the whole team. From the ground floor guards always welcoming. Very clean room. Just excellent! Will definitely reccommend and come back with our kids.

Wonderful Stay! All the staff so helpful, especially Vimar and his assistant Wally! Really helped me out with my excercise needs!

فندق جميل وطاقم عمل رائع يوجد بجوار الفندق كل ماتحتاجة من مطاعم برجر كينج وماكدونالدز وبيتزا هت ودومينوز وكنتاكي وغيرها الكثير من المطاعم . وتحت الفندق كذلك مطاعم وسفن الفن يوجد شطاف حمام الاستقبال والمسبح وصالة الجيم في الدور التاسع حجزت أول يومين من Booking وبعد كذا من نفس الفندق وكان ارخص من Booking . كانت هناك مشكلة بسيطة وتم حلها بترقية الغرفة مشكورين وفي النهاية اشكر جميع العاملين في هذا الفندق .

Great hotel great location and fantastic welcoming staff would recommend if staying in Cebu, Pool area nice and relaxing.

The pool was great. Only 3 sunbeds, but was ok as we had one each time we went. The breakfast is very good and the staff accommodated a late checkout which was much appreciated

On the second night , I noticed small cockroaches in the bathroom, which wasn't great. I mentioned it to reception, who handled it and gave our room a spray and good clean. Unfortunately, that evening we got another cockroach in the bedroom. We were pleased to check out. I guess the hotel is tired and needs a refresh.

Läget centralt i Cebu City var perfekt för oss som avslutade semestern med några dagar shopping och "nedvarvning" inför hemresan. Rummet har ett litet kök, så man t.ex. kan fixa sin egen frukost.

Den frukost som erbjuds i restaurang intill hotellentrén på bottenplanet, var högst ordinär och inte direkt prisvärd.

Хороший завтрак. В номере было тихо. Красивый вид на город из бассейна. Есть комната для стирки и сушки белья за небольшую плату.

I liked the change in menu at the restaurant.

Again the shower water was not hot, just mildly warm. Also, loud music late at night.

The room was a good size. The bed was large. Staff were polite.

Bathroom fixtures were broken or leaking. Shower head was leaking and not powerful. The sink tap unit was loose and moving a lot away from the sink itself. Breakfast in the morning was just ok. Not a terrible hotel, but overpriced for what you get - bear in mind you are paying 6300 PHP per night - this is an expensive hotel by Filipino standards, so you expect a little bit more.

The breakfast bar was a disaster had to Waite on food to be cooked because they was never enough cook for the amount of customer that was there. The staff in restaurant was not friendly.

Rooms are nice and has a big space.

Racist to Filipinos never go here! Only treats foreigners nicely but Filipinos!.

I've stayed here many times and keep coming back due to location, service, friendliness and all round comfort

At the ABACA, when I ordered a meal that included rice, I asked the server to replace the rice with either salad or mash. She insisted that I must order this separately and I explained that as I do not want to eat rice, if she can give me a replacement, just a small portion. She refused and said that this was no possible, she was not willing to consider any other alternative.

The included breakfast had plenty of good options, parking being included and a nice pool with a decent gym provided for great value overall.

It’s not immediately close to anything, but it was very commutable to major attractions and good dining if you have a vehicle.

Very friendly staff who always greeted you. Breakfast was really good and hotel was very clean.

Pool bar was average I’d prefer it to be a better meeting spot for entertaining people

Supposedly a nice 4 star hotel in a nice location with rooftop pool and parking and the excellent restaurant for the breakfast buffet

The arrogant staff, the unprotected from the wind and therefore cold outside pool, the badly maintained bathroom with broken appliances and way too low water pressure as well as the water changing from warm to cold, unfriendly personnel at the pool bar, badly maintained pool surrounding, no welcome drink, nobody around to carry your luggage

Staff are friendly. It is in the center. Accessible for everything

Its just really very hot. Everytime I check in first and enter at the room. That is everytime i will stay here

great location, close to Mango Avenue, safe robinsons and all amenities close and near

wasn’t anything i didn’t like about the properties. perhaps a few cockroaches ( hate bugs) but just a little surface stay fixes that

The location was convenient. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfy.

While the breakfast buffet was delicious, be prepared to wait awhile during peak times.

Jag var väldigt nöjd med rummet (svit) separat sovrum vardagsrummet var litet men hade allting. Köket likaså, bra till mina behov. Tvättmaskinen var enkel att använda.
