Servicen ved a la carte restauranten ved pool restauranten var bunnivå. Jeg tipser vanligvis 15-20%, men dette er første gang på mange år jeg ikke gav tips. Spiste der to ganger. Maten der var fantastisk. Men servicen var totalt fraværende. Ingen som spurte om maten smakte, ryddet bordet og spurte om vi ville ha noe dessert, etc

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Le lit était très confortable et la chambre était vraiment bien climatisée, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable avec la chaleur épuisante de Cebu City. L’endroit était également calme et bien insonorisé, car je n’entendais pas les bruits provenant de l’extérieur.
Je ne suis resté qu’une nuit, donc je n’ai pas eu le temps de relever d’autres points particuliers. Mis à part cela, tout s’est très bien passé et je n’ai rien de négatif à signaler.

What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. It made our stay feel that little bit more special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we also enjoyed the breakfast before heading out for the day.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I like the breakfast. The doorman and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and respectful. However, front desk staff need to improve their communication skills. A lady during my checked in sounded like giving me a class lecture .
The lobby is ugly. It looks dusty and dirty. It doesn’t look like a four star hotel. Four stars hotel usually look very pleasant and comfortable at the lounge area. Wifi is non-existent. No connection when you go to the room. They always say their IT will check but it still didn’t work. What a pity!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Wow what a exceptional hotel! The breakfast is to die for! You can order eggs, get a salad, and yes, get some dessert too! The service was spot-on. Check out the rooftop bar and pool. City views. Check. Location to Ayala Mall. Check. There is a McDo and 7-11 next door. The hot shower is exactly what you need after a long flight. Bed is super-comfortable and rooms are spacious and quiet. High-quality all around.
