This was the nicest hotel one could visit while traveling! Everything was excellent from attentive, welcoming staff to the great food and lovely dining room to the cleanliness of the room and hotel. Bed and shower was excellent. A coffee express and tea kettle was in the room. There were refreshments offered to guests in the nice lobby area. Even the location was fun, on the harbor and restaurants close by. We loved the Indian restaurant right across the street!

Location near the river, with many rooms have wonderful views. The room was clean and spacious, and I really liked the hotel’s overall design.

As many other guests have already mentioned, the elevators have extremely long waiting times, and the ground floor is not easily accessible by stairs, so guests can end up waiting a long time. Also, services that are often offered as complimentary perks at other hotels come with additional charges here.

Maybe the room size

The room wasn’t clean will even after we checked in when the room service clean the room after . The towels was dirty, we asked for new ones and also was dirty , No mini bar at least water . The room service didnt make the bed properly.

Le cadre est génial et l'hôtel est très bien équipé. Très engagé dans la cause environnementale, il y a des messages de sensibilisation dans tout l'hôtel ainsi que des astuces propres à l'hôtel pour économiser l'eau par exemple. La gare centrale est accessible facilement à pieds ou en bus (1 station). L'environnement est très calme et la vue sur les canaux est divine grâce aux très nombreuses baies vitrées de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées.

Les matelas étaient trop mous. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel et on nous a autorisé à mettre le montant du repas sur le compte de la chambre afin de tout régler lors de notre départ. Que fut notre surprise lorsque le lendemain soir, lorsque nous avons voulu accéder à notre chambre, nos 2 cartes d'accès n'étaient plus actives. Nous nous sommes donc rendues à la réception pour comprendre pourquoi elles ne fonctionnaient plus et on nous a annoncé sans ménagement que cela avait été fait exprès afin que nous régularisions notre situation c'est à dire régler le diner de la veille!!!! C'est inadmissible et humiliant alors même que nous aurions pu être contactées par bien d'autres manières (à noter que l'hôtel disposait de mes coordonnées bancaires ainsi que du numéro de mon passeport!!!). A l'avenir si vous souhaitez que les clients paient immédiatement dites leur au lieu de leur bloquer l'accès à leur chambre cela évitera toute humiliation et le sentiment d'être pris pour des voleurs. Pour cette raison nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel à nos proches et notre entourage.

Location was great for train travel and within walking distance of all the sights. Really liked the Jewish quarter. Room was very good

Check in was a mess. Despite us querying the wrong name on our arrival we were told to take that room anyway and sure enough the correct couple arrived with a key for the same room 10 minutes later

Great location and esthetic if you like clean, contemporary lines. The room was comfortable and spotless. Conveniently within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station but a little ways down the waterfront.

Location - good. Comfort - good. Bed was very comfortable.

Some things needed fixed. Lights were burnt out. Shower didn't drain. Couldn't find a menu for the restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The room is spacious, and so is the bathroom, which makes for very pleasant showers. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is helpful and eager to assist. Very clean. Overall, everything was great! Another very important aspect is its proximity to the central station, which quickly connects you to any part of the city. Right in front of the hotel, there is also a bus (48) that takes you straight to the station.

The only downside is the restaurant, which has limited food options and restricted hours.

Front desk customer service was amazing, big shout out to Claudia. She was super friendly and problem solving focused. We had problem about our coffee machine and she solved it immediately.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles war sehr gut von dem Hotel aus erreichbar - wir sind viel zu Fuß gegangen oder mit Uber gefahren. Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wasser und die Zimmergröße war toll, das Bett sehr bequem.

Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend, sowohl von der Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals (nicht!), bis hin zu den Produkten - ausserdem war es staubig. Auch unser Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt, nach 3 Tagen lag aber eine dicke Staubschicht am Nachtkästchen und Tisch.

Abbiamo (purtroppo non a causa nostra ma del sistema di prenotazione di booking) sbagliato le date. Lo staff nonostante fosse pasqua ci ha trovato comunque una sistemazione e ci ha poi annullato la prenotazione errata (che era per 6 mesi dopo la data che dovevamo effettivamente prenotare) sono stati veramente fantastici. A parte questo il resto era molto buono,il cibo la posizione e la colazione,stamze pulitissime e silenziose. Complimenti!

1、我们在办理入住的时候要求把信用卡给前台他们说这是规定，我真的不能理解。幸亏信用卡后面的安全码被我提前涂黑了。 2、我们住的双床间就在设备间旁边，每隔几分钟就会发生发出响声，晚上根本睡不好觉。这样的房间是不应该当作客房给旅客的。 3、地理位置也一般，从车站出来还要坐公交车或者走路20多分钟。并不方便。

De bedden zijn top. Verder was heel de kamer super goed en super schoon.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a smile, and the team was always friendly, attentive and helpful. You could really feel how passionate they are about what they do. Our room was spacious, bright, comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view. A lovely surprise was the welcome gift from Paloma and her team waiting for us in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and immediately put a smile on our faces. If we are ever in Amsterdam again, we would gladly stay at Room Mate Aitana. Highly recommended.

1、早餐三台咖啡机，坏了两个，客人都在排队。2、被安排住进的房间挨着设备间，每隔几分钟就有噪音传来，晚上根本睡不好觉，这个酒店就非要把这样的房间当成客房安排给客户吗？3、从火车站到这个酒店还需要坐车或走20分钟，位置一般。

Pulizia e grandezza della camera e del bagno (munito sia di doccia che di vasca), bellissima struttura e gentilezza dello staff, posizione abbastanza vicina alla stazione (circa 10 minuti a piedi).

Colazione varia ma non c’erano dolci senza lattosio. Inoltre è impossibile scendere a piedi fino al piano terra e al piano dove si fa colazione (-1), raggiungibile solo tramite ascensore, che in genere arrivava al piano dopo una breve attesa. Il frigo in camera era vuoto e non è mai stato rifornito (però abbiamo trovato due bottigliette d’acqua e dei dolcetti in camera come omaggio)

Bel hôtel moderne, avec un bon emplacement. Le bar de l’hôtel est très beau. Le personnel est à l’écoute. Les lits sont confortables et le frigo dans la chambre est utile. La vue de la chambre est agréable.

La chambre n’étais pas très propre. La télécommande rempli de poussière comme si elle n’avait jamais été essuyé. Le tapis dans la chambre n’étais pas propre, avec des taches et pas du tout aspiré. Le pommeau de douche étais cassé il ne fonctionnait pas bien, et des taches étais aussi présente dans la douche.

Habitación muy amplia con una cama grande muy cómoda. El baño espacioso y limpio. Desayuno muy correcto y personal agradable. Buena ubicación dado que tardas unos diez minutos caminando a la estación de tren y desde ahí ya estás en el centro a través de un pasaje justo en el lateral de la estación.

La única pega es que no hay prácticamente ningún restaurante cerca. Solo un par justo enfrente. Si te gusta descansar a mitad de la jornada un rato, posiblemente no sea la mejor opción por no estar situado en el centro propiamente dicho.

We just love to stay at Room Mate hotels! Trendy, boutique hotel. In great location, only a short walk to central train station. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellent terrace bar outside next to waterway.

Location is really convenient, you can walk or take a bus to Amsterdam central station.

There were blood stains on the blankets and pillows. I don’t understand why the contaminated bedding wasn’t discarded or replaced, and instead continued to be used.

Świetna lokalizacja, a sam hotel nowoczesny i komfortowy. Śniadania są serwowane w szerokim zakresie czasowym, a wymeldowanie jest możliwe aż do 12:00, co jest bardzo wygodne. Bardzo doceniam możliwość wczesnego przyjazdu do hotelu i pozostawienia w nim bagażu do czasu przygotowania pokoju oraz informację telefoniczną o możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania. Personel bardzo uprzejmy, uczynny. W lobby woda, jabłka i słodycze.

Jednego dnia zeszliśmy na śniadanie później i trafiliśmy na moment, w którym brakowało wielu rzeczy do jedzenia; personel uzupełniał je, niemniej chwilę musieliśmy czekać, by móc sobie coś wybrać. Poza tą sytuacją, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij hotel, station and het historisch centrum. Heel leuk met zicht op het water. Prachtig bar en terras. In de nabijheid verschillende fine dining restaurants.

Het meubilair op het terras moet toch eens worden nagekeken want alles staat er nogal los. De planten en decoratie moeten ook worden vervangen maar deze opmerking mag niet worden gegeven met een hotel dat claimt 5* te zijn. Wat het niet is......
