Posizione ottima (vicino alla stazione e con battello gratuito per muoversi da una parte all'altra). Camera pulita e tranquilla, non era rumorosa (nonostante sia un ostello).

Molt a prop de l’estació de trens i força cèntric. En general ben situat tot i que cal agafar un transbordador per anar ja que cal travessar el riu. Això no és massa incovenient perquè n’hi ha contínuament.

Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss war sehr dunkel und eng. Wir konnten keine Fenster öffnen, es war dauerhaft die Klimaanlage an. Handtücher mussten extra mit 6 Euro pro Handtuch bezahlt werden.

En mi caso viaje sola, y el hecho de todos los espacios que tiene el hostel como la cafetería, bar parte de juegos, desayunador, facilita mucho el interactuar con otros. También es fácil ir y sentarse en cualquier lado, enchufar la pc y poder trabajar desde allí. Respecto al personal, la verdad que todas las veces que tuve que interactuar fueron muy amables. Destaco principalmente a Heder y Zaidy, que me ayudaron con cosas allí! Marca la diferencia y hacen que uno se siente bienvenido y cómodo

Sería genial que tuviera cocina, Ámsterdam es una ciudad cara y facilitaría mucho poder cocinarse de vez en cuando. De todas maneras ofrecen una carta pequeña pero variada que tiene buenas opciones.

1.엘리베이터 2.4인실 다들 조용하고 조용 조용... 다른데에는 훔쳐갔다는 후기 본 적 있는데 제가 있었던 방은 다들 충전기,물품등 냅두고 다녔어요. 저도 귀찮아서 침대에 보관했는데 도난사고 없었어요 3.2층이라서 커텐 없었지만 어느정도 사생활 그러나 불빛 직빵 4.청소. 지저분하다는 후기 있지만 6일동안 지내면서 쓰레기통 넘친적은 없었어요. 5.대형호스텔 10대의 아이들부터 가족들까지 다양하게 있을만큼 커서 좋아요. 1층에 가서 간단하게 저녁 먹거나 쉴수있어요 다음에는 다인실로 방문하고 싶네요.

1.여성직원분은 친절하세요!!! 제가 몇번 문의 했을때 친절하게 알려주세요. 2.다른사람들보다 오래 있어서인지 몰라도 마지막 전날 방에 들어가니깐 새이불,커버, 배개커버등 주셨네요. 막날이니깐 새이불 쓰라고 친절하게 주셨나봐요ㅎㅎ 근데 헌매트리스커버는 안가져가셨어요. 3.짐보관할때 큐알코드로 하면 지하보관소 쓰나봐요. 아무리 같은 번호인데 문이 안열려. 근데 옆에 있는 사람도 문열려고 용쓰고 있어.. 큐알코드로 하지말고 붙어 있는 거기서 결제하세요. 4.대형호스텔인만큼 시끄러워요. 방음 없어요. 다 들려요! 조용히 이야기 해도 들리는데 시끄럽게 가요 근데 아주 잠깐. 새벽에는 정말 정말 조용해요.

Overall it was good experience.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hostel was overbooked..and they were giving you the dorms which weren't your preference of booking. ( Direct degrade from a 4 bed dorm to a 10 bed dorm)

No shampoo or body soap, faulty bed plugs, room cleaning once every 3 nights, €6 towel rental, felt like a prison cell as we were -1. My data was compromised as hackers impersonated hotel staff, I was lucky that I had some cyber security awareness. To get out of the main door you have to lift luggage and take like a small stairs, not recommended if you have mobility issues.

Also sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht mittendrin im Gewusel - das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr gut und vielfältig - scheinbar wird das Hostel auch von Familien genutzt. Also muss es ruhigere Bereiche auch ohne Partypeople geben...da bin ich nur leider nicht gelandet :D

- sehr viele Extrakosten vor Ort. Um das Gepäck unterzustellen, während man noch nicht ins Zimmer kommt, oder nach dem Check Out, muss man Schließfächer buchen und bezahlen. 5€ für 4h sind günstiger als die Gepäckabgabe am Bahnhof, aber in anderen Hostels/Hotels ist dieser Service kostenlos. - Early Check In (ab 12 Uhr) ist möglich, kostet aber 5€ vor Ort. (Warum? Wenn doch das Zimmer scheinbar eh fertig ist....?) Mit allen Extrakosten, die noch so zusammenkommen, bin ich nur noch knapp günstiger, als bei Hotelbuchungen mit weniger Betten im Zimmer oder sogar Einzelzimmern. - die Matratze war sehr unbequem - nachts war es auf den Gängen sehr laut, viele Partypeople

Breakfast was generous enough for the price. Cold-cut meat, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, a good selection of bread and pastries, and a coffee machine for making your own coffee or tea. The staff was helpful at all times. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfy, and although it was tight in a 4-bed dorm, it was a very pleasant stay. I did enjoy being close enough to the central station. After a short ferry ride (for free!) one could enjoy the vibe of the city. There was plenty to do directly around the hostel, too. What I liked was that the hostel was occupied by tourists of different ages, including families. It felt safe and welcoming, with a good vibe.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, actually. What I noticed was there were only stairs leading into the property. It would be very helpful to have a ramp to carry heavy luggage in and out, or to allow those with mobility issues to have easier access to the building.

Las camas ( literas ) son muy incómodas. Mido 1.94 y era bastante complicado dormir en ellas. Además, son duras y no permiten tener un buen descanso. Sinceramente, es un sitio 10 si le pones colchones buenos.

Værelset havde ingen vinduer, det kunne åbnes og placeret ud til et lille gårdrum. Det var derfor umuligt at få luftet ud. Sengen larmede rigtig meget, når man vendte sig, og madrassen var meget tynd. Maden i restauranten var ikke særlig god, især ift. Prisen.

Il vero problema sono le stanze minuscole, formate da un armadietto (stile palestra) a testa, 2 letti a castello, bagno con doccia e bagno con wc. Nessuno spazio per appoggiare oggetti, neanche in bagno, un appendiabiti a letto. Per fortuna che viaggiavo con un zainetto e non con un trolley , non avrei saputo dove aprirlo !

El personal fue muy amable y siempre me explicaban cuando no entendía algo. Están separados el inodoro y la ducha pero igual había baños afuera. La habitación no fue tan pequeña como la imaginaba. Hay una mini repisa y lámpara individual donde se conecta el enchufe. Está muy cerca de la estación central, hay que tomar el ferry gratuito.

Se oye el ruido de la calle y de los pasillos, cuando pasan personas hablando o cuando cierran las puertas.

Great location - right next to the main train station, just a short walk and free ferry ride to easily access the city and all the sights of Amsterdam. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a double room with private bathroom for my 12 year old and me - it served us perfectly for our short stay in Amsterdam

Hostel lies in the northern part of the city in former industrial quarter, close to the Central Station (access via ferry, free and coming every few minutes). Building seems to be an ex research laboratory erected around 1940, now converted to acomodation facility. It has both "shared" hostel rooms and double/twin rooms with private bathroom, everything very "spartan" (basic) but still comfortable. Population is young.

Check in is online and we had a little technical issue, successfully handled by reception staff in a timely manner. Also, one of the rooms we booked was a "twin" room having only bunk beds and very small, so we upgraded (for a small fee) to a "double", having a double bed and more comfortable. As mentioned, everything looked very "spartan" but still had the basic comfort and was very conveniently located.

Le check-in et le check-out se font désormais systématiquement en autonomie, via des ordinateurs qui, par ailleurs, ne fonctionnent pas toujours correctement. L’accueil est devenu froid et impersonnel. Une personne reste disponible, mais nous oriente directement vers les ordinateurs. C’est dommage de constater que la dimension humaine et la convivialité se perdent peu à peu.

So close to Centraal Station with the free ferries- I was checking in 10 minutes after stepping off the Eurostar. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and efficiently run.

Room was small, dark and cramped, and the windows didn't open. No noise bled through from the bar area, but there was a lot of doors opening and closing noise throughout the night.

Enjoyed the breakfast, the quality of food was good with veg and non-veg options.

The bread toaster was not working. This was very frustrating. Given the number of guests who stay and use the facility , there should always be an extra machine (and its not very costly to have a bread toaster) so that if one gets dysfunctional we can use the other, instead of waiting for repairs for something that is very essential for a meal.

Unacceptable experience. My bed was double-booked, forcing me to sleep in the lobby. The hotel blamed Booking.com for the error, even though I had to complete their own online check-in process prior to arrival. Completely unprofessional management and zero accountability—avoid this place!

The public spaces within the hostile or great there was a lot of space a lot of tables to sit up and the vibe was nice. The hostel itself is generally quite clean. Every member of staff I spoke to was nice and helpful and I appreciate the positivity and good vibe. The was a mix of all ages and even some family people staying as well. The location is good and the ferry is free. The locker facilities were amazing within the rooms you had good size lockers and outside there were plenty of free and paid lockers as well. There is a little convenience store around the corner from the hostel we can get affordable hot tea and coffee and some snacks. tea in the hostel is about £3.50 however the store you could make it yourself and grab it for only £1.

The rooms were way too small and there was no comfort you could hear everything and it was too tight of a space for 6 people. I didn't see anyone come and clean the room however I was out most of the time and there was no big issues or problems with the room and Tower toilet facilities being unclean once i had come back in. Laundry was run from a third party app and was overpriced I thought that was a shame. It would be nice to have facilities 24/7 in a city like Amsterdam where people are in and out 24/7 that would of been helpful.

No início deu um pequeno problema porque meu quarto estava super lotado e a cama que eu havia pagado para estar, estava ocupada. A moça da recepção logo resolveu e ainda me deu um upgrade, até porque eu tinha reclamado do incidente da outra vez que estive lá.

The location is excellent, the breakfast was good, and the common areas of the hostel were very pleasant and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the common space was nice.

Unfortunately, the accommodation itself left a lot to be desired. The room’s structure and comfort were only average. I have stayed in much better hostels in Spain and Portugal. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and worn out, with one side noticeably higher than the other. The bed also squeaked with practically every movement, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room had very poor ventilation, resulting in high humidity and a strong, unpleasant smell. On top of that, our room was located right next to the bar and the area where breakfast is served, so there was a significant amount of noise, particularly in the morning and at night. The shower was another problem. The water pressure was very weak and the water came out scattered rather than in a proper stream. The shower enclosure also did not extend all the way to the floor, so whenever we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor became wet. Since this was a shared bathroom, this was particularly inconvenient, as the water would spread throughout the bathroom and into the room.

Ils ne sont pas venus m'expliquer comment récupérer la carte servant de clé de ma chambre. Je me suis débrouillée seule avec la machine - cher pour un service humain inexistant

Very disappointing experience. After booking and paying, I waited until 3 PM for check-in, only to be told there was no availability. After insisting, they gave me a room, even though there was still an empty bed. The bathroom shampoo dispenser was also completely empty. Poorly managed and frustrating.

Die Lage war perfekt, um vom Hauptbahnhof mit der kostenlosen Fähre überzusetzen. Es gibt sehr viele räumliche Möglichkeiten, wo man sich aufhalten kann.

Está muy bien situado, un ferry gratuito al lado te cruza hacia el centro. El ambiente del Hostal juvenil y respetuoso. Cogimos habitación cuádruple con baño privado y bien para ir a dormir porque el espacio es reducido pero cómodo y limpio.

Está todo muy bien solo diría poco espacio para las maletas si vienes varios días.

Perfekte Lage, egal, was man in Amsterdam unternehmen möchte. Absolut leise, sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Frische Farben und kreative Malereien im Haus, 24-Stunden Rezeption, Frühstück

Die Zimmer sind grenzwertig winzig. Wenn man nur Bad-,WC- oder Zimmertür aufmachen will, muss jeder ausweichen. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, keine brauchbaren Ablagen, nur 1 Wandhaken und ein kl. Spint pro Person. Die Betten quietschen nachts, wenn man sich auch nur leicht bewegt, aber Matratze sauber und komfortabel. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr stickig, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt und sich das Fenster nicht öffnen lässt. Das ist im Sommer echt ein Problem. Der Ventilator, den man aus Platzmangel so gut wie nirgends im mini-Gehbereich aufstellen kann, ist sehr laut und zum Abkühlen des Raums ungeeignet.

L'emplacement qui était idéal pour aller à la gare d'Amsterdam. Le personnelles étaient vraiment bienveillant.

La douche était bien mais le petit bémol c'est que lorsque qu'on l'utilise elle mouille trop le sol de la salle de bain.

Ótima localização, apesar de pegar a balsa para a central vale a pena pois o lugar é muito mais tranquilo para se hospedar do que o centro, facilidade no checkin/checkout, lavanderia, opção de café da manhã ótima.

Ventoinha do banheiro não desliga.

L'auberge de jeunesse est très bien située, à une dizaine de minutes de la gare centrale en ferry gratuit. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et agréable. L'intérieur du bâtiment est assez moderne et semble avoir été rénové récemment. Les chambres étaient assez propres dans l'ensemble et étaient équipées de casiers.

Hélas, de nombreux points m'ont déçus durant mon séjour : - Au cours de la deuxième nuit, vers 4 heures du matin, il y a eu un dysfonctionnement avec l'une des toilettes et l'ensemble des chambres du couloir, dont la mienne ont été inondées. Le personnel est rapidement intervenu, mais il a dû faire irruption dans les chambres en pleine nuit, ce qui nous a tous réveillé. Jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour, l'air est resté très humide et j'ai eu des difficultés à respirer correctement avec mon asthme. Il semble y avoir un problème de conception dans les chambres car il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer et la pièce n'était pas suffisamment ventilée. Je regrette que le personnel n'ait pas communiqué par la suite sur l'incident et n'ait proposé aucune forme de compensation à ceux qui l'ont subi. - Cet établissement est improprement désigné comme une auberge de jeunesse car tous les services dont pourraient avoir besoin les voyageurs sont monétisés à l'excès. Il n'y a pas de cuisine accessible, contrairement à ce qui se fait dans la plupart des établissements de ce type. Le check-out est bien trop tôt, à seulement 10 heures et il est possible de payer pour partir plus tard. Le check-in est complètement déshumanisé et s'effectue sur une borne. Il est possible d'entreposer des bagages seulement en utilisant des casiers payants. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus et est extrêmement cher (presque dix euros). Pour votre information, un supermarché situé juste derrière l'établissement vend des pains au chocolat à 59 centimes. - La jeune femme qui s'occupait du check-out m'a extrêmement mal parlé car j'ai rendu la carte d'accès à ma chambre avec quelques minutes de retard. - L'établissement semble surdimensionné et accueille des groupes scolaires d'adolescents. En conséquence, il y avait de nombreuses nuisances sonores dans les couloirs.

Não há nenhum tipo de frigobar, cozinha, ou microondas. O café da manhã são coisas de mercado, pão fatiado de mercado, não estava ruim, mas não vale a pena: eu paguei antes por uma semana antecipadamente. Deixem para pagar no dia por que se um dia quiser comer outra coisa.

The windows don't open, it can get very hot in the summer weather at night. I was walking and enjoying the city the whole trip, so it didn't even matter that much.
