When we checked out the manager made a big fuss about one missing towel and charged us an outrageous extra 500 Bath for this old and used towel. Feels like a scam, we will not go there again. Win 500 Bat but lose 50k in the future. Never rip off customers, it will backfire.

The hotel was clean, modern and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Ao Nang. The rooftop pool and beautiful sunset views made our stay extra special.

Balcony was no more than two feet wide and triggered my vertigo massively. Also East facing so unusable during the day. No smoking anywhere near either pool. Restaurant was dismal.

Lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you, lovely rooms. Loved the roof top pool bar and the happy hour with the beautiful view. Loved the cocktails and nice food too. Only 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the beach so a win win. Will definitely be coming back again 😊

A very nice hotel with great swimming pools. The hotel is situated outside the busy part of Ao Nang and in walking distance from the very nice beach and some nice restaurants. I celebrated my 60th birthday during my stay here and I was delighted to find a very nice birthday surprise from the staff on my bed when we returned to the room.

There was some construction work going on next to the hotel which was a bit noisy.

The room was very good, spacious and well situated for the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety and was well presented. The hotel is in a good location.

Pool could be open later. The drinks were a lot more than other nearby places.

Het zwembad aan de kamer was helemaal top! Verder was de kamer ook echt prachtig en was de locatie ook goed!

Struttura nuova e pulita. Camera grandissima e silenziosa. Letti e cuscini comodi. Piscina sul roof top bellissima.

E’ situata un pochino prima della passeggiata serale dovendo quindi camminare quel poco in più per raggiungerla. La spiaggia su cui affaccia la mattina era impraticabile per l’alta marea. E non era comunque un mare eccezionale, almeno nei giorni che abbiamo trascorso lì.

Lovely space great roof top pools and bar. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Bathroom layout odd Bath squashed into a corner we had to climb into the bath to retrieve towels from towel rail. It’s currently surrounded by a building site quite entertaining watching the crane from the roof top!

Could not be more perfect

The question is what didn't I like. The answer, nothing. An outstanding Hotel. Highly recommend that you get a pool access room. Staff were great. A special acknowledgement for Harley who works at the Pool Bar.. He is a champion and sets the standards high for the other staff.

Desde que entras por la puerta, sabes que no va a fallar. El personal es una maravilla, las instalaciones son increibles, la habitación super amplia y cómoda.. el desayuno podría mejorar pero no está mal, tiene lo imprescindible.

Por decir algo, que está algo apartado pero en un paseo de 10 minutos estás en la calle principal.. esto también hace que tengas absoluta tranquilidad para dormir. No hay mal que por bien no venga

It’s was a little farther of a walk to things then expected. It was not bad but I go a lot so it became pretty exhausting. I eventually just had to start using Grab as my feet hurt! Still an amazing place to stay

Pobyt w Willi Granit w Krościenku był naprawdę bardzo udany. Spędziłem tutaj 4 noce i zdecydowanie mogę polecić to miejsce. Willa ma świetną lokalizację – bardzo blisko rynku w Krościenku, a jednocześnie stanowi doskonałą bazę wypadową na szlaki prowadzące m.in. na Trzy Korony i Sokolicę. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właściciel, pan Michał, który osobiście oprowadził mnie po obiekcie i w bardzo ciekawy sposób opowiedział o historii willi oraz swojej rodzinie. Dzięki temu pobyt miał nie tylko komfortowy, ale również wyjątkowy i bardzo osobisty charakter. Dużym plusem były również pyszne śniadania oraz miła, spokojna atmosfera. Z pobytu jestem bardzo zadowolony i z przyjemnością wrócę tutaj ponownie. Serdecznie polecam Willę Granit każdemu, kto chce odpocząć w pięknym miejscu i mieć świetną bazę do zwiedzania Pienin.

לקחת בחשבון שהמלון מול אתר בנייה כך שיש רעש ומנוף שהורס את הנוף הזמנו 2 חדרים כאשר בשניהם הציפות של המיטות היו עם כתמים שנראים רע ועדיף שלא אתאר מה זה ובמיטה השנייה כל הציפה עם קשקושים של טוש ( אין לי מושג איך שמים דבר כזה מראש) מייד שלחו צוות מהמלון להחליף הייתי ממליץ למלון לחלק פנסים לאורחים שחוזרים מבילוי אחרי חצות כי ממש חשוך והייתי מצפה מהמלון שישאיר תאורה מינמלית ארוחת בוקר בסדר,חסר מכונת קפה (כמו שיש בכל מלון בתאילנד) ולהוסיף גבינות שיהיה מגוון לשומרי כשרות

Limpeza - o hotel tem cheiro de esgoto O café da manhã sem variedade e poucas opções (sem básicos eg iogurte, frios, etc) Academia pequena de mais e fervendo - o ar não da conta O sistema “ecológico” do hotel é uma farsa. So te dão uma chave, quando não está no quarto nem as tomadas funcionam então não dá pra deixar o celular ou notebook carregando em quanto não estar no quarto. Nem os ventiladores da recepção estavam ligados - tudo claramente para cortar custos.

Very short walk to the beach. Staff was nothing short of amazing.

Hard to get an iced coffee alacarte until the 10am pool bar is open. I feel if they can, they should, at the breakfast bar. Sometimes, you just don't need a full buffet. (*In defense, All Rooms seem to have coffee makers, and there is a free pot in the lobby. I just wanted an iced coffee in this weather!)

Konumu çok iyi olmasa da iyi diyebilirim. Aşağı kattaki odada kaldığımız için havuza erişim güzeldi. Çokça kullandık. Aşağı havuzdaki barı da kullandık fiyatlar idealdi. Happy hourda kullanılabilir.

Nereden başlasam :). Balayına geleceğimizi söylemiştim ve buna göre bir oda düzenlemesi yapacaklarını söylemişlerdi, yapmadılar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ancak, biraz kurumsal bir görüntü var, içten gelmiyor. Kıyaslama yapmak istemiyorum ama buraya verdiğimiz fiyata yakın başka bir otelde kaldık Phuket’te. Krallar gibi ağırlandık, herkes aşırı samimi ve ilgiliydi, her gün nasıl olduğumuzu soruyorlardı. Burada öyle bir samimiyet göremedik. Yorumlarda görmüştük, banyodan bir gider kokusu geliyor deniyordu, doğruymuş. Bir lağım kokusu oluyor arada gün içerisinde. Rahatsız ediyor. Otelin politikasında, yastık-çarşaf vs yırtılması durumunda ceza durumu var. Daha ilk gece çarşafı kontrol ettim yatmadan, yırtık vardı. Başıma bir şey gelmesin diye direkt durumu önden izah ettim ve çarşaf değiştirildi. Ancak bu sefer de çarşafta yastıkların altına denk gelen yerde sarı lekeler vardı. Bu durum hiç profesyonel hissettirmedi. Otelin yanına başka bir otel yapılıyor, şu an onun gürültüsü ve şantiyesi var. Buna otelin yapacağı bir şey yok ama bir ses gürültüsü var. Otelin üst katındaki büyük havuzda sadece fotoğraf çekildik. 2 havuz da temiz değildi. Havuzda birilerinin attığı peçete gibi şeyler yüzüyordu. Bunu 2 gün de görünce girmekten vazgeçtik. Bu tür şeyleri müşterinin söylemesine gerek yoktur. Sürekli denetlenmeli. Özet olarak balayı diye geldik ama sadece yatmaya gittiğimizi bir otele dönüştü. Üzücü bir tecrübeydi.

Breakfast was on site which was convenient on 1 of our days deciding to have a lazy day. Prices very reasonable. The air con broke down after 1 night so we got a free upgrade to a pool facing room

A bit of a walk to the main strip of shops. After the first day, we realised that there were 2 BluSotel - one on main road and one on the back road. But if you want a bit of quiet, then Blu Sotel Smart is better.

The hotel had some great pools and the setting was nice over looking the beach and the limestone cliffs. The staff were reasonably friendly and the room was of a decent standard.

The building works going on next door made it a little noisier than people may like. The room could have done with a little tlc, it looked quite old and smelt a little damp.

Everything, staff especially, rooftop pool was amazing, the food from breakfast and on the rooftop amazing too. Rooms are big, you can order food or coffee in the room, the sea is 2 min away as well as orher restaurants and cafes and markets

The hotel was ok but the cleaning personnel stole from my room. I reported this to the reception and after allegedly reviewing the cameras they mentioned they didn’t notice anything. The reception didn’t allow me to verify that indeed no one stole a bag containing an electric razor from my room stating a police report needed to be created. The process is now on going. Do not stay in this hotel or keep every item in your room secured if you don’t want someone to steal it and then deny it.

The most disgusting problem was having a bag containing personal items stolen. A bag containing my electric razor was stolen on the last day after an ok stay. Breakfast mediocre. Corridors leaking after raining. Personnel mildly welcoming. Excessive cost per night. The stay was ok, nothing noteworthy. The only major problem that stands out is the cleaning personnel stealing items and the reception not taking this issue seriously at all. I should take their word for it when they say they reviewed the cctv? That’s just unacceptable.

Location, affordability, staff and the pool areas (3 pools) are great.

Tres bel hôtel, propre, chambre spacieuse. Nous avons adoré la grande piscine au RDC, la piscine sur toit est également magnifique, vue incroyable. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu répétitif mais nous convient parfaitement. Les personnels sont accueillants. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour.

Jai réservé une chambre au RDC avec accès directement à la piscine, il faudrait éventuellement améliorer la ventilation car nous sentons une légère remontée des eaux usées ou odeur humidité.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa. Las piscinas muy bonitas y cuidadas. Los accesos del hotel muy buenos. El desayuno bastante bien, nos prepararon desayuno para llevar el día que teníamos el vuelo. Está a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y a 7 de la zona de tiendas y bares, pero su localización es en una zona muy tranquila

The hotel was very close to the beach, restaurants, kayaking company and walking street. It was clean and very accessible to the gym, pools, and hotel restaurants. Plenty of stairways to walk up and down plus multiple elevators. There are two pool locations (first floor and rooftop). The staff was great. The front desk had amazing folks and always smiling. Met a bunch of them from early morning to evening. So shoutout to Mari, Nan, Dao, Leo, Ball & Meng who helped make the stay even better. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a tour to an island from the hotel travel desk. I checked some other tourist kiosks and they seemed to be very compatible. They also rent scooters on site. Even had my size a Honda scoopy. I did get the breakfast included and I thought it was good. They had an egg station. But also different options. Little pastries, toasts. I really liked the Pandan water they had one of those days. So I would recommend this place. Don’t get me wrong, children are great but, it was also nice to be in a hotel not having them run around.

Absolutely loved our stay and wish we had stayed longer. Our pool access room was amazing! The facilities in the hotel are great and a well worth it happy hour between 3-5pm

The only very slight issue is the distance from the main road but you can easily walk along the beach about 7mins and you're right in the thick of things. Oh the wifi connection isn't great either so be warned.

The rooftop pool is an attraction of itself. The view were amazing as well as the breakfast. Location is fantastic and they have a spa

Spacious room with lovely swimming pools. A good variety of breakfast options available.

For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed. Firstly, it is not a beachfront property. No sea view, except from the roof top pool. It is a short walk to the beach though, but does not feel like a beachfront front property. No iron available, only a pay for ironing service . The balcony definitely needs some maintenance - a coat of paint and the burglar rails are rusting. The bathroom tile grout can do with a better cleaning. It would be good to have a shuttle service to the beach at various times during the day. Later check out incurs an additional payment after 12 pm.

great stay! rooms were very comfortable and clean! a lot of space / storage space. very close to the beach. the rooftop pool is awesome with a lot of sitting/laying options and incredible view over the ocean. Definately coming back!

-5-10 walking distance to the main street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. But not a reason not to chose this Hotel :) -the included breakfast could have a bit more options.
