הנוף מהחדר מדהים, הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים ומרפסת וקיבלנו חדר בבניין 6, עם נוף לים ולצוק. החדר גדול מרווח ומאובזר בצעצועים לילדים, חדר הרחצה גדול. אהבנו את השאטלים מהלובי לבניין שחנו זה היה נחוץ כי העליה באמת תלולה וגם מחליק כשגשום.

הבריכה קטנה יחסית, הסביבה של הבריכה מחליקה מאוד.

The location of the resort is so strategic. It’s 5 mins away from the Aonang beach.. and buzzing with restaurants and shopping places… the staff is very friendly..

The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. ​What truly sets this hotel apart, is its amazing team. The staff here are incredible, genuinely warm, and dedicated to making every guest feel welcome. ​A personal moment really showed us how special this team is: during our stay, my son wasn't feeling well, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to care for us. They were attentive, compassionate, and helped us with everything we needed around the clock. The hotel was great, good modern rooms, comfy bed, brilliant shower and good views. Very friendly staff especially Kaka. Recommended.

Staying at this lovely facility was the highlight of my trip. The accommodations were very nice, but it was the staff that stood out as exceptional. My phone was lost in the sea, and Luna, Lee (recrption), and May (restaurant) went above and beyond to help me. I can never say enough about these 3 and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this facility. Great location too!!

The rooms was comfortable and clean, however little bit small for family of three.

The swimming pool area was very dirty and slippery, pool water was very harsh, lot of chlorine, my daughter had a horrible reaction to it, requiring medical attention. Ongoing building works and constant noise from it just outside kids pool was very inconvenient.

החדרים היו יפים, מרווחים ונקיים. קיבלנו סוויטת משפחה שהייתה מעוצבת מקסים ומותאמת גם לילדים, עם בובות על המיטות ואוהל טיפי למשחק, מחווה קטנה שהילדים מאוד אהבו. הנוף מהחדר היה פשוט מדהים, עם תצפית לצוקים המרשימים של קראבי ולים. מבחינת החדר עצמו, הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עמוסה מאוד וחסרת סדר. בכל בוקר היינו צריכים להסתובב ולחפש מקום פנוי לשבת, והיה חסר איש צוות שינהל את ההושבה. בנוסף, אם מגיעים מעט מאוחר (ועדיין בתוך שעות ארוחת הבוקר), חלק מהאוכל כבר נגמר ולא חודש במהירות. גם עמדת הכנת הביצים הייתה עמוסה מאוד, ובלא מעט פעמים ויתרנו בגלל התורים הארוכים. נקודה נוספת שפגעה לנו מאוד בחוויה הייתה האווירה בשטחים הציבוריים. בזמן השהות שלנו היו במלון הרבה קבוצות ומשפחות ישראליות, ולצערי חלק מהן התנהגו בצורה מאוד קולנית וחסרת התחשבות, צעקות, קללות ודיבור רם, גם ליד משפחות וילדים. הרגשנו שזה פגע משמעותית באווירת החופשה והשקט שחיפשנו. ברור שההתנהגות הזו אינה באחריות המלון, אבל היא השפיעה מאוד על החוויה שלנו.

Perfect for families. Our children loved the kids water play area and the swimming pool! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided a range of options: staff were very accommodating. My husband enjoyed the fitness center. We loved the location and it was very convenient. Beach was a short walk away.

Our balcony was very small . We would have preferred a swimming pool view room as the balconies seemed to be larger. Ours were facing the garden. The block we stayed in was a distance from the main lobby which was mainly an issue when it rained heavily as we had to walk outdoors. However there were buggies available for convenience.

Although we were happy with our stay, the price per night is quite high.

The party behind the hotel at a neighbouring resort is so loud before 10:30pm that i would not recommend staying in the higher rate room block, especially if you have children.

​We had a great family holiday at the Holiday Inn Krabi. When we arrived, our two booked rooms were not next to each other, which was difficult traveling with my kids. ​The management and reception team were absolutely incredible in helping us. The Manager, Mrs. Wai, along with Joy and the other wonderful team members at the reception desk whose names I didn't catch, listened to our problem right away and worked so hard to find a solution. Mrs. Wai kindly offered us a room upgrade first, but it was on the 4th floor and a bit too far for our needs, so we had to decline. Even though we said no, Mrs. Wai and her team did not give up. They kept checking the system and, by the very next day, she successfully moved us into rooms 3204 and 3205 right next to each other! ​This is a very good hotel with great facilities, but it is the excellent staff that makes it truly special. The reception desk is full of kind, helpful people. The outstanding care and effort from Mrs. Wai, Joy, and the rest of the reception staff made our vacation so much happier and stress-free. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of my family, we will definitely come back!

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this place.

Pool was a hit with the kids, staff were lovely and very attentitve. Luna was very accommodating when we had an issue and promptly responded - we enjoyed our stay and recommend it

Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but did the job.

Nothing went well. Came with family of 6 people to have a good time but had a horrible experience of the hotel.

Standard rooms were horrible. We were feeling disgusted at the breakfast hall. Looked and felt very unhygienic, dirty and overall the hotel gave a very bad feel. We had a very poor experience considering it was Holiday Inn. Staff was extremely rude. It looked like Holiday Inn did not give training to them to how to deal and handle clients.

חלק מהחדרים מרוחקים אחד מהשני, חדר האוכל לא מנוהל בהושבה וזה מייצר עומס בארוחת הבוקר ואנשים ממתינים לשולחנות.

Fantastic family hotel. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash area and kids club. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach, night market and everything else you can think of.

Kids slide were nice, the bunk bed was great and mattress super comfortable, breakfast was excellent

It was a typical resort. Nothing spectacular. Staff were friendly and willing to help. No expectations for tips at all which was a positive in a tourist resort and area.

Overall health and safety at the resort was none existent. Serious falls occurred around the pools as they are NOT non slip tiles and walking results in falls! You have to walk across the pool area to get to the lift for the lobby so it is a constant risk! All falls were reported to hotel staff and management with them saying they are aware of the issue but Holiday Inn Group have yet to act upon the issue with the tiles. Also had to pay 2000baht on check in that I was not aware of upfront (and apparently neither were other customers also checking in around me) so just bare this in mind when you book here.

This hotel is beautifully well kept. Very modern and our room was faultless. The staff are amazing the housekeeping team so thorough (noticed we drank more water than before so gave us more bottles). A kind upgrade also - we had building 6 which I would recommend as further away from street level. Lovely pool and loungers which had the sun all morning and most of afternoon and a welcome bit of shade in the afternoon. A perfect base location to walk Ao Nang beach and shops. Loads of restaurants and places to visit.

Slight noise - a gentle hum of music from the main strip, but this is NOT an issue with Holiday Inn they’re rooms are fantastic and with earplugs I could hear nothing, without a slight hum from nearby music, generally gone off by 11pm. I would absolutely book again without issue and I am a light sleeper, just worth noting if you want truly quiet you just need to be further away from the main strip.

Everything. The location was right on the street, so in an ideal location. I loved the room I was in, I was in a building at the back of the hotel away from the noise of the street. I was nervous about staying in a hotel located within a busy tourist area, but thankful for the peace.

So clean! Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and the food was phenomenal. The pool was multi tiered and great for families or couples. The poolside bar and restaurant was affordable and made lunch by the pool so easy. Transportation and concierge services were fantastic.
