Wybór dań na śniadaniu mógłby być większy. Jeszcze jedna drobna sprawa, ale jednak irytująca: hotel zapewniał żel do mycia rąk w tubce (podobnie jak żel do ciała i szampon), co było wyjątkowo niewygodne - przy każdym myciu rąk należało najpierw odkręcić tubkę.

The location was really nice. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The room was very small with a very weird design…the bathroom door was directly next to the bed !! The bathroom needed some maintenance The breakfast buffet options were very limited.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the food at their café was good. The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to food outlets, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, it was a convenient location for my stay.

En la habitación falta espacio donde dejar el equipaje, espacios muy reducidos que limitan el confort. La limpieza mejorable, así como la falta de toallas, apenas 1/ persona. En cuanto al servicio de habitaciones, lo realizan entre las 4-5pm, por lo que dificulta el descanso cuando vienes de visitar la ciudad por la mañana. El desayuno tiene poca variedad, limitadas opciones que nos hicieron salir a desayunar fuera.

-The hair dryer was not working I informed the big guy at the reception the day of my arrival he told me he will send someone to check on it and fix it while I was outside but nothing happened and nobody came so I couldn’t use the hair dryer during my whole stay. - the breakfast was not very good very basic

Excellent location, newly renovated hotel. Very convenient from all places to walk. We traveled with family and elders and the staff was very helpful for each request. Very sweetly packed breakfast for us to carry on early check-out.

Location and value for money.

Room 216 musky and bidet hose leaking. The rest ok. Staff just at their usual desk. Restaurant runner by foreign workers. Parking entrance and exit very narrow for MPV as required people to watch the pillars on entry and exit. Mattresses are hard. Breakfast value for money but seems like non-guests are dining.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the location was excellent, with everything we needed close by.

Breakfast was quite basic, with limited options to choose from. The room layout was a little unusual, as the wardrobe and clothes hangers were located behind the TV, which wasn’t very practical. The safe also wasn’t working during our stay. The TV initially didn’t work properly, so we couldn’t watch the World Cup matches. However, after we informed the staff, they promptly replaced the TV, and the issue was resolved. We appreciated their quick response and willingness to help.

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the room. Chawrasta and a variety of eateries are within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, the view from one of the room's windows was blocked by the building next door.

Not great value for money, room is tiny and quite a bit of mould in bathroom. Cleaning could be improved. A water filter should be installed in reception too.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like! The rooms were incredible, walking distance to everything felt very safe. There was a restaurant aswell. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaned everyday aswell!

Great rooms, housekeeping daily with water replacement, nice bathroom, TV with streaming services. Morning breakfast buffet is good with alternate meals on days. Laundry nearby to the hotel Staff are all lovely Room service is great with well priced food. Would recommend!

Staff is helpful

Rooms are not clean, towels have lipstick and residual. Bathroom was dirty. Sinks were not cleaned. Rooms were very small.

The hotel is in the middle of the Penang City and very convenient for all the places.

Maybe the breakfast should be have more choices.

Good value overall. Great location - walking distance of many interesting places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Wi-Fi speed was good.

The room was small, and there wasn't enough space to hang clothes. The space wasn't really used efficiently - there was room for more rails to hang clothes on - but the space was taken by a strange cupboard. The breakfast was only average, and the layout of the restaurant was inconvenient. Finally, a clearer sign at the front of the hotel would be good - we had to check Google Maps to see if we had stopped at the right place.

The location was really good for exploring George Town. A bus stop was nearby. The staff were really helpful.

The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos show. We had premier rooms but they were still very small and one of our rooms had a large pillar in the middle of it. Breakfast was Asian style but hardly had any fruit.

Breakfast was lack of variety. It's the same menu everyday, and we stayed for a week so eating the same thing for a week is a bit.. unsatisfactory

There were so many things that needed to be fixed in the room. Our bathroom door broke 2 times, the fridge wasn't cold, and the safe box keeps ringing that we had to keep on asking someone from the front table to come and fix them.

Los trabajadores muy amables, nos cambiaron de habitación por problemas de ruido. Además el último día salíamos muy temprano y nos ofrecieron desayuno para llevar. Esta muy céntrico, justo al lado del metro por lo que es muy fácil moverse.

Excellent service and good hotel! The Duty manager was very accommodating when I wanted to shift rooms to meet my specific needs. They have a good cafe on the ground floor + workspace facing the road. Cleans and well managed hotel. Overall great experience - Definitely recommend!

Clean room and toilet. Good service team and front desk. Very good food at Monkey Kitchen Restaurant and the price was very reasonable. Excellent location to both Little India and the entertainment and street foods around Chulia Street. Walking distances to good street food and heritage areas.

Rooms were small. Walls between room was not sound proof and can hear noise from next room.

This hotel is excellently situated around the corner from a great expat bar with great food. Actually, there is great food everywhere. The staff were always friendly and attentive. As with any big hotel, there are problems that crop up like an internet router going down, but the staff were quick to resolve them. The rooms (I dont consider dungeons without windows rooms) were sound proofed and always kept clean by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfy, and the shower pressure brilliant. For a three star hotel, you get a big bang for your buck! I originally booked a week and stayed three!

The breakfast is beyond terrible, and quite frankly a disgrace in the food capital of the world, but there are plent of delicious options around the hotel.
