Great location with lovely staff! We'd booked a double room but for 3 people so we kind of expected there would be more than 1 bed, however when there wasn't they upgraded us to a triple room instantly, which was amazing. The Arabic restaurant attached was great too, along with the incredible red garden food court opposite!

Honestly very little, the lift was a bit noisy especially during the night when trying to sleep, but besides that no problems!

they did not provide breakfast, but it is ok because of the location, there are a lot of restaurants available nearby. The receptionist really friendly and courteous. the room very clean and comfortable.

I booked the room as I was working remotely. It had a big desk and good wifi, so no issues there. Friendly staff, spacious room

It would be nice if you offered a laundry service for a hotel of your standard. Also a bit noisy from the karaoke outside, and struggled for warm water under the shower

A pretty new boutique hotel with well-maintained exterior with clean and new interiors. Furnishings were modern and cozy. Was greeted at a reception by Shah. She had a genuinely friendly and welcoming manner and also saw us to the door when we left. Great service! Photos on the site match with actual experience in real life. Not too far from the airport too - less than half an hour!

Only downside is the safe box was not working and the toilet had a sewer smell.

Location is excellent. Room (middle, front) was surprisingly large.

There was no tag to hang on the door handle to indicate that service was required, or not. Only one room on the floor had one, during our six nights there. Consequently room cleaning service was a,bit erratic

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. C’est un joli hôtel, qui a été rénové il y a plusieurs années. Les chambres sont spacieuses, joliment décorées, la literie est confortable. La localisation est parfaite : vous êtes en face de Mansion Blue et du food court Red Garden. Plusieurs restaurants très sympathiques sont accessibles à pied, et vous pouvez facilement découvrir toute la vieille ville à pied. L’accueil a été particulièrement sympa. Un remerciement tout particulier à la dame de la réception, présente à la fin du mois de juillet, qui a été adorable et très attentionnée.

All the staff are very helpful. I liked the food from the Arabic Restaurant.

Strategic location. Right on the G level git arab foods restaurant. The room is clean and the TV is big. Overall its a good experience. Even got small ice box.

Parking limited. Got food court right in front of the hotel so the traffic is a little bit terrible at noon. At night, the parking will be a big issues. But if u arrive late like 12am above, no problem in finding parking

The rooms aren't really that clean as there are dust quite visible at the mattresses. The rooms can hear the lift sound.

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They came into the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. The floor was dirty, and the carpet as well.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is right smack in the middle of the eateries and heritage shophouses. The Blue Mansion was right across the street from it.

The person(s) who cleaned our room didn't clean it during one of the 4 days we stayed innthe hotel. We had told him to come and clean after we had gone out in an hour or so when he came to our door at 9 a.m. to clean. Then the next day he did clean but did not wash or change the coffee cups which we had used since Day 1. We had to call and ask for.toilet paper because he didn't provide us with a new roll even though there was hardly any left when he came to clean. As for the room, i am glad we were given one facing the back because one facing the street out front would have been noisy. However, it lacked a few essential things to make it really up to snuff: 1) There was no bedside lamp which one can turn on so as not to disturb the other person already sleeping with the room lights having to be on; 2) No electric socket in the bathroom, so one had no choice but to dry one's hair in the bedroom even while the other person is already asleep; 3) An extra towel bar to hang face towels or washed undies would have been nice and useful. Finally, I told a person in the front desk after we checked in that the letter "H" in the name of the hotel above the entrance is hanging loose and could fall down on a guest's head anytime, not to mention it is an eyesore when taking photos with the front of the hotel in the background. But it still wasn't fixed by the time we left 4 days later 😕

The location and cleanliness were excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The only minor issue was that my room faced the street opposite the restaurant, where karaoke could be heard from around 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on both nights of my stay. This may not be a problem for most guests, but for senior travellers or those who prefer to rest and sleep early, it could be a little disruptive. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Probably the best hotel for the price paid. Located strategically near the touristy part of Georgetown. Many eateries nearby. Parking was provided free. Room large and the aircon very good. Water pressure great. Bed was very comfy.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. Nonostante di fronte alla nostra camera ci fosse un locale serale era comunque molto silenziosa.

Looks clean and nice externally. The entrance to the hotel looks grand as well. Relatively central, easy walk to central Georgetown streets. Convenient for food, there’s a food market right opposite the hotel. I think the blue building is The Blue Mansion which is right opposite the hotel too.

The food market right opposite the hotel also hosts a karaoke stage at night. They finish at about midnight. If you’re an early person you may need to wear ear plugs, unless your room is facing the other side of the building. The room is clean, too but not as modern as you’d imagine from the external or the entrance of the hotel.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. As hotel guests, we expected the parking facilities to be managed properly and prioritized for paying customers. Instead, the parking area was filled with vehicles that appeared to belong to non-guests, leaving almost no spaces available for hotel guests. To make matters worse, one vehicle was occupying two parking spaces, yet no action was taken by the hotel staff despite the issue being obvious. The lack of parking enforcement and management was extremely frustrating. We spent nearly two hours searching for a parking space. After paying for accommodation, guests should not have to waste that much time simply trying to park their vehicles. If the hotel cannot ensure that parking spaces are available for its own guests, then the parking system needs serious improvement. This experience significantly affected our stay and left us with a poor impression of the hotel. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and implements measures to prioritize hotel guests and properly enforce parking rules.

Location was spectacular. It was very easy too go anywhere. Parking space was great. A lot of food round the area, nothing to worry if you get hungry in the middle of the night. The staffs were all excellent except for one guy, but I am sure he had a bad day.

The walls and floor were a little too thin that we were woken up by footsteps from the floor above. Not that big of a deal, really. It's a basic hotel with a reasonable price so for a guest to complain anything more would be ridiculously petty. So all good!

Everything was good except the water heater shower system needs improvement.

Previous guests smoked in the room which left unpleasant smell in there. Smoke detector installation may be considered to avoid this in the future.

The hotel was conveniently near to Chinatown with many good FnB within walking distance. The cafe next door "The Higher Ground" and a little further "Kenny Hills" are good places to chill. The staff at all the three establishmentswere very helpful and friendly and made our stay more pleasant.

The restaurant was still under renovation though it was supposed to be open at the time we were there. However this was not a big issue as there were many FnB within walking distance.

Just a fantastic location and a very spacious room. We were actually surprised how luxurious the Leith was at such an affordable price. We will be coming back here again.

Location is strategic.. just walking distance for attractive place to visit. the room also clean and the layout room is just nice.

opposite the hotel, there is a restaurant that's provide karaoke on night onwards. a bit noisy but still acceptable. lucky that's uncle voice singing is good.

The parking was sufficient and the staff were very helpful. When I requested for time extension, they were very helpful to check room availability. It was very convenient as it was very accessible to food and tourist attractions

Heritage with a lot of historical details

Its location was close to the conference I was attending. Luqman in Reception was very helpful and went over and above the call of duty to assist me when I had difficulties at the Hotel
