Fantastic food, exceptionally clean

WiFi not usable.. also I wasn't informed until last day about premium all inclusive, would have been happy to pay every day €15 for branded drinks and handmade cocktails. I understand there are different menus but when I requested a premium drink I was told not available on all-inclusive.

Location is great

- I found the reception staff very rude and not customer service orientated at all - the WiFi in the hotel is absolutely shocking, this needs addressed as after a very short time connection disconnects - The room door card stopped working half way through my stay, not a great experience - Room and bathroom very small, not much room for clothing to be stored away (especially the terrace rooms)

Location was the best especially for the eclispe, hotel staff on the whole were really helpful especially the bar staff and bedroom cleaners. Rooms were spotless but small but did the job, pool area was lovely along with the outside bar.

The was breakfast was handled, we had not included this in our short stay but when we did pay and were in the breakfast room my wife was stopped and rudely spoken too after we had paid and i had to prove this.

Good location, only a short walk from Santa Ponsa beach. The hotel itself is genuinely attractive and modern, which makes some of the choices below harder to explain.

The room was on the first floor, directly above what appears to be a kitchen or staff entrance. Every night we were treated to either reggaeton between roughly 00:30 and 01:00, or a loud staff conversation. Neither was included in the room description. Breakfast was basic. The bacon was cold even immediately after a fresh refill, which suggests the issue is the setup rather than the timing. Pool towels require a 10 euro deposit per towel, cash only. When we asked how to pay, we were directed to the ATM inside the hotel, which charges 3,45 euro per withdrawal. Charging the deposit to the room number would solve this in one step, so the current system mainly benefits the machine.

The hotel is in a great location and appears clean at first glance.

I initially really liked the hotel, but that changed on the second night, when bed bugs started coming out from behind the headboard. When I first arrived in the room, there was a strong chemical smell and the balcony door was open, presumably to air the room out. It seemed strange, but in an otherwise clean hotel, it never occurred to me that this might be because the hotel was aware of a bed bug infestation and had chosen to use an ineffective chemical spray instead of proper professional pest control. I have no idea whether the entire hotel is infested, but I would strongly recommend avoiding a stay here. I did not sleep at all that night and left the hotel first thing in the morning.

I did ask for something to be left in the room on our arrival and this was agreed but it wasn’t there. The only thing negative. The hotel was great overall

So many hotels have beds with duvets, even though in Mallorca in summer, a sheet is all you need. This hotel is one of few which provides the sheet and makes it unnecessary to use air conditioning

The hotel is a 2-mins walk from the beach, and near bus station = great location if you want to use it as a base to travel to Palma, Paguera, etc. The hotel has a boutique look and feel, the rooms are quite big and spacious, the breakfast has a very good selection of international food (Spanish, British). The beach nearby is clean and beautiful, and there are a few hidden coves 15-minutes walk, real gems.

The pictures give a bit of a different idea - the hotel looks older and is not as well maintained. My room had a slippery bath (showers would work better), the windows didnt have double/triple glazing so you could hear everything from the nearby bars incl. music - and the guests partying well into the night. The staff should be trained on empathy and basic understanding they are hired to support customers - they were clueless and unhelpful most of the time. The price was too high vs. quality offered, in my opinion.

It’s a great location, right next to beach. It is very clean and modern. I would stay here again.

It was quiet hotel, no music at the pool , if you’re looking for a quiet holiday, ideal… it just lacked a bit of atmosphere.

The pool opening at 9am upset me, I’m an early riser and wanted to relax by the pool after my morning run. Weren’t allowed in the pool area until 9am. For my all inclusive there wasn’t enough snacks available throughout the day. Mattress dipped in the middle due to wear and tear. Felt as tho I was rolling into a hole.

The room was spacious, the hotel was clean overall, and the location was good and convenient.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The hotel also has a strict non-smoking policy everywhere, including the private balcony of the room. This should be clearly communicated before booking, as it can be an important factor for guests. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and often seemed annoyed. Another issue was the pool area, where sunbeds were reserved with towels early in the morning, even though nobody was using them for hours. The hotel should actively manage this, for example by removing towels after a certain time if the sunbeds are left unused. Unfortunately, some guests did not follow basic pool and hotel etiquette, including inappropriate clothing in shared areas. I would expect the hotel to enforce its standards more clearly to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Die Lautstärke zum Hinterhof war nachts etwas störend da dort ständig Flaschen in Tonnen geworfen wurden.

Location was good , pool area was nice & had a smart tv

The beds were very hard, the rooms are compact and not spacious at all. Our room had another room connected so could hear the people next cough & talk. We were talking one evening & someone was knocking to tell us be quiet. Not a comfortable room at all to be honest so we didnt like spending time there

The breakfast and dinner buffet were good, and we also appreciated the hotel’s location, which worked well for our plans in Santa Ponsa. The pool area was also quite nice

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Most of the staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. One of us became quite unwell due to poor air quality and an unpleasant smell in the room, so we would not recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to air conditions. When we tried to ask for a room change or assistance, we did not feel supported, and some staff members spoke about us in Spanish in front of us, assuming we wouldn’t understand. In addition, the ventilation failed two nights in a row in one of the rooms, and we woke up both nights feeling very stuffy and with headaches due to poor airflow.

La posizione ottima, fantastica la colazione, molto belli gli spazi comuni e l'area piscina. Staff delle pulizie molto gentile. Letti molto ampi e comodi. Bella la vista dalla camera anche se non era fronte mare. Buona la pulizia.

Ospiti spesso molto molto rumorosi, durante la notte, tanto da non riuscire a dormire, camera piccolissima con spazio davanti al letto cosi esiguo da rendere difficile passare, bagno con un odore orrendo di fogna, camera con porta interna su altra stanza che lasciava passare tutti i rumori possibili (bagno, tv, telefono e voce) come se gli altri ospiti fossero nella mia stanza.
