Vorige keer konden we ons rustig verkleden in de spa toe aankwamen dit jaar moest je je maar omkleden in de wc. Op de dag van vertrek konden we wel beneden omkleden Dat was wel handig.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana ad agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. È stata un’esperienza che ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliare! Una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La colazione era davvero abbondante e varia, con tantissime possibilità. Una vera chicca, soprattutto in vacanza, è stata la possibilità di fare colazione fino alle 12:00: per noi è stato fantastico poter dormire e goderci la mattina con calma, senza la necessità di svegliarci presto per non perdere la colazione. Anche la posizione dell’hotel è ottima. La spiaggia di Santa Ponça si raggiunge comodamente in circa 7/8 minuti a piedi e proprio davanti all’hotel c’è una fermata dell’autobus, che abbiamo utilizzato spesso per spostarci e visitare diverse zone dell’isola. Abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Camp de Mar sia Platja d’Illetes. Inoltre, da Santa Ponça abbiamo preso anche la navetta per trascorrere una giornata a Es Trenc, davvero comodissima. Proprio di fronte all’hotel c’è anche un supermercato molto grande e ben rifornito, che per noi è stato una vera salvezza per diversi pasti. Abbiamo infatti sfruttato tantissimo il terrazzo della nostra camera, che era molto spazioso e che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto: perfetto per mangiare qualcosa la sera e, cosa non da poco, anche per stendere e asciugare gli asciugamani della spiaggia! Nei dintorni dell’hotel ci sono inoltre tantissimi ristoranti di ogni tipo, quindi per la sera avevamo davvero l’imbarazzo della scelta senza doverci spostare troppo. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente alla palestra: davvero super attrezzata e molto più fornita di quanto ci aspettassimo, proprio come si può vedere dalle foto/video allegati. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! Anche la piscina è stata molto apprezzata e ha reso ancora più piacevoli i momenti di relax.

Si trova davanti ad alcune fermate del bus, tra cui quello per andare e tornare dall'aeroporto di Palma, molto comodo. Il mare non si vede se non in lontananza, ma a piedi è raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti e hai una vista della città davvero incantevole.

Arredo della camera scarno, sul terrazzo solo due sedie e niente più, lo rendevano quasi inutile. Nessun filo o sistema per stendere. Bagno con un lavello e una sola mensola, nonostante lo spazio ci fosse. Ultima cosa, se proponi il bidoncino della Nutella originale a colazione mi aspetto che venga riempito con Nutella originale...

Hotel room were clean, but little bit small. Staff have been nice and tried to help if we needed something. Breakfast was nice, you get what you need :). We appreciated a possibility to store our luggage during our stay at the town before leaving.
Absolutely no facilities in the room, just a refrigerator that is not cooling well and a safe - that is pretty much standard for a room I think. But overall it's a good hotel even for a longer stay, but count with a lack of facilities in the room (:

Camere curate si suficient de mari cu terasa generoasa. Camere dotate cu frigider si televizor. Mic dejun foarte bun si variat.
Curtea si piscina sunt mici.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the hotel was very clean. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. We would definitely stay here again.
The Wi-Fi could be improved, as it was very slow and often didn’t work properly in our room. Apart from that, everything else was great.

On the first room the shower didn’t close properly and curtains were narrower than the windows facing east, so it was not possible to keep the room dark during early morning. After the first night I woke up full of bites. I asked to change the room and the hotel agreed. On the second room the WiFi was on and off and the shower flooded big time since there was a massive leak at the floor level. The staff didn’t care much about all the reported issues. I wouldn’t recommend it at all if you are looking to relax.

La salle de bain où il n’y avait aucun rangement et même pas de crochets pour les serviettes et la douche était extrêmement petite . La piscine soit disant ouverte de 10h à 18h et un soir un groupe de jeunes filles qui criaient , rigolaient et se baignaient jusqu’à 20h ??tout le quartier a entendu manifestement pas l’établissement !!!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026We had a problem with our first room, talked with the staff and they right away changed our room and even provided an upgrade that made our stay even more comfortable. All staff was very kind and helpful.
The original room we were placed in had plumbing problems.

По всей ванной плесень, это ужасно просто, как можно такой отель вообще еще не закрывать на реконструкцию? Дышать невозможно в номере, снимали 2 номера, в одном просто все в плесени, в другом вода по стенам льется в комнате в туалете. Ужас а потом Ханта вирусы не понимаю в Европе из за чего, да потому что вот такие засраные отели.
