You had to pay to use large sunbeds on the rooftop.would have been better to have ordinary sunbeds for mor people to experience the setting. More sunbeds around the bottom pool as it was a bit of a struggle to get one.

The food is good, and there are plenty of different options to choose from. They change the menu daily for both breakfast and dinner. There is also a lovely outdoor bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink. They offer a shower room in case your flight is later than check-out, which is very convenient. You can also get beach towels for a €10 deposit, which is amazing as there is no extra fee, and you can exchange them for fresh ones every day. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are replaced whenever you leave them on the floor. Everyone is friendly and respectful. We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

The location was central and close to the beach

We chose this hotel as it is a familiar name and expected quite high standards but we were quickly disappointed that we had spent the money to stay here. Above all else, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The reception, bar staff and security angrily spoke to me and my partner like badly behaved children several times; for very minor things like taking condiments outside with our food or asking for water before the bar was open. The cleaning staff were not at all thorough on a daily basis; not changing bedding, just the towels. There is loud and disruptive music played every day at the pool from around 1pm to 6pm so I wouldn’t stay if you wanted to relax by the pool. If you are thinking chilled beachy music, you would be incorrect. The rooftop terrace sun beds were all ripped so it was very uncomfortable up there. The breakfast was honestly shocking. The selection was awful and largely unhealthy. You can hear everything from other hotel rooms because of the vents and you can hear people on the street shouting and screaming. The balcony door did not shut properly as it was on a simple hook rather than the door’s actual lock. So we didn’t sleep well at all, especially on the weekend. Not much to say that is positive honestly. We absolutely will not be coming to this hotel again.

Habitació gran i confortable, molt ben situat davant la platja, piscina del terrat amb vistes espectaculars. Personal molt amable i atent.

L'horari de la piscina es molt reduït tanquen a les 18h la piscina gran i a les 19h la petita de dalt. Es estiu i fa calor l'horari hauria de ser fins les 20h o 20.30h quan es pon el sol. Falta vigilant a la piscina, ja que a la de dalt com hi ha bar per a majors de 16 anys hi ha gent que veu massa i el comportament d'alguns es pèssim, es porten molt millor els nens que alguns adults.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Zimmer mit herrlichen Ausblick. Modern und sauber. Personal super freundlich. Englisch sollte man allerdings bisschen sprechen können, denn deutsch spricht niemand. Service super. Reinigung top. Frühstück... naja, es ist eben Spanien. Aber alles frisch. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich unschlagbar. Vom Flughafen aus erreicht man das Hotel in etwa 25 Minuten. Wir würden hier ein Taxi empfehlen, das ungefähr 45–50 € kostet. Der vom Hotel angebotene Transfer ist deutlich teurer. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, den man nach einem kurzen Weg über die Straße erreicht. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Liegen am Strand gehören nicht zum Hotelangebot und kosten 10 € pro Tag. Auch die Poolanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, sodass man morgens nicht extra reservieren muss. Poolhandtücher können gegen eine Kaution von 10 € ausgeliehen werden. Besonders schön ist der Infinitypool im 5. Stock. Er ist zwar eher klein, dafür ist die Aussicht wirklich traumhaft. Auch das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Es gibt täglich frisch gegrillte Fleisch- und Fischgerichte und eine gute Auswahl. Besonders lecker fanden wir die Kuchen und Desserts. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir allerdings die Regelung am Anreisetag. Obwohl dieser Tag bereits bezahlt war, durften wir das Frühstück noch nicht nutzen. Das hätten wir bei einem bereits bezahlten Aufenthalt anders erwartet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings wurde mit uns ausschließlich Englisch gesprochen.

Getränke sind bei Halbpension während des Essens nicht inklusive – nicht einmal Wasser. Es gibt zwar einen Wasserspender, allerdings muss hierfür eine spezielle Flasche für 6 € gekauft werden. Die eigene Flasche darf nicht verwendet werden. Das fanden wir ziemlich schade. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind für uns jedoch die Zimmer und vor allem die Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer wirken insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und waren leider nicht besonders sauber. Die Möbel sind teilweise beschädigt, die Farbe ist abgesplittert oder mit Farbflecken vom Streichen versehen. Auch an den Wänden befinden sich viele Flecken und beschädigte Stellen wurden teilweise nur notdürftig ausgebessert. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls nicht gründlich gereinigt. Eine Toilettenbürste gibt es weder im Zimmer noch auf den öffentlichen Hoteltoiletten. Bei der Zwischenreinigung unseres Zimmers wurde außerdem nicht einmal der Hygieneeimer geleert, was gerade bei zwei menstruierenden Frauen im Zimmer sehr unangenehm und aus unserer Sicht hygienisch problematisch ist. Auch die Betten haben uns enttäuscht. Die Zudecken sind lediglich teilweise mit einem Laken bedeckt, sodass man entweder nur unter dem dünnen Laken oder direkt unter der Zudecke schläft. Die Decken hatten teilweise Flecken und die Bettlaken sogar Löcher. Insgesamt hat uns hier einfach das Gefühl von Sauberkeit und Wohlbefinden gefehlt.

Muy bien ubicado. El hotel está justo enfrente de la playa. Muy fácil llegar a Palma o al aeropuerto. El personal super atento y amigable. El hotel tiene de todo, todo super limpio y con encanto. La habitación muy agradable y espaciosa. La piscina chill out maravillosa. Las comidas tipo buffet, gran variedad y muy rico todo.

Nous avons adoré la localisation et beaucoup aimé l'hôtel en général. La chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine sur le toit.

Les lits étaient tout juste passables, on sentait les ressorts. Un des porte-savon s'est détaché du mur et n'a jamais été remis. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon mais il y avait du choix.

The location is fantastic. It’s right on the beach you just need to cross the road. There is a pharmacy, supermarket and lots of restaurants next door to the hotel it couldn’t be in a better location

However. We booked this trip as a romantic get away. There’s an adults only pool which is lovely and shown on the pictures. There’s only 16-18 sun loungers, if that, that are covered with people’s towels. There are 10 double beds around the pool which no one is allowed to use unless you pay a £60 per day charge. Even though it was dead but all of the beds had towels on and there was 10 empty double beds we were told we weren’t allow to sit on it. Understand if they want to make more money but to pay £836 for 3 days and not be able to get a bed is ridiculous. Especially when every single double bed was empty. We asked staff if they could bring more beds up and they refused so your only option was to sit on a table and chairs that you would eat your food off. Food was also terrible. Super over priced and greasy.

Schöne Lage, Liegen am Pool waren nicht früh Morgens besetzt, schönes Zimmer und das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und frisch

Einziges Manko war, dass die WC Türen im EG schwer zu schließen waren, einmal war die Türklinke defekt und ich kam alleine nicht mehr raus.

We booked a room with a sea view. The manager on duty gave us a room on the first floor. No chance to see the sea there because of high trees. We had to change the room for the second night.

Location was amazing and the breakfast was great, there was an amazing variety. Staff were accommodating with requests when they could be.

Our rooms a/c system didn’t seem to work and wouldn’t allow us to set it to a nice temperature. Our towels weren’t changed as often as I’d hoped, despite leaving them on the floor like it says to when you want new ones. Our room also had a birds nest above it, meaning the balcony was often covered in dirt but that didn’t bother us too much. However we had many instances were staff, I’m assuming cleaners, would enter our room as early as 7:30 and 8am when we were still inside sleeping and this was quite annoying, once I was showering when this happened and I felt so embarrassed.

Bőséges svédazstalos reggeli és vacsora. Érdemes a félpanziot választani. A szállódára ráférne némi felújítás, de mindenért kárpótol a személyzet segítőkészsége és kedvessége.

Wifi és a klíma termosztát kapcsolója valahol az őskorban ragadtak, ezeket érdemes lenne cserélni , felújítani. Mást nemigen tudnék felsorolni.

Absolutely no recommended to travel during July. The hotel was packed with drunk Irish kids leaving school partying (which is a great experience for them of course) but waking up from puke, screams, fire outside is just not what we hoped for when we paid this hotel.

Abends war es sehr laut waren ein paar Gruppen da (jugendliche) (18-25) Jahre die hatten gar keinen Respekt vor den anderen Leuten, die sind Abends spät und Nachts durch die Gänge gelaufen und geschrien, sind in den Pool gesprungen und da noch geschrien obwohl der Pool nur bis 20h auf hatte und hatte das Gefühl dass die nichts gesagt bekommen haben

Le changement de chambre a été demandé en raison d'un problème d'eau qui coulait. Au départ, il m'a été proposé de faire des allers-retours entre les deux chambres le temps que le problème soit résolu. Finalement, j'ai insisté pour obtenir un changement de chambre définitif. Cette solution aurait dû être mise en place dès le début.

Die Lage war leider das einzig richtig überzeugende am Hotel.

Es wurde in 10Tagen nicht 1x das Bad oder den Balkon gereinigt, sie haben lediglich das Bett frisch gemacht und den Boden um das Bett herum aufgenommen. Es war sehr laut, viele junge Partygäste (Engländer). Die Lifte funktionierten nicht bzw. nur bedingt - wir sind in einem davor stecken geblieben, Personal nicht wirklich entgegenkommend. Wir sassen mehr als 30min im Lift fest und niemand vom Personal kümmerte sich um Kontakt zu uns oder haben uns nicht empfangen als uns der Techniker frei gelassen hat.

Camere non insonorizzate, con molti ospiti che facevano casino di notte. Colazione non rifornita dopo che le cose venivano finite.

Ho soggiornato nella stanza 243 ampia con grandi letti e abbastanza comodi. Il terrazzino della stanza ospitava un nido di passeri, specie protetta e quindi intoccabile, questo comportava escrementi sulla pavimentazioni quindi impossibile usufruirne. Inoltre era adiacente al bagno che serve la piscina sul tetto quindi disagio durante le ore in cui si vorrebbe riposare.

Everything was amazing! Starting with the perfect location, right across the beach, delicious food, really diverse, everything clean, the hotel employees are always down to help or offer you the best advice. We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but they were kind to keep 4 plates for us filled with delicious food and drinks for everyone. Special thanks to Carlos and Beatrice, the two fantastic people who took great care of us at breakfast and dinner to never miss something and have the best experience.

We only booked 1 week, and that was short. Next year we'll definitely book 2 weeks!😁

Some of the staff were very surly - the shower door didn’t close properly so water escaped all over the bathroom floor - a/c was either turned down or off at night so the room became unbearably hot - we couldn’t connect to the wifi - pool area was rammed and no free beds so we had to sit on the floor

I loved the location of this hotel. Our room was lovely and clean.

I didn't like that we could never get a sun lounger around the pool therefore we had to go out most days. Until we discovered we could book a cabana in the rooftop area.

Dass die Liegen bereits früh morgens von den Gästen reserviert wurden.

Das Hotel ist optisch sehr ansprechend, dies gilt Außen sowie Innen. Es gibt tägliche Angeboten wie z.B. Yoga oder Abends DJ-Night auf der Dachterasse. Besonders die Dachterasse ist bei Sonnenuntergang ein absolutes Muss! Dabei kann man verschiedene frische Cocktails und Snacks genießen. Als Willkommen gab es einen Drink aufs Haus.

Leider waren bereits am Morgen alle Liegen reserviert. Einen Platz am Pool zu bekommen war dadurch bis zum Nachmittag quasi unmöglich. Auf der Dachterasse gab es sehr wenig Schatten. Leider gab es im gesamten Hotel keine Klobürste.

Rustig stadje zonder zon-zee-zuipen. Voldoende voorzieningen in de omgeving. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ongeveer 20-30 minuten rijden van vliegveld en Palma. Eigen afgeschermd parkeerterrein (tegen betaling).

Vogelpoep op de grond van het balkon vanwege nesten zwaluwen in het plafond van het balkon. Daardoor niet buiten kunnen zitten. De schoonmaak heeft waarschijnlijk te weinig tijd om de kamer en balkon grondig tussendoor schoon te kunnen maken. Temperatuur van het douchewater fluctueert behoorlijk tijdens het douchen. Strandbedjes worden gereserveerd door mensen die verder vrijwel de hele dag afwezig waren. Gereserveerde strandbedjes moeten mijns inziens door het management leeggemaakt worden. Handdoeken ergens verzamelen of iets dergelijks zoals ook bij andere hotels gebeurd.

The location is perfect. The staff at the restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. At front desk Aminia was very welcoming and met u with a very positive vibe.

I did book sea view but from the balcony it was not possible to see anything since it was at bottom floor. This should be more clear for customers when make the reservations. I would call it sea side and not sea view. U need a room at 3rd floor or higher to see the ocean. Front desk staff need to be more alert and smile a bit more, more energy. Aminia is the role model, I guess she is the manager for the front desk. Not sure. The property is worn a bit and soon need a refurbishment to keep the 4 star level.

Hotel entrance is very inviting, clean and bright and the reception staff were pleasant and nothing was a problem. Rooms was spacious and clean. The towels were changed every day.

Came here to celebrate my birthday. Had a fabulous time. Comfortable sleep inducing beds, a great shower, wonderful staff( a shout out to Stefano Espejo) fabulous location opposite a white sandy beach with sapphire and emerald sparkling waters. This is a fine friendly Hotel that deserves to thrive. This was our second visit. All the Staff were approachable, welcoming and helpful. It's a place to relax, leave your troubles behind you for the duration of your stay. We will be back!

I guess its a sign of the times and of Companies raining in, but the first time I stayed here 2 years ago, unexpectedly I received a bottle of chilled prosseco and a box of chocolates as a birthday gift. This year' absolutely nothing 'although we were given a welcome glass of sparkling wine and a chocolate each. We did have a minor problem with the bathroom door but once we informed the desk staff it was promptly fixed. Don't understand putting a kettle in a room with no tea or coffee sachets personally but there are shops close by to purchase tea coffee and milk so not a problem. Managed to even find oat milk which is the only milk I can drink! The Hotel do provide a variety of milks at breakfast for everyone's taste. We were breakfast only of which there was all the usual fayre, crusty rolls, bacon, eggs (scrambled, omelettes, fried) baked beans. Mushrooms etc Toast. Hot food. Pastries. Fruits. Cereals yoghurts. Will set you up a treat for the morning. Not keen on tea and coffee machines myself and the tiny cups on offer were frustrating but larger cups can be found in the room. We tended to have a lovely morning coffee in our room on the balcony with its great view of the beach. Superb! Was a little confused about the large dark green woolly looking tapestry over the bed! Would have thought something themed would have been more suited to a beach holiday stay. A splash of colour, sunshine, the beach, boats bobbing on sapphire waters sort of thing but then the tapestry didn't ruin my holiday. Nothing did. Stay here. You won't regret it!🏖

Die beiden Pools und die Lage sind unschlagbar & das Essen und Ambiente auch. Man hat den Strand direkt vor der Tür und der rooftop Pool mit Aussicht.

Die Sauberkeit ist eine Katastrophe, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind war die Bettdecke mit Haaren & Flecken. Sie wurde dann neu gezogen und es kam wieder eine Decke mit Flecken, darauf hin als wir sagen das wir keine Decke mit roten Flecken wollen irgendwelchen Leuten wollte und man muss bitte eine neue geben solle, kam die Putzfrau und aufgefordert in unser Zimmer und beleidigte uns und schrie uns an! Und da hatten wir noch nicht mal wegen der anderen Sauberkeit uns beschwer überall waren Haare auf dem Boden und Staub und dazu die dreckigen Decken. Das Personal war nicht freundlich und hat auch keine Lust gehabt das Problem zu lösen.Außerdem gibt es keine klobürste wenn man vom Pool auf Klo ging hatte man über Toiletten mit Hinterlassenschaften der anderen Gäste.

The hotel was extremely noisy. The room doors couldn’t be closed quietly without slamming, which constantly woke guests throughout the night. Noise could also be heard clearly from the corridors and from the rooms above, below, and beside us. Overall, it was a very noisy and disruptive stay.
