Being in a different block from reception no view from balcony and short time sun was on balcony due to position

Close to the beach and lots of restaurants available in the area, clean rooms. Pool area very clean and looked after.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, small lift with one out of order but that is just part and parcel with things happening.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Meeres in ruhiger Lage. Die gesamte Anlage und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett war groß (sehr groß!!) Das Personal ist ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück (Eierspeisen werden wunschgemäß zubereitet) und Abendessen waren sehr gut. An den Pools gab es immer genug Liegen und Schirme. Wir machten extra auf Mallorca Urlaub, um die Sonnenfinsternis zu erleben. Eine tolle Geste war, dass wir am Abend vor der Sofi zwei entsprechende Brillen auf unserem Bett vorfanden.

Gab nichts. Der Speiseraum ist zwar im Keller, wie hier oft kritisiert, jedoch fühlt es sich nicht wie ein Keller an. Außerdem kann man ein Stock höher gehen und draußen sitzen. Haben wir erst am vorletzten Tag erfahren War schlicht unser Fehler, wenn man nicht vorher fragt.

Great location, the rooftop pool was a highlight. It was nice and quiet and had a nice view. Breakfast was good and had a wide range, everything you need.

Just a very few minor points: A few ants in the room but this is to be expected in a hot country. Only 2 towels at a time in the room, when you’re going back from the pool and also showering in the morning or night you’re reusing wet towels. We did leave a note for the cleaner but maybe it wasn’t allowed. One thing I didn’t appreciate was the older man serving at the bar at the main pool area telling my girlfriend if she needed extra hands with the drink he could put them on her waist. I was shocked when she came back to tell me that and only didn’t kick up a fuss to not cause drama for the other guests by the pool. Definitely something to watch out for - creep!

The hotel is split into different buildings, so you had the feel that each building was its own smaller unit. Each of the building had use of its own pool, and because of that I felt the pools didn’t get particularly crowded. We opted for half board, and I have to say that as a family of four (with two you d adult children) the food both for breakfast and evening meals was perfect. The evening buffet changed every night, and there was so much choice really suitable for everyone. We found the food to be very fresh and plentiful.

Struttura molto bella e posizione fantastica, con vista spettacolare e spiaggia e centro facilmente raggiungibili. Camere ampie, spaziose e confortevoli, con balconi molto belli; ottimi letti e aria condizionata. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Una menzione speciale al caposala Riccardo, sempre molto attento alle esigenze di mia moglie celiaca e ai prodotti senza glutine. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio del giorno della partenza: possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi, continuare a utilizzare piscine e strutture dell’hotel e usufruire di spogliatoi con docce prima della partenza.

Organizzazione generale migliorabile. Hotel molto grande e affollato, con attese spesso lunghe alla reception e qualche difficoltà di comunicazione in inglese. Un ascensore fuori servizio per tutta la settimana nel nostro edificio. Alcune disattenzioni nel servizio camere e nella gestione degli asciugamani piscina. Poco controllo sulle sdraio occupate con asciugamani e sulla rumorosità nella SPA. Cena abbondante ma servizio al tavolo migliorabile e acqua piuttosto costosa. Anche l’intrattenimento per adulti potrebbe essere più ricco, con acquagym, attività di gruppo e spettacoli serali più coinvolgenti.

Las piscinas mucho aceite de los bronceadores , no hacen mantenimiento al agua de las piscinas. La tecnología de las habitaciones muy antigua está anticuado. En la junior suite hace falta pulir mas detalles que no encarecen.

Le nombre de piscine c'est génial pour l'été quand y a beaucoup de monde. Et le personnel est génial également il y a un chef qui fais des œufs et omelettes au petit déjeuné !

La taille de la douche est très petite et les places de parkings sont très limités donc on a pas pu se garer de la semaine. Il faut se garer autour si y a de la place et faire attention au amende, parfois marcher 10 minutes pour revenir à l'hôtel

Muy feo olor en la zona de Spa, gym (edificio Sunrise). Desayuno completo pero podrían mejorar calidad de la materia prima para ser un hotel de 4*. Deberían haber mas insumos en las habitaciones (napkins, acondicionador, etc).

Winda nie budzi zaufania.

Tout, la chambre spacieuse, la vue, l'emplacement, les équipements, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel, c'est un superbe hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner très bon mais qui ne se renouvelle pas beaucoup. Sur 9 jours c'est un peu lassant. Les horaires des piscines et équipements (spa, sport...), un peu compliqué pour en profité si on se balade ( 10h-18h). Mais le personnel est assez souple notamment la salle de sport, nosu avons pu en profiter avant 10h (et donc avant la chaleur car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas).

Posizione, pulizia, servizi, cucina, letto al top. Tutto il personale merita un plauso. Davvero bravi.

Per la perfezione mancherebbe il bidet.

The hotel was immaculate at all times, the pools were cleaned thoroughly every night and same goes for the hotel in general. The staff were always incredibly accommodating and helpful with any queries. The rooftop pool was amazing we spent most our time up there as it was quiet and peaceful but just missing a proper bar

The only things that I didn’t like was the aircon in the room wasn’t powerful enough and the room sat at around 25-26 degrees in the night which is quite hot. And one only very small thing but it’s not a make or break, there should be a bar on the rooftop pool, there is a vending machine but there’s no cocktail cans just beers, soft drinks and snacks. W

Największym atutem hotelu to wspaniali ludzie tam pracujący życzliwi rozmowni i pomocni! Im starsi tym bardziej życzliwi. Byłam w części sky hotel i to Dobra lokalizacja hotelu duży czysty pokój piękny widok z hotelu. Spokój cisza dużo sklepów wokół blisko plaża.

Spacious rooms, plenty of space by the sky pool. Clean room and common areas. Close to the beach. Breakfast was ok for the price point, hard working staff, especially the team maintaining the many swimming pools.

We chose the hotel based on the location for the festival nearby, it delivered. They had multiple buildings and multiple swimming pools including indoor one.

A lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful employees. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from and always fresh. Dinner plenty to choose from again a great choice of fresh food If you like desserts there is a good variety to also choose from. The waiting and kitchen employees do a great job of keeping the areas clean and well stocked. The spa was great, we had a lovely relaxing massage again the area was spotless clean. Great bar service again very helpful. The rooms are spotless our cleaning ladies did a great job. Great size pool view, Comfortable beds and good shower and hairdryer and there is shampoo and a nice body wash, just need to take hair conditioner. You can order a taxi at hotel and it arrives quick Sunbeds get busy, plenty of beds to go around. You can also access the other pool areas. There is a wee shop at the bottom of the hill reasonable priced for everything. Plenty of bars restaraunts near, it is 10 mins to the beach. 20 min walk to the busy bar areas.

-3 separate buildings advertised as “one facility” - they are not. The Sky building is like a second class facility. No evening entertainment- and no adverts to what’s on in the main building. No information about towel exchange and timings - that’s all at the main building. No atmosphere at all and generally an empty shell. No reception staff at all. Anything you need to ask - you need to go out of the Sky building, up the hill, across the road and into the separate hotel. This is not made clear at all that they are 3 completely separate hotels pretending to be “one” -Swimming pool was just filthy with green scum around the pool and loungers. The green scum stained your swimwear. Complained 3 times. Nothing changed. The pool cleaner cleaned one lounger a day after my 3 complaints. Genuinely disgusting - the in pool loungers were covered in green slime/ dirt. The reception staff told me they knew about the dirty green slime water - but they never had any pool staff to clean any of the pools. Speaking to guests from the other buildings - this was the same in all the pools. Totally unacceptable. - Pool towels were a washed out dirty mint green, washed out grey in colour. Horrible and looked well past their best. The green slime from the pool was all over the towels. Absolutely need replacing. - Sunbeds were available most mornings up until about 9am - the last to be taken every day were all the burst ones. Terrible and need replaced. Like I said - a second class facility with burst sun loungers. - Air con totally hit or miss. For the first time I’ve ever experienced- it was motion activated - so as soon as you left the room ( even leaving a card in the slot) it switched itself off. Room was constantly roasting and awful. If air con is important to you - avoid this hotel at all costs. - Fridge in the room didn’t keep cans or bottles cold. Merely lukewarm. In a boiling room with warm water - it was very unpleasant.

El horario de 10 a 18 h para piscinas, spa y gimnasio en verano me parece muy muy restrictivo. A las 28 h faltan más de 3 horas y media para que anochezca y ya no puedes hacer nada en el hotel. La comida de las cenas muy baja calidad, se podían comer los postres y poco más.

Schöne Pools, überwiegend freundliches Personal, sehr große gepflegte Hotelanlage, riesige Betten, toller Balkon, Frühstück war okay, Abendessen war ganz gut.

Der Duschkopf war kaputt und wies starke dunkle Verschmutzungen auf, die sehr unhygienisch wirkten. Trotz unseres Hinweises wurde sich darum leider nicht gekümmert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Erst nachdem wir die Rezeption nach 24 Stunden erneut auf das Problem hingewiesen hatten, wurde sich schnell darum gekümmert. Zunächst glaubte man uns leider nicht, dass die Anlage immer wieder ausfällt. Dann wurde jedoch erkannt, dass der Sensor defekt war, und das Problem wurde sofort behoben. Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Die Zimmer waren okay, schnitten im Vergleich zum Rest aber etwas schlechter ab (z.B. fleckige Kissen, abgenutzte Badematuren, teilweise etwas staubig). Die Parkplatzsituation dort ist sehr schwierig. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz kostet 15 € pro Tag. Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass man nicht zu allen Bereichen des Hotels (Gebäude, Pools oder die Treppen als Abkürzung zum Strand) Zugang hatte, wenn man ein Zimmer im Haupthaus hatte.

Funcionários despreparados, estacionamento disponível no prédio principal mas não podia utilizar e recomendavam deixar o carro na rua, Televisões nos quartos muito antigas, sem nenhum aplicativo, frigobar dentro do quarto péssimo e quando reclamei e foram verificar, o prestador deixou claro que era velho e nãotinha o que fazer, Internet Wi-Fi não funcionava, caia a rede e ficava sem internet a todo momento,, reclamei por 2 vezes e nada foi feito... O Hotel tem uma infraestrutura legal, um bom café da manhã, mas é só isso...

Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller, also kein draußen sitzen möglich. Das Bad ist offen mit Glastüren.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä palvelu. Siisti ja ennenkaikkea viileä huone! Jäi erittäin hyvä fiilis ja paikassa oli helppo rentoutua! Puolihoidon illallinen oli erittäin kattava ja joka ilta vaihtoehdot pääsääntöisesti vaihtuivat (illallisella oli paljon myös paikallisia makuja). Huoneen parvekkeelta näkyi kauniisti merelle ja joka ilta upeat auringonlaskut. Paikalta oli myös helppo kulkea aktiviteetteihin ja Palman kaupunkiin (joukkoliikennepysäkki todella lähellä).

Eine solide Anlage mit schönem Außenbereich. Pools etwas verteilt, so dass es insgesamt etwas aufgelockert wirkt. Durchweg nur Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauber und insgesamt in Schuss gehalten. Premiumzimmer sehr geräumig, mit ausreichend Stellmöglichkeiten und Nutzung des Pools auf dem Dach. Gute und leckere Speisenauswahl und es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Vor allem am Abend. Wir sind immer spät Essen gewesen. Ein kleiner Mangel im Zimmer wurde sofort behoben. Die Duschleiste am Boden war gelöst und man hat nach dem duschen das Zimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Am nächsten Tag war alles wieder in Ordnung.

Es sind Kleinigkeiten/Details, die mit wenigen Mühen das Hotel aufwerten könnten. Der Poolbereich auf der Dachterrasse könnte mit etwas Musik, wie auch im unterem Bereich aufgewertet werden. Getränke nicht nur über den Automaten anbieten. Verständlich, dass man da oben keine 2. Bar aufmachen möchte, aber vielleicht per Telefon eine Bestellung an die Cocktailbar ist vielleicht eine Option? Die Bar ist am Abend etwas unterbesetzt und übersieht dadurch Gäste. Nicht schlimm für uns, wir sind an die Bar und haben direkt bestellt und unsere Bestellung direkt mitgenommen. Einzig unschön für mich, ist das nur sporadisch verschließbare WC. Wenn man zu zweit ist, bekommt der andere alles mit. Das mag für langjährige Partnerschaften okay sein, ich muss das nicht unbedingt haben. Wir haben es gelöst, in dem der andere sich außerhalb des Zimmers aufgehalten hat. Für 4 Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Ist nur ein Hinweis.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat leider gar nicht gepasst, der Preis war viel zu hoch für das was man bekommt Das Zimmer war groß aber sehr sporadisch eingerichtet mit Schimmel in der Dusche Außerdem wurde nicht richtig geputzt, die ganze Woche über war der Balkon nie sauber Personal im Speisesaal nicht besonders freundlich Der Speisesaal ist im Keller und abends kann man nur dort essen, was ein bisschen an eine Kantine erinnert hat und ein schönes Ambiente fehlt, Essen war in Ordnung Die Poolanlagen vor allem ganz oben definitiv renovierungsbedürftig

The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. They always took good care of the guests and regularly asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was really good, and the staff clearly cared about their work and paid attention to every detail.

There was a group of drunk and loud guests from the UK at the pool. Luckily, they were only there for a few days, and after that everything was fine. Of course, the hotel could not really do much about that.

Today, I’m leaving your hotel with a touch of sadness, and I just wanted to thank you for such a warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. Everything was simply exceptional—the service, the food, the location, the pools, and the beach. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making this holiday so special. 🤍

The entire area was so clean: the rooms, the pool, and the common spaces. The reception staff are nice and chatty, but the others were less engaged. The hotel facilities are really good, and lovely pool areas on the roof and down below; these were always clean and had loungers available. The location was perfect for what we needed, and we have recommended the hotel to another group of friends

Excellent selection at breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit. Hot plate section where you could get omelette pancakes eggs. We used 2 pools, well kept. Plenty of sunbeds. Hotel only a few minutes away from the beach but set off the main road and so was quiet.

Gym was poorly air conditioned, running machine was extremely noisy, needs maintenance.

Hotel is close to the beach and has a free parking nearby. It’s by the restaurant area and grocery stores

The WiFi was not working in the room, we then asked to be connected to another network. There was no drinkable water in the hotel to refill your own bottle, only bottled water in the bar, but the hotel still would charge you environmental fee to wash the towels. Bed mattress was not even (like a U shape in the middle). Food choice was limited for a 4 star hotel, no jamon/sausage/meat snack selection which is not so common for Spain. Seafood options were not often refilled at dinner.

Room was very clean and the beds were huge (2 x doubles). The hotel was very busy but there was always available sun beds around the pool anytime of day. Plenty of choice with 4 different pools including the indoor and rooftop pool. Breakfast was also really nice with plenty of choice. Excellent location, close to all bars,restaurants and the beach. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

L'hôtel est propre. Nous avions pris la demi pension et les plats et le buffet était varié. Le petit déjeuner était un plaisir. Les différentes piscines sont très agréables. La chambre était bien grande.

Исключительно вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень порадовала скорость реакции: поздним вечером у нас произошел сбой в центральном кондиционере, и сотрудники моментально отреагировали на просьбу, всё исправив. Огромная благодарность администрации и всей команде за заботу! У нас была заказана категория Premium. Номер просторный, светлый, в реальности всё выглядит даже лучше, чем на фото. Вид из окна просто отличный. Отдельно потрясло наличие утюга и гладильной доски прямо в номере — это огромный плюс. Номер просторный, светлый, в реальности всё выглядит даже лучше, чем на фото. Вид из окна просто отличный. Отдельно потрясло наличие утюга и гладильной доски прямо в номере — это огромный плюс. Бассейны все идеально чистые, территория очень ухоженная. На террасе установлены отличные, невероятно мягкие лежаки-кровати. Вид на залив и город оттуда открывается исключительный! Пляж находится очень близко — можно буквально на пару минут выходить искупаться в море и сразу возвращаться обратно в отель. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасно организованные вечера и концерты! Развлекательная программа составлена на высшем уровне, живая музыка и атмосфера на мероприятиях просто потрясающие, это делало каждый наш вечер особенным.

Были немного разочарованы тем, что за два дня так и не устранили проблему с вай-фаем. Надеемся, отель обратит на это внимание, так как во всем остальном отдых был безупречным.

Super cadre, personnel accueillant, chambre très confortable avec une super vue, rien à dire sur la propreté. J'ai vraiment passé un excellent séjour. 🙂

Rien de spécial à dire, tout était top.

Chambre spacieuse, très propre car nettoyée tous les jours. Personnel très sympa, 5 piscines disponibles dont une (couverte) avec Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi à disposition gratuitement tout au long du séjour. Vraiment c'est presque parfait.

Seul petit bémol : impossible de prendre le diner à l'extérieur (nous étions en demi-pension), le restaurant étant situé au sous-sol du bâtiment principal.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié, tout comme le buffet du soir. Les piscines sont magnifiques, calmes et très agréables. Le personnel est également très arrangeant et attentionné. Nous recommandons complètement l’expérience au Reverence Life Hotel.

Points d’amélioration : le personnel venait nettoyer les chambres dès 8h30. Nous avons donc été réveillés tous les matins, malgré la pancarte « Ne pas déranger » installée la veille sur la poignée.
