Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety choices. Coffee was hot and ready. Room was nice we had. Suite. Nice that bedrooms were separated from kitchen and living area. Peaceful.
More towel bars to hang up wet towels. For a suite have dishes, cups, and silverware if you are going to sit down and eat dinner Handicap grip bar just outside the shower so no slip and fall.

The adjoining room doors would not stay open. The automatically closed.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026I enjoyed my stay here while attending my sorority’s conference at the nearby Gaylord Resort. The hotel staff were very pleasant, greeting everyone with a smile and answering any questions that were asked of them. The morning breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. It is also a short ride to the airport.
Although I enjoyed the breakfast, I would have liked to see more variety.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026It was not the best experience. Front desk was nice, but once we got to the room we always check the beds. There little spiders everywhere on the bed closest to the window. Also underneath the mattresses were very dirty, fake finger nails, other debris as well. The beds were not very comfortable. I hate writing such a poor review but we hope it’ll help others when looking.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026We stayed two nights at this hotel. We had a king suite room on the fifth floor. The room was huge. The housekeeping staff made towel sculptures that they left in various locations throughout the room and they were beautiful. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. They even included several hot breakfast items. Coffee is not available in the rooms, but there are free coffee machines in the lobby where you can get coffee at any time. The dining area was immaculately maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is an independent shuttle service that offers round-trip service to downtown Nashville. The cost is $15 per person but be aware that they prefer payment in cash and if you pay by credit card they charge an extra $5. The same shuttle also offers round trip transportation to the Grand Ole Opry for $10 a person. The shuttle service was good, but you want to make sure you get in line early because it can fill up quickly and if that happens you will either have to stand or wait for another shuttle. The Opry Mall is nearby, but not all the roads have sidewalks so I wouldn’t recommend walking to it. The hotel is also near Gaylord Opryland but again it’s a bit difficult to walk there so you might want to take an Uber if you want to check that out. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this modern and clean hotel and I would recommend it to others who are going to Nashville and would prefer to stay out of the busy downtown area but close enough to enjoy all that there is to see.

Ontbijt is standaard maar dat vind ik in veel amerikaanse hotels. Niks bijzonders….buiten de deur een broodje en een goeie bak koffie pakken is ook prima…

The bathroom vent didn't work. The indoor swimming pool was cold,approximately 65-68°,way too cold for swimming! No in room coffee. No compimentary water in the room. Sadly I will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. It's a shame because I've stayed other Holiday Inn Expresses across the state and they were definitely more pleasant to have visited.

Loved the microwave, fairly large refrigerator, and coffee table with everything you need for your morning coffee. And there was so much room to walk around without bumping into each other.

Breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool area was very clean, though the water was a little cold at first. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff left cute towel characters in our room before we checked in! Definitely recommend this location! They even had a shuttle that took us downtown for the day and picked us up when we wanted to get back to the hotel, and the charge was pretty cheap compared to parking in downtown.
