The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

Hot water. Cold air conditioning. Friendly staff. Okay

The bed sucked - incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny. The last time I saw a bathroom so small was in Honduras. And the toilet would fill and drain every 10-15 minutes as if there was a leak somewhere.

Super clean and well maintained. Right across the street and had a shuttle for our event.

Restaurant was normal prices. Most hotels upcharge everything, but I felt the prices were very fair. Staff was very friendly. Very clean!

The beds were small and so was the shower, but very comfortable and clean.

I hope it was under construction. The entire place was large, vacant, dated and I had to walk in, then outside the rear door reach my room exterior face rear room. AC unit was as loud as a train. Very odd design. If under construction then I may give it another shot once complete. Pool and Jacuzzi are in the center atriaium so it gave off the assoicatd chemical smell.

Location was the main reason for selecting this hotel.

I’d like to see a Marriot type renovation. The walls are bare and unappealing, carpets are rundown, and that great atrium area leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The food at the hotel restaurant Backstage Opry was really bad, limited menu and service was just ok. Upon arrival saw our room was in a good location but was dirty with hair in the tub and did not look like it had been cleaned. Was provided new room but in a worst location. Seemed an outdated hotel and not quality I was expecting for Marriott. Would not stay again nor recommend to anyone else.

Some of the rooms open to the outside. You do however have to go thru the hotel to access them and aren’t accessible to outsiders .

I loved the restaurant the staff was so friendly and the prices was affordable.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. We loved that quiet time was at 9:00. We used the shuttle to visit the resort and for our show at The Grand Ole Opry. We liked that the shuttle picked up up at the Inn. Staff was friendly, answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

The bathtub was a struggle because it was so tall, my husband is older hard to step up and bathroom very small. The only other problem is the room didn't get cool enough for us. Those were the only issues nothing excessive.

Very clean. Very easy in and out. Pool was not crowded and that area was peaceful/relaxing. The shuttles were nice too.

the pool was cloudy and dirty looking not to mention freezing cold. The rooms were outdated looking and the carpet was dirty. the shower didn't look very clean and there were roaches outside of the door of our room and I was terrified there were some inside of our room but didn't end up finding any thank god

Poor conditions of bathroom. The bedroom was very close to high speed road, near a set of traffic lights resulting in a constant unpleasant noise throughout of day and night!, so difficult to sleep.

Great location, great restaurant with an awesome display of Marty Robbins's outfit and signed guitar! So many signatures of legendary country singers, like Hank Snow and Porter Wagoner. That is a reason to come back and stay again. Loved to know the history of hotel more. Nice shuttle service to Opryland hotel and Grande Old Opry.

Elevators not convenient. We used the stairs. We wanted to use the shuttle to the resort. The driver was rude and didn’t give us good instructions about getting picked up to return. We had to walk back.

The facility was very clean!

Housekeeping would NOT send items needed that were requested such as extra towels, hand towels,and wash cloths! They sent fewer than requested to our room with no explanation why! The hotel closed the pool and the hot tub at 6:30 on my birthday without consulting us of any change prior to check in! This happened on my 60th birthday and were forced to check out and leave the property as a result! Ruined my 60th Birthday! Even though we were only charged for one night stay, this was unacceptable!

Location - close to restaurants we wanted to try, the Opry Mills Mall, and Gaylord Opryland Resort. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows Our room was located on the first floor/interior at the end away from the pool, which made it convenient to use, but not close enough to be a bother. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's pool. The soap, shampoo and body wash - lovely scent

The overwhelming chlorine smell. The bathroom could have been a little nicer and the towels a little softer.

Super clean, great location and a fraction of the price of the actual resort but still close to everything.

The price was a bit steep for the room, but considering the cleanliness and location it was reasonable.

The Inn at the Opry was relatively inexpensive to the Gaylord but probably more expensive than it should have been. Friendly staff and convenient location--we literally walked to the Gaylord and Opry after the shuttle stopped running. It appears to be an old motel-style place that has been redone. It was super-quiet, given the size and the number of people staying there. The mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. We did not sleep well because of that.

We would have liked the host to have better knowledge of the transportations provided for providing rides to Opryland. I felt like it was very hard to get an answer and was on my own.

The cost was outrageous for this hotel. Our room was outside like a motel. Extremely small room, beds, and you can barely fit in the bathroom! The bathtub was so small. Not sure why we were put in an outside room next to the construction when there were so many open rooms inside (you could see the rooms while we were at the pool) the pictures online are nicer than the actual hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else on the same street, so many better cheaper options with free breakfast. We thought we were getting something super nice because of the name/price but instead got an old outdated small motel. We didn’t sleep well at all. You could hear every sound from the room next door. I just cannot understand why they charge so much here???

This manager is rude and uninformed, the front desk associates are as well but thats expected considering how disconnected the manager is. I was sent in multiple directions trying to get a shuttle ride and wasted 2 hours of my time nearly missing my return time for my rental car. Then had to walk back in 20 degree cold due to these representatives ignorance.

The restaurant staff was very professional and friendly! The food was also good! The entire hotel was great vibes!

The room was fine but, it opened on the outside. The room had too much noise from the street. I prefer an interior room. I was unaware the hotel had rooms which opened on the outside. I should have been given a choice for an interior room.

This was the perfect spot to stay. Not far from the mall, very convenient to anything you want to do. The restaurant inside the inn was delicious and the perfect vibe.

Clean, comfy bed, nice pool, good restaurant, ability at access the Gaylord facilities at both hotels with shuttle between the two! A short drive to downtown Nashville using a car service! The perfect location for attending the Grand ole Opery in operyland!

I got the grand old Opery Auditirium mixed up with the Grand ole opry in Opeyland for our concert— so we had to get a car service to take us downtown instead if across the street using the shuttle!

Pool was cold..We went for breakfast at the Backstage Restaurant, sat for 15 minutes and not a single person even acknowledge we were there. Not even eye contact. Walked out......

Restaurant food was not the greatest and service wasn’t quick.

Don’t suggest at all there’s weird stains everywhere and it smells so bad. There was bullet holes in the wall, and the floors were always dirty. It’s absolutely a one star rating. The pool is also really dirty. It might’ve just been my stay, but I would not suggest ever coming back. The smell is disgusting too. It smelled like feces. There was bugs everywhere in blood stains all over the floor too. Please don’t come.
