Elsőslegesen az ahogy Önök a Booking kínálja. A szállásról kapott és tájékoztatott információk nem fedik teljes mértékben az igazságot. Mondható, hogy félrevezetik az ügyfeleiket. A szállás környéke maga a gettó. Az utcák koszosak, szemetesek és tele van a környék bűnözőkkel, hajléktalanokkal. A Garibaldi tér maga a közveszély. Sajnos személyesen is tapasztaltuk, hogy milyen veszélyes. 2026.09.08. kora este a szálloda előtt a feleségem nyakából kitépték az aranyláncát. Nem gondolom, hogy ez normális és részünkről ez elfogadhatatlan. Nem értem az önök pontszámát sem. Túlzóan magas. A Booking szégyellje magát, hogy ilyen helyen javasol szállást.

Great location, comfortable room, fab breakfast and pool- which in the heat was lovely after a day out and about in the city. Great location for station, trams and buses.

Kamer was zeer ruim, comfortabel bed. Locatie was zeer goed gelegen (dichtbij centraal station, 20 min lopen van historisch centrum). Conciërges waren erg netjes en attent. Pluspunt natuurlijk de rooftopbar en zwembad om na een dag sightseeing even af te koelen

Posizione strategica per prendere i treni e godersi pure la città, colazione in terrazza ottima in self service, piscina sul tetto non grandissima ma il servizio dei lettini e i teli mare sono una chicca, per rigenerarsi dopo la visita della città.

Solamente la posizione in una zona della città non molto elegante.

Alles sehr sauber, große Räume, exzellente Klimaanlagen, qualitativ hochwertig anmutende Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück mit schönem Ambiente (auf der Dachterrasse), schöner Rooftop-Pool mit Bar, die Rezeption kümmerte sich umgehend und freundlich um kleinere Anliegen, die zentrale und verkehrsgünstige Lage des Hotels eignet sich hervorragend für einen Städtetrip

Die Armaturen der Dusche neben dem Pool sollten erneuert werden.

J avais demandé un lit double mais nous avons eu 2 lits Cela n à pas été un problème. Mais je signale quand même Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionne pas Le doguy bag du dernier jour , car nous partions très tôt , est à revoir .... Notamment les boissons devraient être fraîche Un jour, notre chambre à été oubliée par les dames de ménage Mais nous l avons signaler et avons eu des propres Essuies Dans l ensemble , je recommande cet hôtel Dommage qu il soit dans un quartier mal fréquenté qui ne représente pas du tout Naples Le point fort de l endroit La gare , les métros les bus qui permettent d aller partout

A very pleasant Hotel to come back to after a long day touring. Close walking distance to the Naples Central Station is certainly an advantage.

Although a great Hotel we would have liked the availability of an onsite restaurant as the area itself is not the type of area we would normally stay and the Station area tends to attract Pick Pockets. Had one attempt so NEVER wear your BackPack on your BACK

There was a very nice pool on the roof, location was great, hotel provided everything we needed from them.

Wonderful spacious and modern room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

Curious there were no water boiler and tea in the room. Room rather noisy, double glazing would help. Awful neighbourhood, hence probably the low price even in peak season. Pool is incredibly small, don't be fooled by the pictures. Impossible to swim. Rooftop bar area is relatively small and thus quickly crowded. Some barmen prefer to play obnoxious loud club music. Smoking is allowed, revulting. Some staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Though they undoubtedly face many different customers, they could be trained a bit more in the idea of "service with s smile" (even if they don't really mean it). No a/c in the breakfast room. Be prepared for many other lower class guests - tattoos galore, and loud talking by e.g. rude Americans ubiquitous. The chamber maid likes cleaning with loud music in the early morning, could be overheard next door, waking us up.

Me gustó la variedad del desayuno lástima que hacía mucho calor en la terraza para tomarlo, aparte de que ponen una tele con música que tampoco me gustaba. La ducha del baño muy bien al igual que el aire acondicionado.

Wifi un desastre, la pileta tenía exceso de cloro, las camas eran duras, la ubicación es re práctica pero es muy feo el barrio, considero que no es un hotel 4 estrellas. La persona de recepción super amable. La caja fuerte es re chica y la llave de la habitación es una llave manual y solo te dan una.

Perfect location. A lovely little pool to cool off in on hot days, and a charming little bar. The breakfast is great, with everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the essentials, and the beds are very good. And the staff are outstanding: welcoming, friendly, flexible and incredibly helpful. Giovanni helped us find restaurants and was absolutely fantastic. Francesco was also extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall, the staff really make this place worth every penny. They deserve huge praise. Next time we come to Naples, we will definitely stay here again!

Le quartier (sale, insécurité) le petit déjeuner (infâme) le personnel pas agréable Chambre "vendue" avec balcon. Aucun intérêt il donne sur les bas quartiers sales , insonorisation inexistante. C'est très bruyant

Cool and comfortable bedrooms . Helpful reception.

The area itself is convenient for the station, however is a heavy traffic area with not too many good restaurants. There are better areas of Naples ( like the port area) however we chose this for locality to the station and it was good value .

Location by Central Station is good. Roof top pool and bar were really nice. Breakfast was very nice and it was good to sit outside in the morning. Supermarket round the corner and lots of very nice restaurants. Underground station a few minutes walk away

Area around hotel is a bit grubby.

Tout dans cet hôtel invite à déconnecter et à savourer l'instant. Le cadre est magnifique, mais c'est surtout l'énergie du lieu et la bienveillance de toute l'équipe qui font la différence. On s'y sent immédiatement bien, comme suspendu hors du temps. Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux, pour les sourires et pour ces souvenirs gravés pour longtemps. Je repartirai les yeux fermés... et le cœur léger.

Breakfast was great plenty of choices The upstairs roof bar and pool was a great escape from the sun Staff were pleasant, we got a parcel delivered before we visited and they informed us when it arrived

We were arriving by bus, so the hotel location was perfect for us. It’s probably not the nicest area or Napoli, but very convenient for tube access, bus station and train station. Great AC (a must in the summer months), comfortable beds, spacious room and a great shower. The roof top swimming pool was thoroughly enjoyed by our little one!

For us, it was a great stay!

the location

Great roof top bar and pool was enough for kids to enjoy. Room is large and mostly clean...the shower edges all need a good clean but as it was so large didn't need to go near the dirty bits. The breakfast was nice and lovely to eat on the rooftop. Location was fine. Easy to get to train station and we walked all over Naples with no problem. Everywhere in Naples is very dirty so found this location no different to anywhere in Naples. Felt safe with two small children. Naples is just busy and traffic everywhere with no regard for pedestrians. There were some great priced local places to eat close by.

Shower needs a good clean around seals and edges.

De kamer was heel groot en praktisch. De airco werkte heel goed (het was buiten 34°C en binnen fris). Het personeel was vriendelijk en aandachtig.

De douche liep regelmatig over (verstopping en niet praktisch), en de randen waren heel beschimmeld. Het hotel was in orde maar lag in een ongure buurt. De muziek tijdens het ontbijt stoorde.

Pool and staff

Move modern hotel situated next to main railway station and metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size, very clean and modern, with large shower area. Breakfast has large selection. Roof top area with bar, seating and small pool. Well worth the stay.

The beautiful big rooms with brilliant AC. Staff were exceptional especially Francesco and Giovanni on Reception and Naco special lady on breakfast duties, she was so lovely to me on my last morning there so thank you.

No long mirrors anywhere in the room or wardrobe. The bathroom although very beautiful and spacious, lacked a y sort of shelving for cosmetics s f toiletries. Lastly, there was a kettle but with no cups a d crockery and more importantly no tea or coffee was provided next to electric kettle which was a bit pointless. Lighting in bathroom could have been brighter for makeup application.

Staff were friendly, bedrooms were clean, breakfast was excellent. Close to the station.

The general station location was a little bit suspect. The bathroom in one of the rooms needed a good bleaching around the base.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Lage gleich neben dem Garibaldi Platz. Man kann gut zu Fuß ins historische Zentrum, oder mit der U-Bahn ins Spanische Viertel fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Die Preise an der Hotelbar sind für neapolitanische Verhältnisse mehr als übertrieben hoch. Ein Aperol Spritz kostet €12 - dafür bekommt man in der Stadt überall drei davon. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich ein Pool, sondern eher ein größerer Whirlpool. Leider gibt es kein Zimmer für vier Personen (Familie), weshalb wir zwei Zimmer buchen mussten, die dann nicht mal nebeneinander waren. Das Parkservice ist zwar praktisch, aber überteuert (€30 pro Tag)

Location by station and pool was fab. Early check was lucky and really helped. Great staff and breakfast was awesome too.

Shower leaked all over the floor and dripped in the night. Staff were very helpful but needs fixing.

The hotel is nice, close to central station. The room is a good size, the bed was comfortable, the dipping pool on the sunroof was refreshing after a long day in town. Staff at reception and on the rooftop bar were very friendly.

Shame about the area.

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke medewerkers. De locatie is goed als uitvalsbasis (via het Garibaldi station kun je naar de haven en daar vandaan kun je naar Procida en Capri, allebei prachtige eilanden).

Napels is een zeer chaotische en vervallen stad, de straten liggen vol afval, de muren staan vol graffiti en in het centrum waan je je soms in een stad in Pakistan of Afrika. Je kunt in Napels lekker eten, maar verder is het geen aanrader om met een gezin heen te gaan. Het is moeilijk om met kinderen veilig het zeer hectische verkeer door te komen (daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen).

Blizu glavne železniške postaje, bivanje v hotelu potekalo brez problemov.

V suiti je odprtina za klimatizacijo usmerjena direktno na posteljo tako, da med bivanjem v sobi smo morali klimo izklopiti. V sobi je grelnik za vodo in pa bilo priloženega čaja in kave.

אהבתי שהכל נקי ומסודר והצוות מסביר פנים. אבל הכי טוב היה שהמטרו 2 דקות הליכה אז הנגישות לכל מקום היה מושלם.

המיקום קצת מרתיע . פחדנו להסתובב שם אבל בסוף היה בסדר. הבריכה קטנה.

Palazzo claims to be a 4-star hotel, but our experience was anything but. During our one-night stay, our privacy was completely violated. After checking in and being given our room keys, we went upstairs to get changed for the pool. While we were in our room, a maid entered without knocking or announcing herself. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. When we went to reception to report the incident, the staff were dismissive, rude, and appeared to be smirking rather than taking our complaint seriously. Instead of addressing our legitimate concerns, they tried to turn the situation around by claiming we simply didn't want to pay the £40 late check-out fee. That was not the case at all—I would have happily paid for the extension had our privacy not been so blatantly violated. The only response we received was a half-hearted apology, with no genuine concern or effort to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I only wish I had read the reviews before booking, as they would have saved us from such an unpleasant experience.

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es spielt schon eine Rolle - Umgebung des Hotels - viel Müll in den Straßen, Matratzen liegen auf dem Gehweg, tote Ratten auf der Straße, mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl in den Seitenstraßen um das Hotel.

Personnel du petit-déjeuner devrait apprendre la politesse et à sourire. Airco ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre 205 et le problème n’a pas été résolu.

The staff were extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency at 3AM and the guy at the front desk helped us to get to the hospital. He called the hospital and arranged a cab. The breakfast was also good. The room was very quiet and the bed was huge.

The pool is not really a pool. It's really tiny.

Pokoj przestronny , bardzo cichy dobrze klimatyzowanym. Bardzo czysty. Widok na ulicę, która pozwalała obserwować nam biedniejszych mieszkańców Neapolu..Bylo to ciekawe doswiadczenie. Mieszkaliśmy tam 5 dni.. Mily nie duzy basen Swietne śniadanka..Duzo produktów na sniadania angielskie. Na poczatku czerwca codziennie swieże truskawki , maszyna do mrożonego jogurtu . Do dzis to wspominamy. Mamy nadzieję tam wrócic No i swietna obsługa jeśli chodzi o nasz samochod, pan odebrał od nas kluczyki, odwiózł samochód do garazu przyprowadzil gdy potrzebowaliśmy. Zero stresu

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. Listed as 4 star is a falsehood. The area is rough. Our first night I was robbed of my phone! Spent first night at the police station and it was downhill after that. No water or coffee in the rooom! Mosquitoes at night and when we complained they sprayed the room and said no one else had the problem! We had the mosquito bites to prove it! Some staff esp ladies in breakfast were very nice, men less so. Breakfast fare was minimal. Policemen keep visiting the hotel and I was told by a person at the desk it’s a rough area! Never again!

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging om de stad te ontdekken, maar voor ons was de reden om te kiezen voor Palazzo Firenze dat het 1 van de weinige hotels in de omgeving is met een zwembad. Het zwembadje is te vinden op het dak terras en is omringd door voldoende ligstoelen, parasols, en een bar die altijd open/bemand is. Super goede ervaring en heel fijn om op het heetst van de dag even lekker af te koelen. Het ontbijt is ook op het dakterras en is zeker de moeite waard! Broodjes, toast, fruit/groente, eieren, veel soorten vlees/kaas, gebakjes, sapjes, koffie en heerlijke mozzarella. Personeel over het algemeen vriendelijk. Kamers super schoon en elke dag frisse handdoeken. Ook zag ik andere recensies over geluid in de avond, maar wij hadden een kamer aan de straat en nergens last van. Zelfde geldt voor de airco, die werkte als een trein! Al met al een top ervaring!

Weet wat je boekt: de buurt is wat ruw (zoals in elke grote stad rondom een centraal station). Dit kan intimiderend overkomen in de avond. Ook zijn de prijzen bij de bar van het zwembad hoger dan gemiddeld in Napels, maar dat was het ons waard.

Breakfasts are amazing, with ice cream coffee, fruits, vegetables, pan neapolitano. The roof terrace is a great place to rest after the heat of the city. The rooms are big. There is a desk and sofa. Rooms facing inner courtyard (e,g. 404) are very quiet. The hotel is close to the train station which makes it easy is to go to airport & Pompei.

Rooms facing the small street (e.g. 405) are quite noisy. In the room with 2 single beds (404) there was no door separating the room and the shower (only transparent glass door), which is a problem if not a couple stays in the room (picture attached). Rooms with double bed had the door, in our opinion the beds should be switched beetween the room. The neighbourhood is very dangerous, we were robbed and nobody reacted.

The Superior room was spacious and felt almost luxurious, especially for the price. The rooftop bar was a nice way to relax. The location was excellent in terms of being close to the railway station (easy access to Pompei) and the old town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection of foods and always plenty of space. The staff was friendly.

While the location is great for being close to everything, it's not a very nice area. It's quite dirty and can feel even unsafe. However we had no bad experiences in any way walking through the area every day so for us we don't regret it. The balcony of the Superior room was tiny (like most balconies in this area) with barely enough room to get on it, so don't expect to spend any time on it. The rooftop bar is fairly pricey compared to Naples prices. The breakfast selection was basically the exact same through the 7 days we spent here, which got a bit boring towards the end.

The hotel was okay, the brakfast good.

The staff was ignorant and unfriendly, except of one nice young man in the reception. The elder man in the reception was absolutly unfriendly!!! He changed our room without our knowledge in our absence because of a double booking!!! This was a new experience in our life!

The rooftop pool area was pleasant.

No kettle in the room. Apparently you don't get a kettle if you book a standard room. At 200 Euro for the night I thought this was a bit mean. The wifi didn't reach our room either so that was false advertising.

De buurt is echt heel vervallen, vies (veel afval op straat) en grimmig. Vooral ‘S avonds voel je je niet echt veilig.

Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bequem erreichen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und Modern eingerichtet.

Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war eine Farce. Getränke kamen schnell und wenn man sich auf die Sitzmöbel gesetzt hat bekam man einen nassen Hintern. Die Bilder vom Pool und der gesamte Dachterrasse im Internet entsprechen in keiner Weise dem tatsächlichen Aussehen. Die Fassade am Hoteleingang war wie bei allen Hotels in Neapel Gewöhnungsdürftig. Schmutzig und heruntergekommen.
