We did not enjoy the bathroom set up as the door could not open all the way. The showers were small. Overall, no other major complaints.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Fantastic location near the train station and able to walk everywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had everything you would need. Well worth the money. They catered well for gluten free too and a great view over the city.
Reception staff were helpful and answered all our questions and helped us with where to go but not very welcoming.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026It’s close proximity to Naples Garibaldi/Centrale station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a good central location. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a quick issue when we arrived but they resolved it immediately once we called reception.
The walls aren’t doubt proof, therefore you can hear everything, it’s very inconvenient at night time when trying to sleep and you can hear people in the corridor, when the bedroom doors close, firetrucks and ambulance sirens outside in the road. Also it wasn’t a smart tv and so was limited in what you can watch on the TV. The ding sound for calling the lift is extremely loud, to the point even from our room down the corridor and round the corner, you can hear it loudly. The hot water doesn’t stay hot for long. Often was more lukewarm than hot.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The room itself was comfortable and relatively clean and modern, with a few bits of wear and tear. The terrace view was into the neighbouring apartments which was quite sad.
The receptionist older man was incredibly gruff and rude to us and made us want to leave immediately. I’ve never had a more unwelcome experience at any hotel across the world. Breakfast was very average for 10€ pp. The hotel is close to the station but unfortunately that also means it is in a poor area and feels quite unsafe. The building works made it difficult to find the entrance and having building materials hanging overhead at the entrance is also unsafe.

O café da manhã tinha todo o básico que funciona e alguns doces locais. Salvou muito porque a saudade de ovos mexidos e frutas estava grande! No primeiro dia de estadia, o hitel sofreu 2 quedas de energia, mas extremamente rápidas, menos de 5 minutos. Com certeza há regiões mais napoletanas e imersivas para se hospedar, mas buscamos praticidade em termos de transporte, e funcionou muito bem.

Rispetto all'ultima volta, anno incrementato le pietanze disponibili a colazione (sempre nel magnifico roof garden) e dato una sistemata generale a esterni e interni. Come sempre, cordialità e gentilezza a livelli altissimi.
Assolutamente nulla da rimarcare.

When we tried to book the shuttle, the person at the front desk told us that there was no shuttle, but that he could reserve a taxi at a fixed rate (25 euros). Also, on the floor where the breakfast was served, at the exit of the elevator along the wall very close to the breakfast area, there was a trail of ants, very disgusting.
