Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown/River North

Super lokalizacja .

Zwolnienie blokady na karcie płatniczej trwało prawie 10 dni.

Very attentive house keeper

Everything wa great clean convenience t and good staff.

Wish you had some better food options

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable, but shower doors would not stay closed causing quick showers with towels used to sop up floors (mentioned to front desk)

Everything good except shower door problem

Location and comfortable rooms

The bathroom shower head did not have great pressure but it was ok. Not a big deal

Location!

Parking price

The bedvwas very comfortable.

The sofa was hard and the shower was to small.

Comfortable beds and a good amount of space. Excelent location.

The room could be improved with a better coffee machine, and if breakfast were offered.

Everything!!

Restaurante estava em reforma

Internet pessima TV perdia conexão por causa da internet Ar condicionado não funciona bem Poderia ter pelo menos 2 xicaras e 2 pratos

The location was extremely convenient, the view from our room on the 15th floor was stunning, but it was the friendly and helpful staff that really made this place excellent.

I had one minor issue with the tv, which the staff fixed immediately. No complaints.

My bf and I just wanted a nice, comfortable spot to sleep while in town for a few days. Convenient location and very clean rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Not a memorable hotel stay, but fine for what we needed.

The rooms were expensive...but this is true for the area. So it was disappointing to have to pay that much for no amenities. No room service, no lotion, no robes, towels are cheap etc. We were on the 12th floor and it was pretty loud. I put on white noise to drown it out but might not be a good option for very light sleepers.

I love the location it’s very accessible and you’re walking distance from many things

Staff were helpful and very accommodating of us with our baby.

Location close to restaurants, nice pool. Friendly front desk.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and beds were so so. Very small room. Sliw elevators.

Centrally located, easy access to mass transit, walkable to all the venues we visited for. Room was spacious, quite and bed was very comfy.

Our room wasn't cleaned one day, no big deal as we usually sleep in late probably past the time housekeeping was on duty. The following day, we kindly asked a HK staff member in the hallway to service our room, we were met with a bit of attitude or dis belief from the staff who responded "...I will add it".

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and overall it was a very good experience. The front desk staff were kind and honestly had great customer service. I did experience a couple of issues with the AC and the hot water in our shower, it frequently did not work, but they sent an engineer up to our room quickly to fix both issues. I would say my biggest concern with the One Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed was that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, it was very hard and had almost no cushion. It may be sufficient for kids. Besides that the room was outstanding, large, clean and in great condition. I considered a 3/5 rating because of the sofa bed, but everything else was great that I gave it a 4.. The location is amazing and extremely close to a subway station and lots of restaurants, which was super convenient.

Location, convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff!

everything was great!!

Great location within walking distance to all the nice places in downtown. The room was clean and in perfect condition. I loved the city view from my window. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located close to many activities in the down town area & restaurants.

No breakfast included

Nice pool and sauna large rooms. Facility is close to everything

Valet parking only and its 75 a day

The location/ rooms super clean/ employee very excellent customer service

That it doesn’t have breakfast included

A nice hotel for a family stay with very cooperative staff. Special thanks to Tabby for the excellent service. The location is convenient—close to major attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and of a decent size, making it suitable for a family stay.

The staff were excellent.

The sirens were too loud and too frequent, especially at night, though not the hotel’s fault.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No view. But I knew that.

For the price should get breakfast

Otelin yeri çok güzel hizmet kalitesi uygun

Kahvaltı ve restoran desteği zayıf

Great hotel in physicality, but location is loud

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is clean but needs the hot tub back.

No hot tub

We booked this hotel to use the swimming pool. The pool was very cold, water temperature just above freezing. Staff knew it and said they couldn't do anything about it. Its false advertising to show a usable pool

La posizione, i letti comodissimi, la vista!!

La ventola del bagno, rumorosa e impossibile da spegnere.

Que todos los letreros o anuncios son en inglés, deberían ser como en México, en 2 idiomas (español e inglés).

I like that the location was close proximity to a lot of other businesses.

I did not like that I was unable to get internet access. My tv was not working properly and I could not turn the volume down. I requested additional face towels and did not receive them.

It was clean

WiFi wasn't working, tv wouldn't turn down and everytime i called front desk they tried to tell me they transferring me to IT it never went through.... said it was breakfast on website NO breakfast! Asked room service for towels never got them... valet gave my keys to a party tht was with me and the crash my car on they property WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! I left for the day the never changed my bedding or took trash....

Esta cerca de todo! Un barrio buena vibra! Lugar cómodo y nuevo.! Volveria!

The room was small especially the bathroom. I paid for a king suite, more like a Jr. Suite.

The price for the value I got.

Great location and room/facilities

I loved the location

The room was too dark

how safe and clean it felt!

I didn’t dislike anything, the only minor inconvenience was one of the train lines that would’ve been closer to the hotel was shut down, so I had to walk farther, but that didn’t matter to me much

It was close to where I wanted to walk too also the pool and sauna was very nice probably the best part honestly

The beds weren’t very comfortable and the room didn’t stay cool enough and the ac unit wouldn’t just blow air

I liked everything about the property, the location, the staff, the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Everything was perfect.

It’s not anything I didn’t like

I like that the property was clean and close to everything. There was cafés near it. The bus and the train was about two blocks away. There was also restaurants and bars across the street and next to this hotel so it was great.

For one I did not like that the laundry room was not stocked with laundry detergent or dryer sheets even though it had a dispenser and then when I went downstairs to ask for some, I was forced to purchase some for two dollars instead of the $.75 it would have been if it were in the dispenser also, I did not appreciate how when I came back to my room. One of the cleaning ladies was there and I needed to use the bathroom in my room and she made me sit and wait until she was finished making the bed before I could even enter the room not only does she do that she also closed the door knowing that I was entering that room I thought that was so rude

Front desk and concierge were super friendly, location was super! Close to all main streets and attractions in downtown!

Housekeeping was only done on the first day

It was clean, but noisy.

It was very noisy.

I think she charged me an extra 300???? Unless it was a deposit i’m waiting to get back but she didn’t tell me much

The location for the hotel is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks for everything

Everything, staff

Extra guarantee of 200 dollars that we don’t know anything about during booking. They even deducted more!

During winter, the heating system isn't efficient enough and we were freezing.

Clean and disturbance free.

Parking and lack of a room with view.

Ubicación

No tiene restaurante

Staff was great — I should’ve canceled the reservation when I received two emails stating there was construction. Call me naive, but I assumed it would be done during the day as the email stated. I was in room 925 and two doors down were several industrial fans that ran 24x7 during my stay. Great location, but that was about it.
