However, the towels and sheets were clean (except for a stain in the bathroom), and the room had a TV, air conditioning, and a small fridge.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La colazione a buffet era estremamente ricca e molto appetitosa, io sono intollerante al glutine e la sezione per celiaci era nutrita e golosa! Una splendida attenzione. La vista delle camere dava sulla città moderna, estremamente suggestivo, in particolarmodo dopo il tramonto. La posizione è molto comoda per chi raggiunge la struttura dalla stazione e ha intenzione di fare brevi passeggiate a piedi per arrivare al centro storico della città.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Escogí una habitación con vistas y la cama estaba pegada a la ventana orientada hacia ella.Por la noche ,acostado, veía los rascacielos de Frankfurt.Era genial y muy especial despertar con esas vistas.
La televisión cada 3 ó 4 minutos se congelaba la imagen y volvía al cabo de medio minuto.Al parecer era común en las habitaciones,yo pasaba poco tiempo en la habitación pero espero que lo solucionen porque resulta molesto perderse trozos de una serie o película.Aparte la habitación tiene un escalón entre la zona de la cama y el resto del cuarto y se debe tener en cuenta o corres el riesgo de caerte.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Gute Lage am Mainufer, Zimmer toll - Aussicht vom Bett auf die Skyline. Sehr schön, sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, daher keine Angabe. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten wirklich toll. Gerne wieder!!
Fernseher hatte nur Ton, kein Bild. Es wurde auch nicht repariert. War allein unterwegs, da ist ein Fernseher ganz nett, ansonsten wäre es mir egal gewesen. Die Nespresso hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Fahrradverleih war leider auch nicht wie beworben. Es gibt nur 2 Räder! Eins davon war immer weg und das zweite konnte man nicht nehmen, weil der Schlüssel von Schloss fehlte. Obwohl das Personal sehr freundlich war, wurde beim Bezahlen nicht gefragt, ob alles ok, kein Danke schön und Auf Wiedersehen. Das war komisch…

Located relatively close to the main train station (some 7-8 min walk) - which might be a problem, as the area around the train station is not very inviting/pleasant. The hotel however is on a quiet street, is also very close to the river with its promenade and museum. All in all, a good compromise between the proximity to the station and being in a quiet place. The room is nice altogether, not very big, but not small either, pretty functional. The breakfast is pretty good, good choice of hot and cold dishes, fairly nice altogether.

Bahnhof, Main, Innenstadt in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar, alles kurze Wege. Zimmer sehr modern, supersauber und falls man in den oberen Stockwerken wohnt, ein toller Blick auf das Bankenviertel.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The hotel staff were warm and very friendly at all times - they all communicated really well in English and provided advice and support in every way. The view from the room was lovely, the position was great and the opportunity to use hotel bikes was a bonus for us.
The only issue we had was that we arrived late and there was no food available at the bar after 9pm.

Parkkosten i.H.v. 45€ für eine Nacht in der gegenüber liegenden öffentlichen Apcoa-Tiefgarage. Hier sollte sich der Hotelbetreiber vielleicht um einen Gästetarif bemühen, zumal das Hotel über die TG betreten werden kann.

viel zu warme Bettdecke für diese Jahreszeit!!! ich mußte glaube ich, bei der Buchung mein Geb.Datum angeben: für eine betagte Person ist ein Bad mit Wanne unpassend. Die Halterung der Duschstange war unzureichend befestigt. Die Extra Liege im Zimmer braucht kein mensch. Der TV Apparat stoppte die Sendung regelmäßig.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The hotel had many useful facilities, some of which I discovered during my stay and others which I suspect may remain undiscovered to this day. There was, for example, a 24-hour shop. This was an excellent idea, although instructions explaining how to access it would have transformed it from an interesting theoretical possibility into a facility.
The most memorable service was provided by the gentlemen attending to the smoke alarm, who entered my occupied room without knocking. Until that moment I had assumed the door represented a boundary between my hotel room and the rest of Frankfurt. This turned out to be an unnecessarily rigid interpretation of architecture.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we followed other guests down 14 floors of stair to exit at the rear of the hotel.. There were no hotel staff visible to direct the guests. We walked around to the front of the hotel to see the fire brigade were in attendance. We waited about 15 minutes with no hotel staff visible. Some guests went in the hotel and heled themselves to drinks and snacks! The fire brigade left without saying anything and we followed the guests back into the hotel to take the lift back to our room. I think one member of staff was there holding the door open! No roll call or any safety procedure was noted and I am assuming/hoping, this is not how Scandic manage fire alarms, as it was left 100% to the guests to decide what to do! We were shocked and to this day have no idea what happened as on check out my questions were not answered at all!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Frukosten var bra, den hade det man förväntar sig. Utsikten från ett superior rum på 15:e våningen var fantastiskt! Mitt/mina rum kändes ganska slitna men personalen var hjälpsamma och fixade ett nytt rum på en gång utan problem.
Första rummet som jag fick var röret till handfatet löst vilket innebar att vattnet läckte ut på golvet. Dessutom var fodret runt badrumsdörren rejält vattenskadat. Det märktes att hotellet är en äldre byggnad som är i behov av renovation.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Gutes Hotel, hat gehalten, was es versprochen hat. Das Parkhaus ist leider sehr teuer (fast so teuer, wie das Zimmer), aber da war ich vorgewarnt.

Der Mitarbeiter hat mir beim Check-in leider nicht gesagt, wie ich auf das WLAN zugreifen kann. Als ich in meinem Zimmer war, konnte ich auch keinen Zettel mit dem WLAN-Passwort finden. Ich hätte zumindest erwartet, dass man mich beim Check-in kurz darauf hinweist. Außerdem lief der Lüfter im Zimmer die ganze Zeit. Ich habe mehrmals versucht herauszufinden, woran es lag, konnte das Problem aber nicht lösen und habe es dann so gelassen. Beim Schlafen hat es mich zum Glück nicht allzu sehr gestört, optimal war es trotzdem nicht. Möglicherweise kamen die Geräusche auch aus dem Nebenzimmer. Nach dem Auschecken wollte ich noch eine Rechnung haben. Leider bekam ich von der Mitarbeiterin nur einen Zettel, der eher wie ein Kassenzettel aussah. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob es am Hotel oder an der Mitarbeiterin lag, aber auf mich wirkte das nicht besonders professionell. Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels und bin es normalerweise anders gewohnt. Ansonsten war ich mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden!

Badezimmer zu dunkel. Dusche schlecht platziert (über dem Abfluss der Badewanne); die sehr kleine Glasduschkabine konnte nicht verhindern, dass Wasser auf den Boden spritzte; Defekte Dusche - das Wasser läuft an den Seiten des Schlauchs heraus, da dieser nicht richtig angezogen ist; und das schlimmste überhaupt: alle 3-5 Minuten spritzte ganz plötzlich kochendes Wasser heraus, wodurch ich mich dreimal verbrannt habe. Da ich arbeiten musste und keine Zeit hatte zum Abendessen auszugehen, habe ich mir Essen liefern lassen, das an der Rezeption abgegeben wurde, ohne dass ich darüber informiert wurde. Die Rezeptionisten haben die Lieferung dort gelassen (ca 30 Min bis ich abgeholt habe) ohne die Mühe mich zu benachrichtigen. So konnte ich mein kaltes Hamburger genießen :(

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026It is very roomy and the view is great. Having a clean and well-equipped gym is a pleasant surprise and we certainly used it multiple times during our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby with the bar provides a good location for hanging out with friends.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed. However, it had a funny, musty smell and I found hair and fuzzies on the floor!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The girls on Reception told me my room was a "very nice room" and I have to agree! I had asked for a high floor in order to get a view - very satisfied with 19th floor! Facilities were excellent - fluffy towels, extremely comfortable huge bed, good shower. Tea and coffee provided in room. Didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Conveniently within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof and also the river and the Altstadt. Area felt safe. I didn't use any of the hotel's other facilities.
the only thing I didn't like was the step to each side of the bed. It could be a hazard and might result in falling, especially at night in the dark.

There's something for everybody to enjoy. Plus point was our incredible view of the city. Also walking distance to downtown and shops and the river. Couldnt have expected more.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Clean, modern and smart. I would happily stay again, but it has a few quirks. It was a hotel to respect rather than fall in love with - maybe the perfect business hotel? 5 mins from main rail station. The bed faced the huge window, which had great skyline views of Frankfurts skyscrapers. Dusk was very pretty. It’s functional rather than a hotel you love. You have to book room cleaning. The default is through a QR code that didn’t work for us, so we had to use that old fashion method of ringing up ha ha. Of course there is no phone in the room. Breakfast was offered at €24 per person if booked on arrival or €28 on the day which feels steep to us. There is very little in the immediate neighbourhood so you will need a 5+ minute walk to anywhere. It’s just down from the main rail station. The station is a magnet for people sleeping rough and appearing to be on drugs or clearly desperate. You need your wits about you exiting the main station. The hotel is far enough away and I would absolutely not get a hotel closer to the main station.
